We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Monica Pier Apartments. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the pier and beach, and there were plenty of food options within easy walking distance, which was really convenient. We were expecting a beach view, but our apartment was at the front of the building and looked out towards the road instead. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the apartment itself was very bright and airy. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, table and chairs, bathroom, little laundry and comfortable bed. There isn’t a lounge area, but as we were only staying for a couple of nights, that was fine. We also really enjoyed having the balcony. The white curtains looked lovely and let in plenty of natural light during the day. The only downside was that they didn’t block out the streetlight at night, so the apartment was quite bright while sleeping. Some blockout curtains or blinds would make a big difference. The hosts were great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money, and we would happily stay again.

L'appartamento comprende una camera da letto, un soggiorno, un bagno e un ripostiglio, tutti molto spaziosi. Si prega di portare con sé articoli da toeletta e pantofole. È disponibile una lavanderia comune. Il check-in è self-service e si possono ricevere e-mail.

Non hanno però un cappello o un pasto da denti dato, hanno un chat virtuale in diretta 24/7 che può essere utile nella maggior parte delle questioni. Se non riescono, cercano di ospitare o di sostituire la loro fonte, come una cortina di doccia rotta. I servizi di base, hanno una sala comune con frigorifero, congelatore e forno a microonde accessibile dalle 6 alle 10:00.

La casa di Mint era una stanza meravigliosa. Le camere erano pulite, comode e ben mantenute, e il personale era amichevole, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La posizione era conveniente, e l'atmosfera generale era piacevole e rilassante. Tutto è andato bene dall'iscrizione all'uscita. Ci sarebbe stato un piacere rimanere qui di nuovo e consigliare l'hotel a tutti gli altri viaggiatori.

1. The bed is not comfy. 2. Very basic furniture and utensils. 3. Passed whole week without TV as no one gave us TV remote. The stove was given connection after repeated email next day.  4. Check in and checkout was smooth. Owner was very prompt in replying email from remote location. 5. The location was very convenient and beside big grocery shop.

I had to cancel and the hotel did not accept any attempt to negotiate a cancellation fee. I was fully charged even though I did notify this with anticipation. On the other hand, they can and will cancel your reservation without even notifying you in advance. I know this because they did that to me before. Sadly, my experience was not positive.

Good, safe location. Room and bathroom were fine, although an entire dresser was missing from the room and everything was situated on top of the fridge. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and allowed me to leave my bag prior to checking in. The guy at the night desk didn't bother to say hi back though.

Fantastic stay! The location was superb, right on the edge of the beach with absolutely stunning sunset views. The facilities were great and very clean. Having a bath was a real bonus, as we’d only had showers in all the other accommodation on our trip so far. Would definitely recommend this place.

Ci piace davvero il nostro soggiorno a Los Angeles in questo mini appartamento, che era spazioso e aveva una cucina, una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli, che era molto conveniente. Ha anche un parcheggio gratuito, che è molto utile nella zona.

La stanza era pulita e accogliente. Piatti alti, cucina grande con tutto quello che avete bisogno, letto confortevole e 2 posti a fuoco. Inoltre la posizione è grande! 5 minuti dal Snow Summit ski resort e 5 minuti dal lago.
