Stando in Business Suite Room per 2 notti. La stanza è spaziosa, ma si trova in un edificio orientale, quindi l'interno sembra obsoleto. E quando sono entrato per la prima volta, mi sorprendeva l'odore forte di sigarette. Ho chiamato immediatamente il ricevitore e presto qualcuno è venuto a trattarlo con una macchina per l'ozono, grazie per la risposta, anche se non ha perso il 100% l'odore. Ma, in generale, io e la mia famiglia eravamo felici di avere le strutture e il servizio di colazione. Metterò l'Horison Ultima Bekasi sulla mia lista per la mia prossima visita se devo visitare Bekasi per più di due giorni.

No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

L'hotel è situato nel grande centro commerciale, quindi è molto conveniente cercare un posto per mangiare o comprare qualcosa. L'hotel è un edificio vecchio e il sistema di drenaggio del bagno puzza davvero.

The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.
