The room is spacious and equipped with everything I need. The location is quite good and the front desk is very helpful.

Molto buono, vale la pena lodare più hardware, la colazione è molto ricco, il traffico è anche conveniente. Potete prendere il bus e il treno per circa sette minuti, e vi resterete la prossima volta.

La camera dell'hotel è molto bella, abbastanza grande e le strutture sono nuovissime. Deve essere stato rinnovato di recente. L'hotel è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto, il che è molto comodo, adatto soprattutto alle persone in transito.

I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔

This hotel is one of the most amazing hotel that I every stayed. I was transfer in helsinki airport so I chose to stay in this hotel and it was best choice possible. Reception’s workers are all really friendly and kind, even more restaurant’s woman is really kind too🥹 Hotel room is really cozy and perfect!! Ahhhh and the reception is open for 24hr so it’s so convenient, and actually I didn’t expect for the food in hotel restaurant but the restaurant’s menus are really have high quality! It was really beautiful night in this hotel! I want to visit Finland again and this hotel too.💚

Our second check-in in the same week as we came back from Rovaniemi. Spacious in the main bedroom area (open 2 large 30inch luggage and still have ample of space to walk) but toilet is very small. All it takes is a 10min shower to flood your entire toilet due to the poor drainage design. You hardly can bathe with ease in the shower area due to the size and structure of pillars. Wouldn’t recommend to pay extra for this room as the proportion of the room is not design well. Our previous stay in the slightly cheaper room was better than this.

Un hotel davvero sorprendente! Semplicemente fantastico! Sono arrivato a Helsinki la mattina presto e il personale di turno mi ha accolto molto calorosamente, senza alcuna emozione! Ho fatto il check-out a mezzogiorno, ma mancavano ancora alcune ore alla partenza da Helsinki. Volevo fare un altro giro, ma non mi aspettavo che l'hotel fornisse anche un servizio di deposito bagagli premuroso! Il personale è molto paziente ed entusiasta! Grazie! Altamente raccomandato! Un hotel davvero sorprendente! Semplicemente fantastico! Sono arrivato a Helsinki nelle prime ore del mattino e sono stato accolto dall'impiegato di turno senza alcuna emozione e con grande ospitalità. Ho fatto il check-out a mezzogiorno, ma avevo ancora qualche ora prima di lasciare Helsinki e Volevo girare un po' di più, quindi non avevo capito che l'hotel aveva un servizio di deposito bagagli premuroso. Pros - Perfect location, just a stone’s throwaway to the subway - Super new, comfy and spacious room for two - Bathroom was all impeccable with a super strong shower head (major plus points!!) - Strong air-conditioning / heater - Pretty good breakfast spread Cons - Cast to tv feature didn’t work :( - Recep’s service can be better - No kettle in room (available for rent at €5 / day zzz) *pro-tip: get free hot water from the coffee vending machine near the recep*

I wish I could give 6 stars. 5 for the hotel which was the nicest in all of Helsinki. Central location in a beautiful building retrofitted for the hotel. Of course squeaky clean and modern tech galore. I see thoughtful small touches like fade-in/out lights, quality bedding, sound proofed windows etc at every corner. The extra star for working with me on an error I made during booking process without any fuss. Staff at front desk was very welcoming and professional as well. I really don’t have anything to even nit pick… I guess the standard room was not large by any standards but had high ceilings so it doesn’t feel cramped. And that’s it, can’t recommend more and believe the near 5 star rating by everyone.
