Cina: hotel con bar nella provincia di Yunnan

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members who are going to visit Kunming. Thank you very much for the lovely stay at Exclusive Hotel, Kunming.

Ottima posizione ad inizio città vecchia di Lijang, vicino ad una porta di entrata e uscita della città. Ottimi letti e camera ampia che dava sul cortile interno per fortuna non rumoroso. Cambio della biancheria giornaliero e tirano su le coperte del letto ma non puliscono. La colazione è solo cinese con noodles in brodo e patata dolce pomodorini e un uovo sodo. CONSIGLIO basterebbe la scelta di una colazione internazionale con sempre le uova e un po di pane con marmellata.

La struttura si trova in cima alla collina che sovrasta la città vecchia, per noi un' ottima posizione. Lontano dal ****** del centro ma a 2 minuti dalla piazza centrale. Ha una piccola ma carina terrazza panoramica. La camera molto spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione è solo stile cinese. Il personale davvero gentile e premuroso. Anche se non parlano inglese siamo riusciti a dialogare tranquillamente tramite traduttore. Sono grandi intenditori di the, che ci han fatto degustare più volte. Decisamente consigliato.

Vista meravigliosa - le camere sono semplici ma perfette per una gita alle terrazze di riso. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il cibo del ristorante la prima sera, ma il problema è stato prontamente risolto dal direttore, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Lo stufato di capra non è arrivato con la carne a fette da cucinare come previsto. Invece, tutta la carne era già nella pentola (quantità insufficiente per due persone, principalmente grasso e ossa, che non mi sono piaciute). Tuttavia, il direttore si è offerto di risolvere il problema presentando un piatto di carne a fette. Questo dimostra la sua abilità nel risolvere i problemi. Altamente raccomandato. La sera successiva ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la cena e abbiamo apprezzato molto il cibo.

Service was very very good, one of the best hotels we ever stayed around the world. Lei Lei and all staff were very friendly and nice, always caring about us. They gave us many gifts, teas and friendly smiles. The hotel was very clean and they offered daily cleaning, they replenished towels, tissues and everything we needed. The food in the breakfast buffet was very tasty, specially the fresh noodles. They also had good coffee and they always offered free water. When we arrived to Lijiang they helped us to get a taxi to the hotel and they even upgraded our room to a lakeside view. We will be back for sure and we will recommend to everyone back home to come here 😊💖🌸

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla Piscina del Drago Nero e dalla Città Antica. Il personale è molto disponibile e ci ha consigliato diversi pacchetti turistici per la Montagna Innevata del Drago di Giada, aiutandoci a prenotare. Da notare che i biglietti per la Montagna Innevata del Drago di Giada vengono emessi alle 20:00 della sera prima. Il personale ci ha anche fornito consigli utili e si è assicurato che l'autista non ci portasse da venditori ambulanti sulla Montagna Innevata del Drago di Giada. La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita. È anche molto ben riscaldata. Ci sono ascensori, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto dato che la nostra camera era al quinto piano. C'è anche una lavanderia, ma c'è una sola lavatrice, quindi potrebbe essere necessario aspettare che gli altri finiscano. Se siete lenti a ritirare i vostri vestiti, gli altri ospiti potrebbero toglierli e lasciarli su un tavolino.

We loved staying in this hotel. It is a short walk away from Lijiang old town, which is absolutely beautiful. The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, he asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned during our stay and recommended itineraries for us. Our room was nice and cosy and the projector was really cool. The view from the rooftop bar was also awesome!

Starting from good things. Room with private hot spring was nice and clean and bed and bed linen was great. Despite hot spring pool was leaking and needed to refill constantly. But no problem with that if water supply is turned on and you can operate yourself with valves. Hotel staff recommended many places for eating outside. Thanks for that! We arrived before check in time and asked to spend our time near the pool area which was not problem. When I was looking for toilet then lady from shop told to me that I should go outside the territory and use toilet which is for camper van people. And it was not toilet but old school ditch. Fortunately it was cleaned. Lot of things are in real life different than in pictures what you can find in web pages. Many hot springs was closed, on site was not operating restaurants and bars. Only you can order food from app or go outside. Area is under the airplanes take off route that means in daytime lot of noise. About 6pm domestic water supply was turned off and situation lasted until our leaving next day about 11am. Hotel staff wrote that if you want to use toilet I should let them know and they will find a solution. No shower or washing. Breakfast was simple. In the breakfast area is operational coffee machine but for some reason lady behind the table told that not possible and drink cold pre brewed ice coffee? I hope that it’s not connected with lack of water supply. Machine may be filled with purified bottle water not local tap water.

Il pick-up dell'aeroporto è stato efficiente con le direzioni di messaggio di testo dettagliate che erano per lo più accurate - si noti che è necessario andare in basso e aspettare all'interno del parcheggio laterale (non alla curva). Il furgone odore come fumo. La stanza era comoda e pulita. Ho una terza stanza, nessun ascensore. Il rumore è e le tende di blackout sono medie, fortunatamente non molti ospiti sullo stesso piano. Bello che il bacino era separato dal bagno e dalla zona doccia. La zona esterna con piante e piscine di pesce era piuttosto bello, nessun posto per sedersi.Colazione molto buona con opzioni sani. La zona da pranzo è molto piccola, molto rumorosa con il personale urlando e altri ospiti sul loro telefono alti, ecc. In generale, molto decente per $23, compreso colazione e tour aeroport/metro. Il principale svantaggio per me è che ci sono stati molti fumatori: diversi uomini fumatori nelle passeggiate e all'interno della sala di ricezione, anche che ha profumato un po' di fumo nella mia stanza, nessuna delle camere non fumavano. Per questo motivo io dò 4/5 stelle per la pulizia e probabilmente non ritornerebbe.

Scrivo raramente recensioni e, quando lo faccio, sono o eccellenti o pessime. L'hotel in sé è molto bello; mi sono piaciuti molto la posizione e il design. Tuttavia, il servizio era davvero carente. Il maggiordomo mi ha chiamato e mi ha aggiunto su WeChat il giorno prima. Quando sono arrivato in hotel alle 15:00, non c'era nessun receptionist ad accogliermi. Hanno quindi creato una chat di gruppo con 12 persone. Dato che sarei partito presto il giorno dopo, ho chiesto se avessero la colazione da asporto. L'hotel ha detto di sì, il che è stato gentile, ma il passaggio di consegne è stato completamente inadeguato. La mattina dopo, non avevo idea di dove fosse la colazione e non mi avevano informato in anticipo. Non hanno risposto alle mie chiamate su WeChat, quindi sono dovuto andare in cucina, dove il personale ha dovuto chiamare qualcuno. Inoltre, anche se sapevamo che avremmo fatto il check-out anticipato, nessuno ha pensato di aiutarci con i bagagli (l'hotel non ha ascensore, alloggiavamo al secondo piano e i nostri bagagli erano molto grandi e pesanti). Abbiamo anche inviato un messaggio WeChat al gruppo chiedendo se potevano aiutarci con i bagagli, ma nessuno ha risposto. Non capisco che senso abbia avere questo gruppo. Inoltre, l'hotel spegne tutte le luci di notte, lasciandone nessuna accesa. Ci sono molte scale in hotel, ed era ancora buio alle 19:30. Mia madre è quasi caduta perché non riusciva a vedere chiaramente. Era davvero troppo buio e faceva paura. Spero che l'hotel possa migliorare la qualità del servizio dal punto di vista del cliente.
