La camera d'albergo era di discrete dimensioni, ma il letto era piuttosto piccolo, largo solo 1,4 metri circa. Ho dovuto far dormire mio figlio sul letto mentre io dormivo sul divano. L'hotel non veniva pulito tutti i giorni, ma circa ogni tre o quattro giorni. La camera aveva un balcone con vista sul fiume Meno e le finestre a tutta altezza potevano essere aperte per la ventilazione. Ho trovato le finestre con doppi vetri un buon elemento di design, con persiane abbassabili e finestre apribili dall'alto, che garantivano sia la ventilazione che la privacy, impedendo al contempo l'ingresso della luce. La posizione dell'hotel era un po' lontana dal centro città, ma molto vicina al ponte di ferro e proprio accanto al fiume Meno, il che rendeva piacevole una passeggiata lungo la riva.

公寓位置不錯，距離法蘭克福大教堂，瑪麗廣場不到1公里，門口有電車和地鐵，公園，超市，KFC。房間有電磁灶，餐具，鍋碗等。不足的就是隔音很差，能清晰聽到隔壁講話聲音，影響睡眠。幸好挨着公園，不挨馬路，不然馬路噪音雙重影響。床品質量一般，第二晚沒有提供浴巾（可能需要自己去取）。酒店門口有幾個馬路停車位，晚上不收費，但是早上需要開走。公寓性價比不錯。

La camera è pulita, ordinata, silenziosa, confortevole e relativamente grande. La bellezza Bojana alla reception è particolarmente cordiale ed entusiasta. Il servizio è oltre lo standard in Germania. L'atmosfera nella lobby è molto tranquilla e confortevole. Ciò che è particolarmente importante è che l'hotel dispone di un autobus dedicato per andare e venire dall'aeroporto, e potrai raggiungere l'aeroporto in pochi minuti. Ci tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò la possibilità. Dato che avevo il volo in anticipo, la signora Bojana mi ha dato un orario di check-in molto amichevole, grazie.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The reception was super friendly and patient and offered us many help. It was a bit confusing at first since you need to enter the building from one of the three doors and get to the reception on 4th floor, but after that everything was good. The room was clean and tidy with no oddor, a bit small to open two large suitcases, but not a big problem. The air conditioner kept the room warm and cosy. Our room was at 8th floor with nice city view (in the photo), there were occasional sirens outside the window but in general pretty quiet from both nearby and inside. The TV allowed screen mirroring, and there was a very nice speaker above it. We didn't use the stove but the large fridge and microwave were quite useful. There were laundry machines and dryers next to a small gym. It took about 15 minutes to the main train station, can travel by either underground or tram which was convenient. There were many good restaurants and supermarkets around, and it was close to most of the attractions.

Pobyt w apartamencie niestety nie należał do najprzyjemniejszych. Standard i lokalizacja na duży plus jednak kilka kwestii zdecydowanie wpływa na moją opinię. Kuchnia w apartamencie, który wynajęliśmy była mocno niedoposażona. Była w niej tylko mała patelnia. Na szczęście po rozmowie z osobą z recepcji dostaliśmy dodatkowy garnek. Nie był w najlepszym stanie i musieliśmy go umyć. Później zorientowaliśmy się też, że brakuje takich rzeczy jak np. nóż do krojenia. Jednym z naszych głównych powodów wynajmu apartamentu z kuchnią była właśnie chęć przygotowywania sobie posiłków. Nie przyszło nam do głowy, że może w niej brakować podstawowych rzeczy. To, co jednak najbardziej uwierało, to trudności ze spaniem ze względu na hałasy z korytarza. Być może to kwestia apartamentów na parterze. Ale do pokoju docierały odgłosy z recepcji, a od bardzo wczesnych godzin porannych hałas wózków obsługi (sprzątanie lub kuchnia). Gdyby nie zatyczki do uszu, trudno byłoby spać. Uciążliwe było też to, że przy otwartym oknie było czuć dym papierosowy. Być może warto wprowadzić zakaz palenia na balkonach/tarasach i wyznaczyć do tego odpowiednią strefę.

Ottimo luogo. Molto grande, pulita. Bella cucina. Ci sono una denuncia. Questo è il processo di check-in. Il processo di check-in all'interno del lobby immobiliare con tablet era buono. Ma ci è stato guidato a fare il check-in su una piattaforma di terze parti chiamata ”Hotel Bird”. Ci siamo trasferiti molto tempo cercando di completare il processo di check-in con ”Hotel Bird” ma non è sempre stato possibile. L'interfaccia utente era terribile. Dopo aver inserito le informazioni per il 2° ospite, l'interfaccia è stata bloccata, e non ci ha dato alcun indizio su cosa fosse il passo successivo, che il check-in sia stato fatto o no. Dovresti correggere ”Hotel Bird”. o dimenticare ”Hotel Bird”., solo usare la tavola lobby è stato abbastanza buono.

The hotel’s location is within walking distance of the city center. Since we came to explore, we actually enjoyed walking around and discovering the area, so it wasn’t an issue for us at all. The cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms were more than sufficient for a short stay. Additionally, having complimentary coffee as well as water and soda available in the lobby was a great bonus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the kitchen sink in our initial room was broken; however, this was quickly resolved as we were moved to a new room without any hassle. If we visit again, we would definitely choose to stay here.

As other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda, vicino ai mezzi pubblici. La camera è grande e pulita. Il check-in è automatico: bisogna effettuare il check-in e impostare la chiave magnetica della camera autonomamente tramite il touch screen. Questo è molto comodo perché, se mi capita di dimenticare la chiave in camera, posso richiederne una nuova direttamente alla reception. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, c'è una bottiglia di shampoo, sapone liquido e gel doccia 3 in 1 (che inizialmente avevo scambiato per sapone liquido). Non c'era acqua in bottiglia in camera, ma nella hall era presente una macchina per il caffè. Si può preparare un cappuccino caldo gratuitamente. Nel complesso, ho apprezzato molto questa struttura.
