Although Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. Quando ho iniziato a pianificare il nostro itinerario per la nostra vacanza di 15 giorni nello Yunnan, ho tracciato il nostro percorso per arrivare fino a Shangri-la, tornare giù a Kunming e poi a Jiaozi Snow Mountain e Dongchuan Red Land. Poi mi sono imbattuto in un video di Aini Garden e me ne sono innamorato! L'unica ragione per cui siamo venuti a Pu'er era per arrivare ad Aini. Questo è stato il primo posto che ho prenotato e ho davvero rischiato perché ha una politica di non cancellazione e ho dovuto davvero attenermi alla data una volta che è stata presa. L'esperienza iniziale prima dell'arrivo è stata tutt'altro che piacevole. Non sapevo come saremmo arrivati ​​alla tenuta e i miei messaggi WeChat sono rimasti senza risposta. L'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato a Pu'er ha finalmente contattato qualcuno e gli ha fatto inviare un messaggio. Tuttavia, tieni presente che dovrai chiamare un giro in buggy o fare un'escursione di 1 km ogni volta che vuoi mangiare o raggiungere la casa principale. Se si guida da soli, non ci sono problemi, perché si può parcheggiare proprio accanto al cottage. In ogni caso, è un piccolo prezzo da pagare per una vista illimitata della Via Lattea e per l'isolamento. Questa è la cosa più vicina a un'esperienza Ryokan che si possa ottenere in Cina, senza le sorgenti termali. 3 giorni e 2 notti di vita beata e spensierata non sono abbastanza. Si assicurano di nutrirti bene, con i prodotti più freschi disponibili per la cena hotpot e piatti fatti in casa dello Yunnan per pranzo. Ci sono così tante attività organizzate, dal portarti in montagna per vedere l'alba (con le capre di montagna per compagnia ❤️) al tour didattico delle piantagioni di caffè, all'equitazione lungo le creste delle montagne (la vista è spettacolare!) alla ricerca di verdure e frutta selvatiche, al bere, ballare e cantare intorno al fuoco! Così tanto da fare, così poco tempo! Un aspetto di miglioramento che personalmente vorrei vedere è il servizio del caffè. Tendono a essere piuttosto snob su come viene preso il loro caffè. Ordinato, senza nient'altro. Chiedere zucchero o latte sembra quasi disprezzato. Il caffè è una bevanda versatile e può essere gustato in un'enorme varietà di modi. In quale altro modo Starbucks ha così tanto successo? Mi sono sentito un po' soffocato e privato perché adoro un buon caffellatte e non vedevo l'ora di godermi un'infinita dose di caffè durante il nostro soggiorno. In ogni caso, adoro gli sforzi ecoturistici qui. Sembrano naturali e senza pretese. Amo le persone e il cameratismo che coltivano. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente parlare con la loro consulente 敬梅, una bellissima donna con una vasta conoscenza della cultura dello Yunnan e del progresso ecologico. Grazie anche a 徐芳 per aver organizzato il trasporto di ritorno in città e per aver dato utili consigli. Speriamo di tornarci di nuovo.

網上隨意找的一家酒店，位置就在告莊，離星光夜市非常近，樓下就是各種美食店，真的是太方便了。 工作人員非常熱情，進出都會主動詢問需要什麼幫助，讓人覺得温馨。房間整潔衞生，寬敞明亮，樓頂餐廳更是漂亮，早上迎着朝霞用餐不要太爽哦。 值得表揚的是我們最後一天離店因為飛機航班特別早，酒店幫忙預約了車輛早上5點鐘就準時來接我們，且車費還不要我們出，真的被感動到了，這裏要對酒店老闆和所有工作人員表示衷心感謝，祝酒店生意越來越好！下次來版納必須還選這家。

Our stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. That said, if you're staying for a longer duration and prefer a relaxed, free-and-easy itinerary, this could be a suitable choice given its amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning that this homestay feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional inn. It's situated in a residential building, with the entrance being a carpark and access through an elevator to a residential unit. There’s no lobby, service counter, or common areas. Instead, check-in and assistance are handled through WeChat. Despite some of the drawbacks, the service here truly stood out. The staff member assisting us was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or faced minor issues, she responded quickly and made every effort to resolve them, which helped make our trip smoother. Her attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay and left a positive impression. All i can say this hotel is very perfect stay for our Yunnan trip! This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its cleanliness and the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The service is nothing short of excellent—they even offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the train station, which made our journey so much easier. The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The room is spacious, with a big TV screen and a cozy sofa for relaxation. The thoughtful amenities include a heated floor and bed, which were perfect for the cold weather. Even the toilet seat has a heater and a bidet, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. They also provide additional oxygen in the room—a great touch, especially for those who might feel the effects of high altitude. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking! Imagine waking up to stunning mountain scenery, lush green grasslands, and sheep grazing peacefully—it’s like a dream come true. To make our stay even more special, they upgraded our room for free to one with a luxurious bathtub! For Muslim travelers, this hotel is incredibly accommodating—they provided us with a delicious vegetarian breakfast, so we felt completely at ease. However, please be mindful when sitting on the sofas as their adorable, friendly dog loves to sit there too and might come to greet you. Their dog is super cute and playful, adding a warm and homey touch to the stay! One of the most delightful surprises was that the hotel provides traditional Chinese costumes for free! We had so much fun dressing up and taking beautiful photos. It made us feel like royalty from an ancient Chinese dynasty—truly a unique and unforgettable experience. Despite the language barrier, the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering suggestions, pinpointing locations, and ensuring we had everything we needed. A big thumbs up to the staff member whose picture I shared (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name). The hotel owner should truly give her credit for her exceptional service—it made our stay even more memorable! This hotel is located near the stunning Napahai Lake, not Dukezong Ancient City. If you’re planning to stay close to Dukezong, this might not be the best choice. But trust me, you don’t need to stay near Dukezong—this hotel is so good, it’s worth being a little further away. The peaceful surroundings, incredible service, and top-notch amenities make it more than worth it! Another fantastic perk is the nearby e-bike rental. We rented bikes and had an amazing time exploring the beautiful Napahai area and enjoying the serene countryside. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from Malaysia. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Trust me, you won’t regret staying here—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever! Sorry I don’t take too much photo, a lot of videos only. So cannot share here.

Just spent a wonderful five nights at the Anyu Hotel in Dali in November, this beautifully appointed boutique hotel was so charming. From the warm lights, to the rich hardwood floors, ceilings, and furniture to all the thoughtful accents in the room and common areas, it felt like a charming and cozy home away from home. Hotel location is fantastic, just steps away from the Dali Ancient Town, so everything from cafes, top restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bars, and hundreds of other stores and outdoor vendors are just a 2-10 minute walk away, no need to sit in traffic or call a car to get around. Bed and pillows very comfortable, showerhead very powerful so makes for a very luxurious shower. However, the best thing about the hotel is their warm and caring staff. Nancy, one of the cleaning staff, was always super helpful and attentive and delightful to chat with, and was also kind enough to give us some great recommendations on places to visit which we ended up enjoying very much. Anna was also very nice to interact with, her gentle and pleasant demeanor and thoughtful words always made it a pleasure to see her. Candy was wonderful as well, always making sure we were attended to and ended up making some great recommendations on places to eat nearby. Her warm smile and kind demeanor will be remembered. Finally, it was Vivian who we owe a deep debt of gratitude to. On the first day, my 84-year old Mom came down with an illness which included all sorts of symptoms. Vivian went out of her way to call a car and she accompanied us to the nearest hospital where she helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork and stayed by Mom's side for over an hour as we waited to see a doctor. Medication was prescribed and she called another car to take us back to the hotel while she went to a nearby pharmacy to pick up the medication for us which she then brought back to the hotel. By then it was well into the night and she had even taken us to the hospital when she was already off work, so this was all on her own time. My Mom ended up making a recovery in large part to Vivian's quick and incredibly kind actions. She really went above and beyond and we are just so grateful to her and Anyu Hotel for helping to save my Mom. Vivian was also an absolute pleasure to talk to as she always came over to greet us and chat everyday during our stay. Her warm smile, cheerful disposition, and charismatic yet humble personality always made every interaction a real pleasure. The hospitality we experienced from her will never be forgotten and feel very fortunate to have met someone with such a kind heart and also very high EQ and dedication. We know if we had stayed at a different hotel there is no way we would have experienced this level of hospitality so we are deeply appreciative for Vivian and the entire staff at Anyu for making our trip one that won't be forgotten.

We enjoyed our stay here, so when we returned from Shangri-la to Lijiang, we made a repeat booking at this place. The cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff were the main reasons for our return. Location: This place is situated near the border of the Lijiang Ancient City. It is close to the main road (2 min walk) which makes it easy to meet your driver for airport transfer or any tour you join. It is also extremely convenient to get to the main attractions such as Mu Residence (5 min) and Zhongyi Night Market (6-8 min). You will be away from the hustle and bustle at night, and get some peace and quiet. Room: We were lucky that we got a room on the ground floor, as we had very heavy luggage. It would be very difficult to pull them up the stairs if we were on the upper floor. Every room has a different name, and shows that the owners put some thought into giving each of their guests a unique experience. The room we got was of moderate size, with a small sofa area for you to enjoy tea and snacks. There was also a kettle and four cups, and a 5-litre water dispenser that dispensed hot and cold water - I appreciated this, which was more environmentally friendly and generous than other accommodation which gave us 2 bottles of water (500ml each) each every day. The room was also equipped with heating, for the room and the floor, and they were controlled by the front desk. There was also a humidifier. The room's interior decoration was warm and cozy. Outdoor: We also enjoyed sitting outdoors, idling, gazing at the fish, watching the flowers bloom, while enjoying many cups of tea. Toilet: It was of decent size, with a shower cubicle that dispensed hot water pretty quickly. They provided us with everything so there's nothing you need to bring: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, slippers for shower, towels for body and hair, one-time face towels, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, detergent. Service: The staff was hospitable, friendly, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed chatting with them over many cups of tea, and rose pastries. They even recommended travel routes and restaurants to us, which were very good, and we even got discounts or freebies by telling the restaurants where we were staying. It was easy to communicate with the staff on WeChat, they responded promptly, and arranged free airport transfer for us as we stayed more than three nights. Food: Breakfast was served every morning, which included a bowl of Yunnan mixian (noodles), a steamed bun, a hard-boiled egg, corn, and some spicy preserved vegetables. Every booking came with one serving of afternoon tea, which included rose pastries and a variety of fruits. We arrived after midnight and the staff prepared some rose pastries and fruit for us, in case we would be hungry, which was very thoughtful of them!

第一次獨自國內旅行，年前1月中去了大理，在網上挑了這家洒店，想試試打卡洒店。當天入住，沒讓我失望，反而有驚喜。我一個人拿著2件大行李箱，外加大包小包的，下車一見到那樓梯，心理想要命了，原本洒店預先把我組了個微信群，洒店已經叫小管家在樓梯口等我呢，先不說不用擔心自己提重行李，有人幫忙，去登記途中看到差不多是每個入住配一個私人管家，全程一對一，不用擔心找不人，或者等待時間長。到了登記入住酒店還給我升格了房間！入住期間，包含了攝影服務，攝影師拍出的氛圍感很美，沒有打卡的感覺，很高級。中間麻煩了其他職員再幫忙拍照，每個都很友善，沒有趕時間隨便拍，一直給拍滿意，也很會給足情緒價值！不管是攝影師拍還是員工的都能出片。我玩到很晚回來，洒店和管家也會貼心提醒門禁時間和安全問題，保安讓我很放心。回來晚，管家也幫忙留晚安甜湯，沒有說時間到就隨便放進房間，確定人回來才送给我，私隱度很到位，非常好，這點是我沒想到，他們會如此尊重客人的隱私！洒店不是親海，但是還是能看到海境和日出！房間算是主題類的，剛好升值給我的是粉紅色少女系列，裏面空間很足，有浴岡可以看着海境泡澡，房間隔音很好，入夜不會因為隔壁鄰居傳來聲音影響，床和門口距離很遠也不會因為有人走過說話吵到！設備和衞生不錯，8.5/10，一次用品質量高級，唯一是一次性拖鞋寫不要拿走還是不要掉，不確定是否一次性的，畢竟洒店給的是綿質的一次性鞋，但是還是很乾淨的！我第二天早上7點離開，小管家早早就提醒和確定叫車服務，一個人出遊，無意中他們也幫我分擔了很多事情上的安排和擔心！小管家一個人早就準備好，也是同樣幫助提行李上車。完全是點到點服務！早知道多住一天，體驗感真的不錯👍
