1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

Aveva il piano superiore che volevo ... la vista era grande ma la camera aveva solo una piccola TV nella sala da letto e nessuna nella camera da letto :/

Ottimo luogo per il prezzo.L'hotel è al centro, ma ho un buon lavoro così non mi lamenterò.Grande vista se si ottiene uno dei piani superiori

Отель нам очень понравился. Прекрасные виды на город с 30-х этажей. Номер состоит из 2 комнат, есть кухня с большим холодильником и плитой. Практически, как квартира. Я бы здесь с удовольствием пожила подольше. У отеля есть парковка за отдельную плату, но можно бесплатно парковаться на соседних улицах. В качестве подарка дали бусы из ракушек и карту на прокат видео в автомате внизу. Бассейном отеля не пользовались. Воды в бутылках в отеле даже при заселении не было. Если ищете экономный вариант в Гонолулу – рекомендую.

Molto bel hotel sulla spiaggia, ma molte roccia devono andare un po' per raggiungere una parte della spiaggia senza roccia. Le onde e le correnti invernali sono forti, non buone per i bambini o i principianti, ma buone per il surf e il boogie boarding. L'hotel dispone di molte piscine (e una scivola divertente) ma solo 3 ft profondo così buono per i bambini, ma un po' stanco per gli adulti. Solo un ristorante, è Duke. E un piccolo negozio che vende il caffè Starbucks. Il nostro appartamento era al 10° piano dell'edificio principale e aveva un grande balcone con vista bella sulla montagna di Maui occidentale. Ci siamo trasferiti in questa posizione molto piacevole e vorremmo tornare!

Posizione molto comoda e sicura proprio accanto all'IHOP, a un isolato dal negozio ABC e letteralmente a un minuto a piedi da una fermata dell'autobus per i principali autobus che vanno al centro commerciale Ala Moana e all'aeroporto. La camera era pulita e confortevole. La reception aperta 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, è stata cortese e disponibile. Hanno tenuto i bagagli per me prima dell'orario di check-in e dopo il check-out in modo che potessi esplorare il quartiere senza portarmi dietro i bagagli. Il prezzo era ragionevole e in realtà leggermente più economico rispetto ad altri hotel nelle vicinanze. Offrivano un grande sconto ai residenti hawaiani se prenotavano direttamente una camera dal loro sito Web ufficiale. Questo è stato il mio secondo soggiorno e sicuramente sceglierò questo la prossima volta che tornerò in questa zona.

This is a true outdoorsmen experience. I stayed in the Monkeypod tent. It was very comfortable. I had a very nice Queen bed with plenty of pillows. The tent came with a folding table, iron racks for hanging clothes, a lamp, multi-plug power *****, and WIFI. The porch had one chair and a table, and the nights were very quiet. The property shares a kitchen with on the needed appliances and dishware available as well as a porch with tables and chairs to watch the sunset. There are two showers, one in door with solar heating and one outdoors (still private) with gas heating. The property has a protected gate with code. Overall, a very good experience and I would stay here again.

Mi piacevano le camere spaziose con un senso classico, ma non c'era nessuna pulizia del pavimento, quindi dovevo indossare le scarpe.. La parte di pulizia era così sfortunata. Tuttavia, la piscina e il bar caffè mattina sono stati così impressionati. È anche un vantaggio per questo hotel avere una bella spiaggia vicino. Non lo avrò di nuovo, ma la prossima volta voglio andare in un posto proprio davanti alla spiaggia reale! ㅎㅎ La vista dalla stanza era bella e bella.

Voglio vedere il tramonto dalla stanza, il mare. L'ho messo nella stanza.Non e'il bel tempo, posso vedere solo un giorno, ma e' il miglior tramonto. C'è anche una cucina, quindi è bello poter cucinare e riscaldare il cibo durante la casa. Purtroppo, a causa della mancanza di conferma, non c'è nebbia, solo nebbia.Ci sono giorni di temperatura bassa e il tempo è caldo, quindi se è solo nebbia, la quantità di acqua è debole, sarà un po' freddo. I pannolini non possono essere sostituiti, quindi ho chiesto di aggiungere caffè nel memorandum, ma purtroppo non l'ho aggiunto.Qualcuno mi ha detto che le forniture di letto del divano erano anche nel vagone, ma no, quindi ho detto al personale del corridoio di portarlo a me. E'molto bello bere due bicchieri di acqua e ghiaccio ogni giorno.Il negozio di Pokedon al primo piano è anche delizioso. Ci sono negozi che vendono merci, ma negozi ABC vicino sono economici perché sono costosi. Il centro commerciale Ala Moana è anche a piedi, ed è molto conveniente andare a Wikiki. Solo una o due persone alla reception, non parlerò giapponese, quindi non so che la sicurezza sia un deposito. La conferma del servizio clienti è molto utile. In ogni caso, è molto scomodo aspettare per chiedere qualsiasi cosa a causa del numero ridotto. La posizione è molto buona. Se hai una possibilità, voglio restare di nuovo.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Dispone di cucina ed è situato in posizione strategica, vicino a supermercati e alla spiaggia, il che lo rende facile da raggiungere. L'appartamento fronte mare dispone di piscina, supermercato, ecc. Adatto per viaggi di lavoro o vacanze. Soddisfatto.
