Excellent services from front office & incoming lobby. For restaurant need to be immproved for dinne especially monitor all customer orders serve as soon as possible

All staff include security, bellboys, front desk, waiter, waiteress, cleaner, room service are all very polite, always smile n greet us where ever they passby us…keep it up for the amazing attitude…the room is big n very convenient for us only 1 thing that not really comfortable…the glass wall between bathroom n bedroom not strategic for us even as a family staying there…maybe suitable for husbandwife…maybe might need to install curtain inside the bathroom..

From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..

I had a great stay at Swiss-Belresort Bandung. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious with a beautiful view of the green hills, and the bed was super comfy. I really enjoyed the breakfast – there were lots of tasty options, both local and international. The pool area was also very nice and perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and away from the busy city, which made it a perfect place to rest. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bandung.

We love the place, rooms are big, pretty spacious. Breakfast was good, many varieties both western and local cuisine. We also tried some mix veggie fruit juice and it was really good. Location is good, easy to go around Our children were happy, we checked some of the children activities and tried them. We took the chill and grill package so it includes dinner. To be honest, we were not very happy with the dinner. Under the Mariott brand we expect better. The meat was tough, and in our opinion (as 3 families staying here) the marinating sauce for the grill they use was too acidic. The hawker noodle was too salty. The pineapple fried rice was sour. I had to wait quite long for the fruit platter to refill.

Ho prenotato una camera da letto della regina, ma al check-in, il personale della ricezione ( ho dimenticato il suo nome) ci ha informato che la nostra camera era stata aggiornata in una camera premium gratuita. Mi piaceva, Wo www that’s our rezeki to celebrate our birthday & anniversary in Bandung 🥰 Grazie a Crowne Plaza Hotel e a tutti i dipendenti che erano in servizio durante il nostro soggiorno (controlla in 03/08 & controlla in 04/08) Rimarrò sicuramente qui la prossima volta che visito Bandung!

La posizione è eccellente, a soli 3 km dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità, rendendola super comoda per i viaggiatori. L'hotel è anche molto amico dei bambini, con molte attività che hanno tenuto i bambini divertiti. Il buffet e la cena erano eccezionali, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni alimentari. Mi piaceva soprattutto il BBQ, che era assolutamente delizioso. In generale, un grande luogo per le famiglie di soggiorno, con grande cibo e una fantastica posizione. Molto consigliato!

In termini di marchio, posizione e amicizia del personale, gli do un 5/5. L'iscrizione era una buona esperienza. Sembra che siano piuttosto rigorosi con il controllo alle 3:00 in tempo. Pertanto molte persone si sdrairebbero e aspettavano intorno al lobby. Il personale andrà uno per uno agli ospiti per passare le carte chiave. È un po' strano, perché le camere sono pulite in un momento disastroso, quindi possono essere rilasciate a coloro che sono venuti prima per controllare, invece di aspettare fino alle 3:00. Ma tutto è buono. Tuttavia, il bagno ha un odore di merda e le camere e i bagni hanno davvero bisogno di un buon spruzzo. Non ho scelto il colazione, ma devo dire che siete in una città piena di opzioni culinari. Le camere sono piccole ma buone, ma letti e cuscini.La mia stanza era di fronte a un edificio di ufficio, e se mettete i vostri ciechi (per ottenere luce solare), possono vedere nella vostra stanza. Ricordo di avere camere che si trovano dall'altra parte. In generale, vorrei raccomandare che questo sia un buon hotel.
