La posizione dell'hotel è quasi perfetta, vicino al traghetto per Sun Island, alla zona commerciale e alla stazione della metropolitana. Il servizio è buono e il personale è disponibile. Viene offerto un tè pomeridiano gratuito, ma non aspettatevi troppo. L'hotel è pulito e le camere sono spaziose, anche se l'esterno sembra un po' datato.

Ребята на ресепшене помогали с вопросами, нам как иностранцам это было важно. Единственное завтраки не сильно разнообразные, нет горячей воды на завтраке, чтобы чай сделать, но просто покушать можно нормально. И хотелось бы еще одну мусорную корзину в номер, одной маловато.

Amazing Stay at Snow Valley Hotel I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome the moment I arrived. You can refresh with some fruit they provided. The room was clean and warm, right next to snow. The serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner's very helpful and funny. She's always responded to all my questions and recommended good things. The package ”Wu song ling” was exceptional. Actually, I started my trip to Harbin from the image I found from Snow Town. But I ended up falling in love with little cute village called Snow Valley. Really great experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and feel like home place. I can’t wait to return!

Da procrastinatrice, solo ora mi sono ricordata di aver parlato bene dell'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Siamo arrivati ​​alle 2 del mattino e la receptionist dell'hotel è persino scesa dalle scale per aiutarci con i bagagli. La mattina dopo, di fretta per andare a visitare la città, ho buttato distrattamente i miei calzini usati sul pavimento accanto al divano. Sono stati così premurosi, trattandomi allo stesso modo anche se avevo già fatto il check-out! Se mai dovessi tornare ad Harbin, questa sarà sicuramente la mia prima scelta!

Una grande camera confortevole, con un letto confortevole. Ci sono stati molti posti per stare a casa e stare confortevole. L’unica questione è che il giacca era molto mal progettato e poteva tenere solo una poca parte di oggetti. Con tutto lo spazio, dovrebbero avere un giusto giaciglio o cabina. Ci era un grande e inutile, mobilio che avrebbe potuto essere sostituito da un cabina decente. Il colazione dell'hotel era adeguato. Come molti hotel cinesi, consisteva principalmente di cibo cinese caldo, overcooked, fritto, e un paio di congee acquatiche. La maggior parte dei frutti non era matura. È piuttosto cattivo per gli standard internazionali, ma piuttosto standard per gli hotel cinesi.

Room was decent and nice (maybe mattress could be softer). PC works nicely and generally had no major issues. Just take note that it works similarly to PC Cafes where you will need to login to your accounts to access the games

Non ha senso pagare un extra per una piazza o per la vista limitata sulla chiesa. Una camera normale sarà sufficiente. 3. È possibile ottenere caffè gratuito alla reception. 4. Overall, we had an amazing experience here. 100/10, highly recommended! I really hope more people get to stay here because the staff are lovely and the owner is very kind ♥️ The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy. They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly.
