UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto a Aryaduta Bandung e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza.L'hotel ha un senso classico, elegante e ben mantenuto, con un lobby spazioso che dà una buona prima impressione.
La camera era confortevole e pulita, con una bella vista sulla città. Il letto era confortevole e rendeva facile riposare dopo un giorno pieno di esplorazione di Bandung. Le strutture erano sufficienti e tutto quello che mi serviva era stato fornito senza alcun problema.
Il personale era gentile, utile e professionale per tutta la mia permanenza, e il check-in e il check-out erano semplici ed efficienti, rendendo tutta l'esperienza senza stress.
La colazione ha una buona varietà di opzioni locali e internazionali, ha un buon gusto e la zona di pranzo è confortevole anche durante le ore di lavoro.
Situato in modo comodo, l'hotel è molto conveniente, con facile accesso alle attrazioni vicine e alle aree commerciali a Bandung.
In generale, Aryaduta Bandung offre un buon valore per un soggiorno confortevole e affidabile. Non può essere ultramoderno, ma offre buona comodità, servizio e comodità. Mi riferirei di rimanere qui per un viaggio futuro.

UUtente ospiteThis is the most worth it Hotel in Puncak Area, even it is near from Jakarta (like you stay in Bogor City). The service is best, eventhough there were some misunderstandings, they always be responsible to give customer satisfaction. My room was also upgraded for free and it was an amazing room. The facility is perfect for family with 3 pools, games room, as well as free photoshoot. One thing that I feel not satisfied was the breakfast system, it was not buffet caused by the occupancy that low. The gap price between room with BF nd non BF is big, however if the buffet is ala carte it was not too worth it tho.

JjetlaggerLa Crowne Plaza Bandung era un piacevole soggiorno per poche notti. La stanza era buona, ma si sentiva piuttosto rumorosa con i muffler a moto rumorosi ubiquitou filtrando nella stanza tutta la notte. Il vetro doppio vetro/riduzione del rumore sembra mancare. Le finestre hanno bisogno di una pulizia completa e di tessere di stanza che sembrano piuttosto sporche in parti.
Su una nota positiva, il letto è comodo, la posizione è favorevole e tutte le interazioni del personale dell'hotel sono state amichevole, utile e gentile.
Menzione speciale al manager del ristorante che ha aiutato graziosamente a offrire e consegnare un succo sano speciale delizioso al mio tavolo al colazione per diversi giorni. Il colazione del ristorante ha una varietà di piatti locali deliziosi indonesiani, nonché le solite staple occidentali.
La nostra camera si trovava convenientemente sul piano Executive Lounge, che era spazioso e relativamente tranquillo per godere di canapene e bevande serali. Un'altra menzione speciale per la sua assistenza con i nostri biglietti per treno e con tutti i dipendenti obbligatori del salone che soddisfano le mie molteplici richieste di caffè e bevande. La piscina al livello 5 invitava a nuotare con una vista piacevole sulla città e verso le montagne.
Tutti i concierge e i portatori sono stati molto utili, così come è stato apprezzato il servizio speciale che aiuta a attraversare la strada occupata fuori dall'hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations.
Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed.
Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special.
The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated.
Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks.
We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Abbiamo trascorso un giorno intero all'hotel e goduto il suo interno ristorante Kardon sul tetto con il vento freddo di Bandung.
I caffè quasi tutti hanno il miglior nasi goreng e mie goreng indonesia.
Per gli amanti del golf, c'è questa gamma di guida e il campo da golf solo 5 minuti di distanza.
Più importante, amo la bottiglia d'acqua illimitata, come io stesso bevo un sacco di acqua al giorno.
Il giro in città richiede circa 30-45 min dipende da dove vai.
Amo questo posto.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

UUtente ospiteOur honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for.
1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!)
Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete.
2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement
I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
3. Facilities & Dining
The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
4. Location
Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

NNana&BtPer la seconda volta, sono ancora molto felice di stare in questo hotel. È ancora uno dei miei luoghi preferiti in città di Bogor.
Mi sono accostato molto tardi e mi è stato dato una stanza al retro dell'hotel, lontano dall'ascensore, e non era molto confortevole. Ho chiamato il ricevitore e ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare in una stanza più vicina all'ascensore, e grazie a loro mi hanno aiutato immediatamente. Grazie per il grande servizio.
Questo hotel è anche molto vicino al centro commerciale Botani, a soli 1-minute passeggiata, che lo rende molto conveniente.
La piscina è sorprendente, ma bella vista anche si può vedere le montagne di Salak.
Il colazione era come sempre, anche se purtroppo mi mancava la bevanda tradizionale, Jamu.
In generale, torneremo certamente di nuovo e speriamo di goderci anche il Jamu la prossima volta.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.
Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant.
