Per fare il soggiorno, non credo che la reception sia familiare. Il tempo è troppo lungo. Dopo aver fatto le procedure, la stanza è diversa da foto della piattaforma. La prenotazione è la casa dei genitori. In realtà, non c'è nessuna cabina in alto e in basso, e dopo aver comunicato con la reception, è cambiata una. Quando si è preparato a dormire la notte, ho scoperto che c'era una linea dentale sul telefono, non so se l'ha usato...Il letto sopra e sotto sono suonato, il letto è super duro, cioè, non può dormire.

From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti in bassa stagione, a aprile 2026. Eravamo gli unici ospiti dell'hotel, ma il personale è stato comunque attento e cortese alle nostre esigenze. A colazione (inclusa) e cena sono serviti piatti della cucina cinese, abbondanti e buoni. Intorno all'hotel non c'è molto, ma è in una zona molto tranquilla e rilassante, immerso nella natura e con vista sulla muraglia in lontananza. L'ingresso per la sezione di Jingshanling è a 5min di macchina. Per arrivare: treno da Pechino a Gubeikou. Transfer privato organizzato dall'hotel (contattato tramite WeChat) dalla stazione all'hotel per 80 renminbi a tratta. Per andare alla muraglia: transfer privato organizzato dall'hotel alla sezione di Jingshanling (entrata dove c'è la funivia), 40 renminbi andata e ritorno.

PROS: Friendly staff. Even though not many speak English, they really try to solve any issues that arise. Lily, one of the hotel staff members, spoke excellent English and assisted us on several occasions. Billiards room — free. Laundromat on the −1st floor — free. You can buy detergent in the convenience store on the same floor. Good breakfast, but Chinese food only. You can also have lunch and dinner in the same restaurant for an extra charge. Other restaurants in the hotel: Hotpot, Hunan cuisine, Yunnan cuisine. McDonald’s right outside (huge lunch lines, though). Gym on the 10th floor. Prince Hotel near the 22nd lift offers additional dining options. Yunting Hotel on the right also has options, plus a Burberry store and a coffee shop with good coffee, desserts, and even mulled wine. Ski-in / ski-out hotel. You can use the magic carpet to go to Genting (Yunting) Resort on the right and take a gondola to the top, or ski down to the left and take the 22nd chairlift — very convenient. Wanlong Resort is connected to Yunting; if you spend 78 RMB or more at Wanlong, you get free passage back. Thaiwoo Resort is about 10 minutes away by Didi. Fulong Resort is about 25 minutes away. A brand-new resort, Xue Ruyi, is also about 10 minutes away. The room has a bathtub — not very big, but cozy. Smart Toto toilet. Small but convenient shower. Plenty of space for luggage. Riding gear can be stored on the 1st or 2nd floor. CONS (minor): Dark bathroom. The room was very hot, even when it was −20°C outside. We had to open the window. The heated floors are very effective, but there’s no way to adjust them, even though there is a controller next to the switches in the corridor. Definitely bring shorts and tank tops for the room.

Perfetto soggiorno – Molto raccomandato! Il nostro hotel è stato un gruppo, e la nostra esperienza è stata assolutamente sorprendente da parte del nostro inizio alla fine. Hanno davvero compiuto un ulteriore passo per soddisfare le nostre richieste e aiutarci con tutte le domande che sono venute in arrivo durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prenotato una suite standard nell'Anguilla del Sud e una sala di vista deluxe sulla montagna nel palazzo principale, entrambi molto puliti, comodi, spaziosi e ben attrezzati. Tutto è stato preparato con pensiero, rendendo il nostro soggiorno relax e piacevole. Il colazione era molto buono, con una bella varietà, e averlo incluso per alcune persone era molto conveniente. Il pacchetto sciistico è stato perfettamente organizzato passaggi sciistici, accesso rapido, precoce di bordo di cavo, trasferimenti dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità Taizheng, e attività supplementari come yoga e Pilate hanno reso l'intera esperienza senza stress. Come stranieri, apprezziamo davvero quanto sia facile e benvenuto tutto.Grazie alla squadra di hotel, sci in Cina ci ha lasciato un'impressione molto positiva e memorabile. La posizione è eccellente per sciare, e le viste montane sono bellissime. In generale, l'atmosfera era calda, professionale e amichevole ci siamo sentiti veramente curati. Siamo sicuri di tornare e consigliamo molto a chiunque pianifichi un viaggio di sci o un soggiorno confortevole nella zona.

La stanza è sorprendente, così come il personale di servizio che parla bene inglese (che non è comune in molti hotel). Il colazione ha una vasta varietà di cibo e stile occidentale.

Good location, in city center on the north street. Comfortable and convenient. The downside would be the cleanliness and the curtains that need repair (even though the staff changed the room for me but in another room also had broke-down curtain. Breakfast was like in the picture, quite nice. Ahhh and one thing I wonder so much … there was a noice like someone was hammering nails behind the wall or above the ceiling all night. I couldn’t find whether there was that kind of construction. But I heard it while trying to sleep on the bed. I made me feel a bit scared and took long time to sleep. I wonder where those noises were from.
