Расположение Орби топ для тех, кому и на пляжик надо, и на такси до заведений с едой ездить каждый день. Не заметили страшных проблем с лифтами, но мы были в октябре. Не понравилось, что в номере не было одеяла (хоть на улице и тепло, есть люди, которые без одеяла спать не могут. Кажется, хозяева апартаментов об этом не подумали явно). Не было гладильной доски, хотя был утюг. Немного странновато, получается, вот вам утюг — гладьте хрен знает как? Поверхности страшно прожечь, так что мы им не пользовались. Отсутствие стула хотя бы одного на балконе удручает — на фото в карточке аппаратов стул имеется 🌚 Хочется посидеть, понаслаждаться видом, но приходится только стоять. В остальном все супер, порадовала чистота номера, хорошие блэкаут шторы, нормальный напор воды.

Апартаменты находятся в комплексе Orbi City, block D. Очень приятный владелец ответил на все вопросы ещё на этапе бронирования. Общение на английском языке в Whats App. Попросили номер повыше и с хорошим видом на море - он такой и предоставил. На 40 этаже с отличным видом на море, город и горы. Сам номер в хорошем состоянии, всё работает, ничего не отваливается. Кровать очень удобная. В ванной есть фен, чистые полотенца и пара наборов шампунь+гель для душа и стиральная машинка. Wi-Fi в номере работает без нареканий - интернет быстрый. Также в номере есть небольшая плитка, чайник и утюг. В общем, всё для комфортного проживания. Из недостатков могу отметить лишь отсутствие ёршика. В остальном - замечательные апартаменты с замечательным владельцем. Однозначно рекомендую.

Quando non si trovava alcuna prenotazione, dissero che era appartamento privato e chiamavano il numero di telefono nella prenotazione. Beh, lì immediatamente rispose e sorpreso che il ricevimento lo dicesse. Configura 2 ore prima, per cui grazie separate, era molto stanco dopo il volo. La stanza è pulita, spaziosa, comoda, ci sono alcuni piatti e tavolo da tè, caffè in sacchetti, ventilatore. Da la finestra è stata una buona vista. In 5 giorni, la stanza è stata pulita una volta. Scendi sull'ascensore e' che ancora khwest 🤣 Tutti i tempi sono pieni di bit, anche se sono 6 pezzi. In generale non male, ma molto molte persone

Заехали в отель на одну ночь с 07.08 по 08.08 Отель огромный, народу много, парковки собственной нет, еле нашли во дворе, местные просят за парковаться за 50 лари. Сам номер чистый с потрясающим видом, что днём и вечером.

Gli appartamenti sono puliti e confortevoli, un po' più vicini alle immagini, ma perfettamente adatta per 4 adulti. Situazione sulla prima linea con un ottimo accesso al centro di Batumi, ma un po' rumoroso dalle auto con un alto scarico e karaoke proprio sotto le finestre. Il servizio è buono, ma le istruzioni per la sistemazione e la ricerca dell'appartamento sono auspicabili per aggiungere alla descrizione o per indirizzare in anticipo.
