Cina: hotel con bar nella provincia di Heilongjiang

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.

La ospitezia del personale era molto buona ... Il tempo era freddo, ma avevano cuore caldo che ci salutava ogni volta che entrammo o uscimmo. non parliamo cinese e Zhu ci ha sempre accolto e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto domande. E la posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. È possibile camminare intorno alla St Zhongyang o andare in qualsiasi parte di Harbin con facilità.Le camere sono grandi, pulite e con letti confortevoli.

La vista della stanza era fantastica. Possiamo vedere la vista estotica e la vista bella ogni notte. Inoltre, il personale era molto utile. L'hotel era in fase di rinnovamento e era un po' rumoroso. Ho chiesto di trasferirmi in un altro locale e hanno cercato di fare il meglio. Per mia sorpresa, non c'erano troppe strutture all'hotel. Per questo non pensavo che questo hotel fosse un hotel a cinque stelle. Il colazione era grande e il personale era molto felice di servirvi. In qualche modo, mi sentivo troppo felice e troppo, ma la stanza era molto spaziosa. In generale, era un hotel ospite.

L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Avenue e al Parco Zhaolin, è molto ben collegato e tutte le principali attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili a piedi. Lo stile medievale e nobile europeo dell'hotel è davvero particolare, ed è nuovo e pulito, il che è un gran pregio. Inoltre, il servizio dell'hotel è lodevole. La signorina Binggan alla reception è stata molto cordiale e il servizio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di lavare i vestiti, l'hotel ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema molto rapidamente. A proposito, un altro punto a favore: la colazione è eccezionale, all'altezza della reputazione dell'hotel come ottimo ristorante occidentale. Ogni piatto è preparato con cura, e al giorno d'oggi è raro trovare un hotel che si impegni così tanto per la colazione. Se tornerò ad Harbin, soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo al Lizzy!

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

We wanted more than luxury . We wanted a hotel that truly reflected Harbin’s character, heritage, and history. We are glad to have discovered this hidden gem. Mansion 1903 Hotel is probably one of the most charming hotels in Harbin, beautifully blending old-world elegance, modern comfort, and strong Russian heritage. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zhongyang Street, yet peaceful and refined. The rooms are spacious, clean, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, while the staff are warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their service made our stay especially memorable. The elegant lobby environment, together with the traditional Sarafan and Kokoshnik costumes, also provided a wonderful opportunity for photography and added to the hotel’s unique cultural atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Deng for his meticulous sharing and introduction of the antique collections displayed in the hotel lobby. His passion and knowledge greatly enriched our experience.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

In generale, l'hotel è stato divertito. La casa è un bene con un giardino interno, dove i turisti quasi non vanno. Situazione interessante intorno all'hotel. La stazione della metropolitana è vicina, il quartiere dispone di McDonalds e del Caffè della Luna (vicina all'hotel), una piccola Starbucks e una combinazione (sia sulla strada che con un monumento al generale), negozi di souvenir, cibo. L'ingresso all'hotel non è stato molto visibile dalla prima volta. L'hotel taxi non può raggiungere l'hotel, la strada è pedonale. Un po' si dovrà camminare con i sacchi alla strada. Di solito vicino ai conducenti di taxi McDonalds pianta/presta passeggeri. La stanza è pulita. Ci sono TV, aria condizionata, piccolo frigorifero, un frigorifero, tazza, sacchetti di tè. Nel bagno tovagliolo, manufatti, tovaglie (riempire ogni giorno), ventilatore. Buona pressione e temperatura all'acqua calda. Letto e le mutandine sono comodi. Wifi funziona, la velocità è buona. Il personale comunica con gentilezza, cerca di mantenere un buon livello di servizio, usato principalmente per comunicare il traduttore al telefono. La stanza era angolare, i vicini non erano stati sentiti. Per lavare o pulire le cose, è necessario contattare il personale. Lavare, portare in camera. Ma personalmente, per me questo servizio non è molto conveniente. A causa di una coppia di camicie, non voglio distrarre il personale dell'hotel, sarebbe più facile per me usare la lavatrice e la lega, ma questa è la mia preferenza personale. La domanda principale per il condizionatore d’aria. Eravamo nella stanza da sera a mattina. Durante questo intervallo, il condizionatore d’aria ha raffreddato bene la stanza. Ma alle 9:00 la temperatura è aumentata nonostante le condizioni, e la stanza è diventata incomoda. Dovevi aprire la porta d'ingresso, l'aria, puoi aprire la finestra (doppio quadro), ma poi le chiavi non potranno chiudere.
