Ho soggiornato qui con un'amica per una notte e sono rimasta sinceramente sorpresa da quanto fosse ben attrezzato l'appartamento. Avevamo un microonde, un piano cottura a induzione, utensili da cucina, stoviglie e persino un lavandino e una zona lavoro veri e propri: il tipo di dotazione che di solito non si trova in questa fascia di prezzo. La camera era pulita e luminosa, il bagno era immacolato e, sì, l'aria condizionata funziona davvero! È stato un vero sollievo dopo aver trascorso una lunga giornata calda a camminare per la città. Non c'era l'asciugacapelli, il che è un punto a favore, ma nel complesso il livello di comfort era ottimo. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è un po' lontano dal centro città: abbiamo deciso di andare a piedi e ci abbiamo messo circa 50 minuti (sì, siamo un po' pazzi). Ma è raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici se si preferisce non immergersi in un pellegrinaggio completo come abbiamo fatto noi. Tutto sommato, è un ottimo posto per i viaggiatori che desiderano una base tranquilla, pulita e funzionale per esplorare Breslavia. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Ich bin restlos begeistert! Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an war alles perfekt – der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, das stilvolle Ambiente und der makellose Service haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit und der traumhafte Ausblick vom Fenster aus. Auch das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen! Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das Personal: aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen – ob für einen Kurzurlaub, eine Geschäftsreise oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

La posizione è perfetta, vicino al centro storico. La camera è molto spaziosa e include una cucina e un bagno puliti. Purtroppo, il soffitto del nostro bagno ha subito una perdita d'acqua. Tuttavia, il personale è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema a mezzanotte, offrendoci un'altra camera, ma in un altro hotel. Abbiamo però rifiutato di cambiare alloggio perché era già troppo tardi. Il problema è stato risolto rapidamente il giorno dopo, il che è perfetto.

The apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.

This apar**ent is close to market square,10 minutes of walk. Perfect location. Apar**ent is clean and having reception from 7am. We also parked the car with reasonable extra expense. Reception desk also offer free coffee and tea. Room is with welcoming drinks and chocolates. Definitely will come back in future visitings.

I had a great stay and was very satisfied with the overall experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

L'ascensore era rotto e nessuno lo riparava. Il mio soggiorno è al 4° piano, il che significa che ho spostato i bagagli dal seminterrato all'ultimo piano e poi sono tornato indietro. È stato un grosso problema. Ho controllato con l'addetto alla reception e ho ricevuto solo ”scusa” ma senza alcuna soluzione. Durante il soggiorno, tutti gli ospiti possono utilizzare le scale solo con bagagli grandi. Anche io. E l'addetto alla reception non sapeva quando l'ascensore potrà essere recuperato. Se sapessi che l'ascensore è rotto, non sceglierei questo appartamento. Un soggiorno terribile!
