Appartamenti a Isola di Boracay

Abbiamo soggiornato al Fairways and Bluewater Boracay per una settimana e ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Cominciamo con gli aspetti positivi: 1) Dopo aver cambiato stanza, abbiamo potuto goderci la nostra stanza e la vista. Le donne delle pulizie hanno fatto un buon lavoro pulendo la stanza ogni giorno e fornendo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. 2) Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che ci fossero così tanti servizi nella proprietà. Onestamente, ce ne sono così tanti disponibili che non hai nemmeno bisogno di lasciare l'hotel. Ma ti consigliamo di uscire ed esplorare l'isola e supportare la gente del posto. 3) Lo staff è stato molto gentile e rispettoso. Ci ha sempre salutato a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Quindi è stato adorabile. 4) La colazione era buona. Ci è piaciuto fare colazione in hotel. Avevano una varietà molto buona. 5) La proprietà è molto grande, quindi per fortuna ci sono bus navetta che portano gli ospiti dal loro edificio al gate o ovunque desiderino andare nella proprietà. Abbiamo anche pensato che fosse carino da parte loro fornire un bus navetta dall'hotel al DMall. 6) L'hotel ha anche una spiaggia privata, il che è carino. Consiglierei di indossare scarpe da spiaggia in acqua. Il mio compagno non ne aveva e si è fatto male in acqua, quindi fate attenzione. Passiamo agli aspetti negativi: 1) Prima del nostro viaggio abbiamo provato a contattare l'hotel per fare domande più volte e ci siamo trovati di fronte a tante sfide. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere al servizio clienti di trip.com di aiutarci e la risposta dell'hotel è stata molto elementare e non soddisfacente. Consiglierei di aggiornare la tua e-mail e il tuo numero perché sono entrambi errati, soprattutto per gli ospiti alle prime armi sull'isola di Boracay. 2) Avremmo prenotato il nostro hotel con un mese di anticipo e avremmo lasciato richieste specifiche per le nostre camere in modo che l'hotel potesse prepararsi per noi, beh. Una volta arrivati, ci hanno accompagnato nella nostra camera e l'hotel non era certamente preparato. Questo ci ha fatto sentire molto ignorati in termini di richieste. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare camera, fortunatamente siamo riusciti ad ottenerla, ma la nostra esperienza del primo giorno in hotel non è stata positiva. 3) L'hotel ha una politica per le lenzuola e i cuscini macchiati. Ma, curiosamente, alcune delle loro lenzuola e cuscini sono macchiati! Quindi, prima di dormire sul letto, scatta delle foto di tutto in modo che non ti accusino. Fortunatamente, l'abbiamo fatto per non farci pagare quello che c'era già. 4) Il giorno del check-out, la signora alla reception ha cercato di farci pagare il distributore di sapone che era in camera. Perché un ospite avrebbe dovuto prendere il distributore di sapone 🙄😒. Fortunatamente, sono stato molto fermo nel farle sapere che il distributore era in camera e che non avevamo motivo di prenderlo. Letteralmente, un minuto dopo, un altro ospite stava facendo il check-out e gli hanno fatto la stessa domanda. Implicando che l'ospite avrebbe anche preso il distributore di sapone dalla sua camera. Per favore, smettete di cercare di ottenere un pagamento dal vostro ospite. L'hotel è già costoso, abbiamo pagato un sacco di soldi per soggiornarci, quindi non c'è bisogno che ci accusino di furto.

Henan Regency has the best breakfast buffet in Boracay. A minute away from the beach front, but don't forget your beach towels because you need that as a ticket to use their lay benches.

While my stay at this hotel had some positive aspects, a few notable issues detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival, I encountered persistent problems with the room’s card key system. After being issued two card keys, neither worked to unlock my room door, regardless of how they were used. When I returned to the front desk, I was told—incorrectly—that I must have deactivated the keys, even though they had been in my hand for less than two minutes. The staff reactivated the keys, but they still didn’t work. A housekeeping staff member attempted to assist me, confirming the keys were faulty and using their own master key to grant me access. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff seemed skeptical until they heard directly from housekeeping, which I found frustrating. Additionally, the room’s sliding door had a noticeable gap that would not close properly. This became particularly problematic on a windy, stormy day, as the door rattled, pulled apart, and emitted a loud whistling noise. My initial request to have the door fixed resulted in housekeeping advising me to “press as hard as I could” or simply tolerate the gap. After enduring the noise for one night, I requested a room change, but the new room also had a gap in the sliding door. Again, I had to insist on a solution, which seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff. That said, the dining and housekeeping staff were outstanding—friendly, accommodating, and professional. These teams clearly prioritize guest satisfaction, which was a redeeming aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the front desk service, particularly from one male staff member, left much to be desired. In summary, while some areas of the hotel staff excelled, the front desk (specially the male reception member) team could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure guest concerns are addressed with care and urgency.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. Spiaggia privata bella e pulita, senza estranei. Niente sporco, niente spazzatura. In spiaggia è vietato bere, fumare e mangiare. Non nuotiamo in piscina, ma sembra abbastanza decente e c'è anche molto spazio lì. All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema: avevamo prenotato una camera classic e siamo stati sistemati al primo piano con un balcone rivolto verso il muro, sembrava di essere in prigione. Hanno chiesto di cambiare numero. Non l'hanno sostituita subito, ma verso la sera del primo giorno, perché non c'erano altre stanze disponibili. La colazione è varia, nessuno uscirà sicuramente affamato. Ci sono navette per la città, ma potete anche chiedere un tut-tuk, ha sempre un costo fisso di 300 pesos solo andata. Il prezzo del bar e del ristorante dell'hotel è circa il doppio di quello della stessa spiaggia della città. Le pulizie sono 4, i pavimenti non sono lavati molto bene, la biancheria viene cambiata solo su richiesta. L'ultimo giorno il bagno ha iniziato a puzzare di fogna. Nel complesso, ci è piaciuto tutto. In ogni caso, è molto meglio che vivere in città, nel trambusto e nel rumore senza fine. L'hotel offre un trasferimento a pagamento per l'aeroporto.

Perfetto posto. Il mio ultimo paradiso. Tutto è perfetto: cibo, camere, attrezzature, piscina, spiaggia, programma, personale, tempo, servizi e così via. The Arrival We were met at the baggage claim by a happy-looking guy holding up a sign that said ”Crimson” and were directed to the van, which took us to the boat terminal. There was a private waiting area inside the terminal, where we waited about 20 minutes for the boat. The boat ride took about 15 mins, going to the far side of the island, instead of the dock directly across the water. We were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful rock formation we’d never known was there, since in all the times going to Boracay, we had never seen that part of the island. From there, we rode a van to the resort, which was about a 10-minute ride. Staff was very pleasant, and all around a good pick-up experience.   Checking in We were welcomed with a glass of dalandan (citrus fruit) flavored iced tea. It was a quick check-in, and we were happy to know that our hotel room was ready right away. We were escorted to our room.   The Suite Our room was amazing! We came to Boracay to celebrate our son’s birthday. When we entered the room, they surprised us with a “Happy Birthday” sign on the bed as well as on the TV screen. There was also a cake and cookies which the kids loved. We booked a 1-bedroom suite with a plunge pool. For reference, we are a family of 5, and the kids' ages ranged from toddler to preteen. The room was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. For someone who has spine issues, I slept well. The bathroom had all the toiletries you would need, from the loofa to bubble bath. Shower water pressure matters to us 😅, and it didn't disappoint. Also, there was also a crimson tote and a beach sombrero. They were very thoughtful with what they chose to provide for guests.   The Restaurants   Saffron cafe - Our booking included breakfast, which was buffet-style. There was a wide selection of food, including continental and Filipino breakfast, a carving station, omelette station, bread and pastries, and dim sum and noodle stations. Some Mediterranean, Japanese, and Korean dishes too. The servers were all so friendly and accommodating, always happy to serve. Mosaic - Latin American grill The first thing that struck me was the beautiful interior design. For appetizers, we ordered the octopus, Caesar salad with anchovies, and the salmon tiradito as appetizers. The octopus paired very well with beets which was unexpected; Caesar salad, you can never go wrong with, while the salmon was just ok. For the main course, we ordered The Tomahawk steak and the cod which were excellent. They served the steak with different choices of salt and sauces, which elevated the flavor and the presentation of the food, and all of them were good. By the way, all restaurants in the resort had a kids' menu, which came with a drink, main entree, and dessert. Do yourself a favor and order their Tres Leches 👌 Azure Beach Club - so accommodating, and the food was great! We entered the restaurant wet from the rain, and they were happy to sit us

The service was nothing short of outstanding! Our flight coming from boracay was scheduled early morning. I had arranged our transportation to the airport to one of the front desk employees. My friends were amazed with the service provided. Arrived at the airport without delay and treated like royal customers. Way to go Hennan garden resort staffs.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Prima di tutto, il personale è molto gentile. Ti ho sempre accolto calorosamente e ho sorriso, quindi mi sono divertito moltissimo. Dato che si tratta di un hotel nuovo, le camere sono pulite, le strutture sono buone e sono soddisfatto. Puoi anche guardare Netflix, quindi l'ho guardato fino all'alba. L'acqua nella cabina doccia del bagno non scolava bene e c'erano delle mosche nel bagno. Spero che tu possa migliorare solo quella parte.

È andato lì per il fine settimana di San Valentino, è stato molto piacevole con personale amichevole e l'appartamento è stato pulito e meraviglioso. Molto tranquillo e a pochi passi da White Beach e convenientemente situato vicino a un 24 ore McDonalds e Metro che sicuramente si è messo a buon uso quando voleva prendere una rapida morsa per mangiare. Il buono per un giorno è stato offerto gratuitamente, e anche molto delizioso, e si può andare a fare un giro per la ferrata, ma se si può fare un pacchetto, andare e tornare sicuramente raccomandarlo. Pianifica con uno dei piloti locali, così avrai tempo per catturare il tuo aereo, mentre il nostro volo volava solo una volta al giorno da e verso Clark a Luzon. Ma molto piacevole, anche indossare una grande panchina solare perché è molto facile da bruciare in breve tempo mentre divertirsi in bella acqua cristallina chiara come abbiamo fatto. Il condizionamento dell’aria nella stanza era molto utile e piacevole dopo il sole, ma anche se la doccia non aveva una porta, si aspetta che il piano del bagno si bagni un po’ bagnato. Il letto era un po' ricco, ma molto confortevole, e facile accesso alla stanza con una chiave.
