Outstanding spacious apartment in the new Kandi White Tower. Plenty of space and the apartment is absolutely immaculate. Great building with a peaceful and relaxed environment yet within walking distance to the entertainment area. Accommodation is very comfortable and modern. Check in and communication with the host is easy because they have a helpful representative on duty at the building reception. Represents good value for money given the high specification of the apartment and building. Great restaurant and pool onsite. Highly recommended

It is what it is. You kind of know what the area is like when there are 2 ”massage parlors” across the street and tons in the area, and the facility has surcharges for bringing in an ”outside masseuse.” The room was large and reasonably clean. The towels were fraying, and the ”white” sheets were gray. The room refrigerator was bigger than average. There was a small table and chairs in the room - you could eat or do work there. The air conditioner worked just fine. The place is located above a 24 grocery store. This is convenient, nice, and adds a layer of security. We had some issues sleeping for 3 reasons: 1. Pillows were high and rock hard. My wife and I each got stiff necks. 2. There were some inebriated individuals who had a very loud argument @ 3 am. 3. Worst of all, there was a rooster fairly close to our room. Like most roosters, every time he saw a car with its lights on, he went crazy. This happened all night long. Pictures are from inside the building and will give you a feeling for the area.

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. Il posto era pulito, tranquillo e confortevole. Il personale era bello e benvenuto dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. L'iscrizione era veloce e facile, e hanno spiegato tutto chiaramente. La camera era pulita e profumata. Il letto era morbido e confortevole, quindi potevo riposare bene. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la connessione WiFi era buona. Mi piaceva anche che il bagno era molto pulito e completo con le cose di base che avevamo bisogno. Il pranzo era buono e ci sono state molte scelte durante il colazione. L'hotel aveva anche un'atmosfera rilassante che rendeva il soggiorno più piacevole. Il personale era sempre gentile e veloce per aiutare ogni volta che ci serviva qualcosa. In generale, mi sono davvero divertito di stare qui. Tutto mi sentivo in modo sano e senza stress. Sarei sicuramente tornato a raccomandare a qualcun altro che cercasse un posto bello e confortevole per stare.

Abbiamo prenotato l'ultimo minuto durante la Settimana Santa e siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi di aver scoperto questo posto. Inizialmente pensavamo di aver prenotato solo una stanza con una zona comune con altri ospiti, ma era in realtà l'intero posto con cucina completa, soggiorno e cena con un enorme balcone e 2 bagni completi. Non ha ancora nessun altro attrezzatura, ma hanno sentito che sono in esecuzione per costruire più camere, un palestra e una piscina nell'edificio accanto a lui. È stato anche un bel trattamento di accoglienza avere un ristorante Filipino elevato in piedi dove abbiamo cenato entrambe le notti. Solo notare che si apre tardi al 9am-10am, quindi se si vuole avere colazione precoce, non sarà il posto per voi. Meglio solo cucinare nell'appartamento 👍🏼

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo accogliente hotel. Mio marito e io abbiamo partecipato a una riunione 3-day a SMX Clark e abbiamo portato insieme i nostri 2 adolescenti. La suite 2 dormitorio era solo per noi. L'hotel dispone di un personale cortese e amichevole. Le richieste sono state rivolte immediatamente. La piscina era piccola, ma abbastanza per i quattro di noi. Un problema negativo è stato la microonde che dobbiamo pulire completamente a causa delle scorie alimentari lasciate dagli occupanti precedenti: non c'è ascensore e potrebbe essere difficile per coloro che hanno problemi di ginocchio. La posizione è piuttosto ombra, ma questo è ok perché abbiamo portato la nostra auto e Grab era sempre disponibile.

may ipis sa cr at kulang kulang ang kitchen utensils and cookwares.. di rin maayos yung stove.. di narireach yung high temp kaya napakatagal makaluto.. salute kay kuya guard at staff dahil mabilis naman ibinibigay mga request na kulang sa room and napaka matulungin sa guest and secure ang car sa parking.. comfy naman yung bed and malinis.. i suggest to improve cleanliness sa room especially sa cr and kitchen cabinets.. yung mga gamit for cooking and dining should be complete before guest enter sana..

If you want to unwind and want some rest just for a day then this is for you, I just had a little unpleasant experience because the room is booked the room was smell like sink because the bathroom drainage is bit clogged I'm pumping and pumping and use the detergent to remove the unwanted smell. The room is decent for the price of php2000+ something. Overall expensive i think 6.5/10

The apartment is large and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, appliances and a large fridge. The building facility is great, there is a pool, a rooftop bar, a restaurant and a professional gym. The bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good. The only down side is the hot water is only luke warm. Will come agian if I come to this country again.

The first two rooms I was shown stank of smoke, like someone had been smoking in there only 2 minutes earlier. They upgraded me to a loft room which was good. Microwave didn't work, which was a pain. Pool water looked unclean. Some towels worn out. The staff were friendly. The hotel is just out of all the action, so is quiet.
