1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.

Aveva il piano superiore che volevo ... la vista era grande ma la camera aveva solo una piccola TV nella sala da letto e nessuna nella camera da letto :/

Ottimo luogo per il prezzo.L'hotel è al centro, ma ho un buon lavoro così non mi lamenterò.Grande vista se si ottiene uno dei piani superiori

The hotel is 1 block away from the beach. Everything was accessible by walk. Room was clean and big enough. I stayed partial ocean view room and it was pleasant to watch Diamond Head and Sunset from the room. We stayed 4 nights but there was no house keeping service during our stay. But we could ask extra towels and toiletries when needed. Good value for money. I recommend.

Molto bel hotel sulla spiaggia, ma molte roccia devono andare un po' per raggiungere una parte della spiaggia senza roccia. Le onde e le correnti invernali sono forti, non buone per i bambini o i principianti, ma buone per il surf e il boogie boarding. L'hotel dispone di molte piscine (e una scivola divertente) ma solo 3 ft profondo così buono per i bambini, ma un po' stanco per gli adulti. Solo un ristorante, è Duke. E un piccolo negozio che vende il caffè Starbucks. Il nostro appartamento era al 10° piano dell'edificio principale e aveva un grande balcone con vista bella sulla montagna di Maui occidentale. Ci siamo trasferiti in questa posizione molto piacevole e vorremmo tornare!

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. L'altra parte della strada è Hilton, e poi potrai raggiungere il mare.C'è un certo numero di supermercati ABC vicino all'hotel, e è conveniente comprare qualcosa. Anche se l'hotel è stato ridisegnato, la disposizione all'interno è ancora insufficiente, non è conveniente usare, e il pavimento della stanza è pieno, e ho appena iniziato a sentire che la strada era un po'scura.La stanza si pulisce due giorni, se è troppo, devi andare al piano di sopra per cadere la stanza. La camera è pulita e più pulita. Il pavimento non è assorbito ogni giorno. Il bagno ha ancora i capelli. Ci sono ceneri nei luoghi di solito in cui non c'è contatto. Si stima che non sia pulito da molto tempo.Il prezzo della casa è più costoso, ma è anche economico in quella zona.

This is a true outdoorsmen experience. I stayed in the Monkeypod tent. It was very comfortable. I had a very nice Queen bed with plenty of pillows. The tent came with a folding table, iron racks for hanging clothes, a lamp, multi-plug power *****, and WIFI. The porch had one chair and a table, and the nights were very quiet. The property shares a kitchen with on the needed appliances and dishware available as well as a porch with tables and chairs to watch the sunset. There are two showers, one in door with solar heating and one outdoors (still private) with gas heating. The property has a protected gate with code. Overall, a very good experience and I would stay here again.

Mi piacevano le camere spaziose con un senso classico, ma non c'era nessuna pulizia del pavimento, quindi dovevo indossare le scarpe.. La parte di pulizia era così sfortunata. Tuttavia, la piscina e il bar caffè mattina sono stati così impressionati. È anche un vantaggio per questo hotel avere una bella spiaggia vicino. Non lo avrò di nuovo, ma la prossima volta voglio andare in un posto proprio davanti alla spiaggia reale! ㅎㅎ La vista dalla stanza era bella e bella.

È possibile vedere il tramonto e la vista notturna dal balcone della stanza! Viviamo in una stanza, possiamo ospitare tre persone, ma abbastanza grandi! Posso cucinare in cucina! １ Posso vedere il fuoco di Hilton a pochi passi dall'entrata del piano!

È stata un'esperienza fantastica! Poiché le sistemazioni e i servizi dei tre giorni precedenti erano pessimi 👎, ho cambiato hotel! Sono stato fortunato ad avere un upgrade gratuito e una camera al 42° piano con una vista fantastica! La camera era completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort e le stoviglie necessarie! Ho soggiornato qui per due giorni! Tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò alle Hawaii. Il prezzo era molto ragionevole, più economico dell'ultimo posto! Ci sono molte aree comuni disponibili! Hanno persino un barbecue! Altamente raccomandato!
