Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Ottimo hotel, ampia suite con quattro camere, tutto pulito, quartiere tranquillo e piacevole. Ma il check-in self-service è pessimo: l'app si blocca continuamente, rallenta e si blocca. Dice che il check-in richiede 1 minuto, ma in realtà ne impiega 20.

Il prezzo è davvero economico, e ci sono dieci punti da camminare dalla stazione di cammino.Sotto è 711 tutta la famiglia.L'attrazione non ha paura di camminare per dieci minuti può anche andare al centro della città. Il difetto è che la mia stanza non ha una finestra, l'hotel non ha un ascensore, in realtà è un hotel cambiato in un appartamento giapponese, e il flusso di acqua per il bagno è così piccolo.Il soggiorno è praticamente auto-assistenza, vivendo tre giorni, tranne veder la signorina che ha fatto il bagno mattina, non ha mai visto nessuno sulla reception. Se si può risparmiare denaro, l'igiene è anche passata, e accanto a tutti i quartieri residenziali è tranquillo.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room felt brand new, with plenty of space and two large, incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect — especially convenient for visiting the nearby museum. We were genuinely impressed by how much value you get for the price. I can’t recommend B Hotel Neko Yard highly enough — it’s a fantastic place to stay and truly exceeded our expectations!

Il problema è che tutte le camere 501, 502, 503 sono sul 5° piano e non c'è ascensore, quindi dovrai portare la valigia. Inoltre, i piani da 2 a 4 non fanno parte dell'hotel, quindi siate consapevoli del rumore se arrivate tardi di notte. E, non c'è posto o modo di tenere il bagaglio dopo il check-out (check-out è alle 10, quindi se il vostro prossimo treno lascia più tardi durante il giorno del check-out; si dovrà prendere il bagaglio con voi)

Good place and near to the convenient stores.The place is so perfect for the family.my kids enjoyed the projector,but there is no elevator.we carried our big luggage going to second floor.No free car parking but have a nearest coin parking.check out time is so early 10am.I suggest to make it 11am because some of the guests have a kids hard to wake them up early,especially if you are a tourist.

Ottimo posto. Il check-in si effettua autonomamente, ma va bene. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, come la lavatrice. Il bagno può essere utilizzato anche come asciugatrice. La posizione è buona, con molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e anche karaoke. La cucina è buona, l'appartamento era pulito e ben organizzato.

It’s walking distance from the famous A-Bomb Dome. After the 2026 New Year Countdown on the 12th floor of the Hiroshima Orizuru Tower, we just walked back to our apartment. I’d highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Hiroshima!😎👌🏼🇯🇵⛩️

C'è una sensazione di pulizia, la stanza è molto pulita e le strutture sono ricche, quindi posso passare un po'di tempo libero. Voglio presentarlo a un amico.

# Buon complimento # per la dimensione della stanza, la posizione, l'isolamento del corridoio, la sicurezza, la luce interna soddisfacente; nessuna gestione della persona sul campo, il processo di soggiorno è molto difficile, il processo è stato fatto per più di un'ora. Ma lo spazio dell'hotel suite è abbastanza grande e ha una piccola sorpresa.
