Molto soddisfatto del servizio della reception e dell'atteggiamento e della velocità del personale della stanza. Ho vissuto in due hotel a North Dai River. Il servizio non è peggio di tutti i servizi. Il piccolo giardino della reception e il piccolo alto fanno cose difficili e calde. Spero che la stanza non sia troppo alta quando sto per soggiornare, Una interruzione di uno strato della stanza, il personale non si annoia davvero di cercare una stanza soddisfatta con me, lode per il vostro servizio a cinque stelle 👍

We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

In secondo luogo, il design delle stanze è ragionevole, l'illuminazione è buona e l'ambiente abitativo è confortevole e piacevole. Infine, il servizio di gestione della proprietà è stato premuroso e meticoloso e ha risolto vari problemi riscontrati durante il mio soggiorno. I found this hotel through inst reel. Hopefully, it was real ! The hotel, staff and location are amazing. All the crew helped us with different problems and solved all of them in a short period of time. Especially, big thanks to manager Lily of the hotel, she made this journey for us comfortable and helped with everything! She spoke in English with us, so the communication was easy and pleasant. The location is perfect, just near the resort. 5 min walk or the hotel got the shuttle. Breakfast is amazing ! Various food, so for us it was easy to choose delightful food every morning. Looking forward to return!

We travel with a dog and luckily found this location. The room was big and the see view from the balcony is very nice. The whole compound is pet friendly and has a lot of options to walk. The cost was only 5 minutes away and offeres many activities as well as nice places, coffees, restaurants and bakeries to sit, eat and relax. The hotel/apartment stuff was super friendly and helpful. Would come back any time!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area.

Vorrei fare un enorme pollice in su alla collaboratrice dell'hotel, Nico. Si è davvero prodigata per aiutare la mia famiglia. Avevamo dimenticato accidentalmente qualcosa in hotel dopo il check-out ed eravamo già sul treno per Pechino. Nico si è presa l'iniziativa di rintracciare l'oggetto mancante e ha organizzato personalmente la spedizione tramite corriere al nostro hotel a Pechino. Mentre il pacco era in viaggio verso Pechino, continuava a inviarci aggiornamenti per assicurarci dove si trovasse in quel momento. Questo livello di servizio ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative e consiglieremmo sicuramente ai nostri amici e familiari di soggiornare all'Element Hotel per la loro prossima vacanza. Buona posizione, nel centro della città sulla strada nord. Comfortabile e conveniente. Il lato inferiore sarebbe la pulizia e le tende che hanno bisogno di riparare (anche se il personale mi ha cambiato la stanza, ma in un altro stanza aveva anche tende rotte. La colazione era come nella foto, molto bello. Ahhh e una cosa mi sorprende tanto ... c'era un rumore come qualcuno che stava accarezzando unghie dietro il muro o sopra il soffitto tutta la notte. Non riuscivo a trovare se c'era quel tipo di costruzione. Ma l'ho sentito mentre cercavo di dormire sul letto. Mi sono fatto sentire un po' spaventato e ho preso molto tempo a dormire. Mi chiedo da dove proveniva quel rumore.
