The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

Overall, the hotel is good. We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved. The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles. The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita.Il parcheggio era disponibile e potevamo facilmente camminare verso il lago che era a una distanza di circa 1.2 Km  In generale ci siamo divertiti.

Hotel di appartamento eccellente. Lava tutto. Due camere, buona vista. Guardare la città è stato abbastanza giorno. Ci è Meydan (piazza principale) che si muove facilmente al mercato e Forum (grande centro commerciale). Su Meidan i dollari sono cambiati al tasso migliore del funzionario, ci sono grandi scambiatori vicino McDonalds. La vista dalla finestra è eccellente, gli uccelli cantano. Chi ha bisogno di cucinare, c'è un sacco di tutto per questo. Il WiFi è abbastanza veloce, mostrato al momento nella mia stanza circa 60mbit/s

Everything was perfect except the breakfast was very basic with same type of food everyday.

كانت الاقامة في المكان جميلة جدا لانه كل شي قريب منك  البحيرة تقريبا 600 متر والمحلات كلها  المسجد جدا قريب من المكان ومقابله بقالة  انصح بهذا المكان وبشدة  ناهيك عن حسن اخلاق الشاب السوري احمد 👍

Molto bello e pulito. Grande casa con cucina per coloro che amano cucinare.
