Regno Unito: hotel con bar nella provincia di Lancashire

Buona posizione, molto buon colazione. E bellissimo personale. L'unico lato giù e la colpa che ho con l'hotel, è il parcheggio. Ho pagato per un posto riservato perché ho bisogno di 24 accesso alla mia auto. Ma gli spazi sono assolutamente troppo stretti !!! Una volta parcheggiato, è una lotta per ottenere la porta aperta abbastanza ampia da uscire! Posso solo immaginare come è per una persona di un edificio più grande !! Questo sarebbe facile da risolvere se l'hotel prendesse 2 spazi lontani e rendesse le baie rimanenti più grandi !!! Per favore, guardate in questo modo!!!! A parte questo. Sarò di nuovo.

Nice hotel. Service good, free sweets on counter even better. Standard double comfortable. Great shower. Slight negative…breakfast at £18 is a bit pricey. However, breakfast areas kept pristine.

Ho avuto una camera gemella a buon mercato, la stanza era buona, ma quando ho guardato fuori la finestra, ho visto una parete di lama senza vista.

We had a fantastic experience. The place was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared areas, which made our stay super comfortable. The decor was warm and cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. What really stood out was the variety of activities available. The staff were friendly and helpful, always happy to recommend things to do in the area.

This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Perfect location for my needs , really polite friendly staff , nice warm room , really happy with my choice will definitely return when I have to visit this area again

Cozy little inn, great atmosphere in a rural countryside location. Food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

Just off the M6 but nice and quiet with an adequate restaurant. Staff were very friendly but not enough of them so were run off their feet
