Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

Questo hotel ha una splendida vista sul giardino. Il personale è particolarmente bello, soprattutto il signor Mohamad Kiki e il suo capo nel ristorante del tetto del cielo. Il colazione era grande. Ci ho avuto molto tempo. Ma molte cose devono essere migliorate, i canali TV, la maggior parte dei canali non funzionano e nessun canale cinematografico. Il Wi-Fi è molto lento. Le tovalette sono vecchie. I dessert del caffè e del ristorante devono essere migliorati. In generale, questo hotel è uno dei migliori hotel che abbia soggiornato.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno 2-day a Harris Hotel le camere erano pulite, spaziose e perfette per la nostra famiglia. I bambini amavano soprattutto la piscina e la colazione era molto diversa per tutti.

The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.
