The location is fantastic! Looking at nature is very relaxing: the view , the food and the service is all good.
I have been to this hotel a few years ago and this time it’s a little differen and it is understandable because the hotel is aging as well-I mean it is not as good as before quality especially in the bathroom was not maintained.

Questo hotel è situato proprio sul bordo della strada. E' vicino a tutto. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite. La piscina è anche pulita. Inoltre, quando si entra in reception, troverete molti anticipi che sono venuti da Java. Tornero'e rimarro' qui. Molto consigliato.

Sono davvero sorpreso di rimanere qui. I bambini come lui e l'entusiasmo sono davvero bambini amici.. le strutture sono anche complete. Ci è accesso al centro commerciale. Puoi lavarti gli occhi direttamente.. E poi per colazione, è molto buono, pieno di cibo, molto cibo, che è molto delizioso, il servizio è anche il massimo... sempre pensano che ne hanno bisogno o ne hanno bisogno, c'è solo una carenza.. L'acqua è giallo quando riempie il bagno per un bagno, l'acqua è giallo ***ss... è nella foto, ma la vera cosa è più giallo della foto. Quindi non ci bagniamo nel bagno di notte, ho anche informazioni sul desk, ma solo dopo, mamma...Ecco.

My review for stay 3D2N:
1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations.
2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor.
3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate.
4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels.
Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard.
I hope they can make significant improvements in the future.

The hotel room, staffs, and its service were very outstanding.
We were lucky to move into an updgraded room for free, mason executive. The room was very clean and had wonderful ambience.
After check in at 3 PM we got complimentary buffet such as tea, coffee and snacks in the restaurant.
Thank you Pak Bani for the complimentary breakfast for our kids.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. VVenisya ViolettaThank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

TTravellingmaudeDa quando arrivarono al check-out, il soggiorno si sentiva caldo e benvenuto, e il personale ci salutava gentilmente e si accontentava di essere cortesi, che si sentono bene dall’inizio.
La stanza era molto spaziosa, e essendo al diciotto piano, avevamo una bella vista su Bandung. Il letto era eccellente super comodo con grandi mutandine. Mi sono addormentato quasi immediatamente, che dice molto. Le strutture erano in generale solide e funzionavano bene.
Il mobilio è un po' vecchio, ma si sente ancora classico e ben mantenuto piuttosto che scendere. L'unico vero sfondo è il bagno, la testa del bagno è vecchia e il flusso d'acqua è stato squilibrato, che ha preso un po' di distanza dall'esperienza. Le tolette erano pure e perfettamente belle.
La colazione era un'enfasi. Un'ampia diffusione di opzioni locali, tra cui la jamu e il rebusan. Era divertente campionare diversi gusti tradizionali, e la varietà ha fatto qualcosa per la colazione per guardare in attesa piuttosto che semplicemente routine.
L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Braga City Walk, rendendo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona, mangiare fuori, o fare una passeggiata serale.
In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole con un servizio eccellente, un grande letto e una forte colazione offerta.

In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

UUtente ospiteOur honeymoon stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage from March 31 to April 2, 2026, was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt the warm hospitality that Bandung is famous for.
1. The Room (Room 306 - A Must-Request!)
Following some recommendations I saw on social media, I specifically requested Room 306 on the 3rd floor, and the hotel was kind enough to fulfill it. The highlight of this room is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Dago Heritage Golf Course. Waking up to the misty green valley right from our bed was magical. But the real ”showstopper” is the bathtub. Soaking in the tub while overlooking the lush greenery was the ultimate relaxation experience. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were complete.
2. Exceptional Service & Honeymoon Arrangement
I had been in coordination with the reservation team (shout out to Ms. Ririk!) weeks before our arrival. They were very responsive and helpful. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely honeymoon setup that made my partner, Ayu, very happy. The staff throughout the hotel—from the front desk to the restaurant—were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.
3. Facilities & Dining
The infinity pool is a dream! Even though Dago can be chilly, the water temperature was comfortable enough for a morning swim. As for the breakfast, the variety was impressive—ranging from traditional Indonesian dishes to international selections. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
4. Location
Located in the upscale Dago Pakar area, the hotel offers a serene atmosphere away from the city's traffic, yet it’s still very close to famous cafes and nature spots like Tahura and Tebing Keraton.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful staycation in Bandung, look no further. This hotel offers the best value for money with views you won't find anywhere else. We will definitely be coming back!

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. La posizione è molto conveniente, vicino alle principali attrazioni e facile da accedere. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, con letto confortevole.
Il personale era amichevole e utile, soprattutto al check-in e quando ci serviva aiuto. Le opzioni per la colazione erano decente, anche se poteva essere più varietà.
Uno dei punti di svolta è che il Wi-Fi era un po' lento a volte, e c'era un po' di rumore dall'esterno alla notte. In generale, è un buon valore per il prezzo e mi premerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.
We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.
Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.
While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.

Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape.
Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough.
It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas.
Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana.
Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account.
Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available.
They have several meeting rooms & ballroom.
Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

Aabdi zack elbanjaryWe had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city.
The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay.
The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids.
What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family.
We will definitely be coming back!
