We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Il mio soggiorno al Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage è stato pura gioia. La elegante camera, il vento di montagna e le viste panorami hanno creato un tranquillo retro. Mi piaceva l'atmosfera accogliente e il servizio di top-notch. La posizione vicino alle attrazioni di Dago ha reso facile la sua esplorazione. Una combinazione perfetta di lusso e natura è molto raccomandata.

The hotel location was so very near braga street (around 3 minutes walk) but the street is free from traffic jam, so this was a very point plus. Too bad that their parking lot is only available for 9 cars, the rest will be valet in the building accross the street, which will take long since it is a one way street.
I was staying on the 8th floor and there was problems with electricity, the room card key repeatedly failed and there was one time where lights on the bathroom won't turn on. Also, the pillow provided was very thin and even though they gave me another one, it is just not helping because it will get squished anyway. PLEASE do replace the pillows, i got terrible neck ache until 3 days later due to your pillows.

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

TTravellingmaudeDa quando arrivarono al check-out, il soggiorno si sentiva caldo e benvenuto, e il personale ci salutava gentilmente e si accontentava di essere cortesi, che si sentono bene dall’inizio.
La stanza era molto spaziosa, e essendo al diciotto piano, avevamo una bella vista su Bandung. Il letto era eccellente super comodo con grandi mutandine. Mi sono addormentato quasi immediatamente, che dice molto. Le strutture erano in generale solide e funzionavano bene.
Il mobilio è un po' vecchio, ma si sente ancora classico e ben mantenuto piuttosto che scendere. L'unico vero sfondo è il bagno, la testa del bagno è vecchia e il flusso d'acqua è stato squilibrato, che ha preso un po' di distanza dall'esperienza. Le tolette erano pure e perfettamente belle.
La colazione era un'enfasi. Un'ampia diffusione di opzioni locali, tra cui la jamu e il rebusan. Era divertente campionare diversi gusti tradizionali, e la varietà ha fatto qualcosa per la colazione per guardare in attesa piuttosto che semplicemente routine.
L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Braga City Walk, rendendo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona, mangiare fuori, o fare una passeggiata serale.
In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole con un servizio eccellente, un grande letto e una forte colazione offerta.

In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake.
It was the cake I love that I mentioned before.
Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture.

La stanza è un po' sporca, come ho notato c'era un po' di sporcatto sulla mia foglia di letto. Tuttavia, il personale è molto utile e amichevole. Inoltre offrono una varietà di piatti indonesiani.

UUtente ospiteI stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable.
The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them).
Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring.
The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool.
If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.

Vorremmo congratularci con il direttore del ristorante, Niwan, per il suo eccezionale servizio, che, dal secondo giorno in poi, ci ricordava e ci ha preso in considerazione ogni mattina, senza essere chiesto, e ha preso in considerazione il tè di latte per mio marito. Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape.
Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough.
It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas.
Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana.
Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account.
Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available.
They have several meeting rooms & ballroom.
Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

La stanza era spaziosa, moderna e impecabilmente pulita, con letti molto confortevoli che assicuravano un grande sonno notturno. Ho apprezzato in particolare le attrazioni e il bel design interno, che riflette il stile di lusso contemporaneo di Pullman.
La colazione è stata eccellente e offre una vasta gamma di piatti internazionali e locali di alta qualità, tutti freschi e deliziosi.
Le strutture come il centro fitness, la piscina e le aree di incontro sono state ben mantenute e hanno aggiunto un grande valore al soggiorno.
In generale, Pullman offre un servizio eccezionale, comfort e qualità. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel sia ai viaggiatori di business che di svago e attendo con ansia di rimanere di nuovo in futuro.🥰
