Regno Unito: hotel con bar nella provincia di Lancashire

Il personale non avrebbe potuto fare altro per aiutarla, e la signora sul desk era così amichevole e chattata. Quando hanno capito che avevo un piatto, un toddler e due sacchetti e ero da solo - anche cambiando la nostra stanza per rendere le cose più facili. Solo in basso erano le pareti sottili, il che significa che potevamo sentire ogni parola del 4am argomento nella stanza accanto alla porta!!

Vengo qui regolarmente. Io e mio figlio, 18, sono autistici e hanno bisogno di una struttura di routine.Il personale è sempre amichevole dalla ricezione alla catering, ecc . Non posso colpire nessuno. Tuttavia questa volta la mia esperienza era terribile da iniziare a finire. Il mio tavolo a letto aveva qualcuno lavato la borsa con l'insieme di indumenti. Il bagno non era pulito aveva i capelli all'interno e sopra il piano del bagno e del bagno. Non c'erano asciugamani nella mia camera da letto. La parte peggiore era circa mezzanotte, c'era una grande turbativa fuori dalla mia stanza, che svegliava anche mio figlio.Quando sentì dieci volte il volume.Ho sentito un coppia ubriaca combattere e urlare. Finché non ho sentito una pausa di vetro. E' quando ho dovuto uscire dal letto e chiamare la ricezione. Non era un bel senso di paura e vulnerabilità. Se non fosse stato cattivo stare alzato la maggior parte della notte cercando di riposare mio figlio fino alle tre.

Absolutely fabulous weekend break set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and we loved the wildlife. The staff were friendly and very informative and available for anything we needed. The food was lovely and everything very reasonably priced. We will definitely be booking another stay.

Il servizio è buono, l'igiene è buona, solo l'hotel è molto piccolo, ma il sistema può essere accettato. La sua posizione geografica è molto conveniente. La prossima volta che ci saranno amici nella piscina nera, consiglio anche ai miei amici di stare all'hotel Lu Lawton. Non posso accettarlo. Non hanno posti di lavoro per guidare la notte.

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

Loved our stay at the imperial hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Room was cleaned before returning every night. Fresh towels and toiletries re stocked along with tea and biscuits. We stayed for 3 nights me the misses and our 2 children and loved every minute of it we will be back. If I had to be nit picky the hotel catering more for the older generation with not much for the kids to do. But we was out all day so didn't really matter. When we got back she still bopped aways to the 80s music dancing of the dance floor 🤣 oh and we could see the tower from our window

Il personale era piacevole e mi sono addormentato bene.Per il prezzo che sento è un buon valore. Sono vicino al centro della città, ma sono ancora riuscito a sentirmi un po' fuori dalla zona principale, ma è vicino agli autobus e a un grande negozio di caffè!

The hotel and entrance are great, no complaints there. I’ve been a regular at another hotel within 5 miles of here, where the facilities are immaculate and the rooms are always meticulously clean. So I had high expectations. On walking into my room (250), it was freezing. I immediately turned on the electric radiator, but was woken up at 2am by the thermostat flicking on and off repeatedly. The digital screen kept lighting up and going off it felt like there was a rave in my room. Highly annoying and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Before bed, I went for a shower and splashed foamy suds around as you do. After finishing, I was washing down the inside of the shower cubicle and noticed what I thought were leftover soap suds near the door handle. I went to wipe them off and I can tell you now, they were not soap suds. Absolutely disgusting. The previous occupant clearly lacked basic hygiene, and although it shouldn’t be expected, the cleaners really need to have a keener eye for detail. This sort of thing should never be missed.
