Pros-If you like to party and you are an extrovert type this hotel is definitely for you. Located in station 2, beachfront. You are near to dmall and also to other business establishments. Staff are also kind and approachable. The hotel is clean with airconditioner. With unlimited free water. The buffet dinner was delicious as well as the buffet breakfast. The room is a non smoking room which I like because I don't like the smell of cigarettes. Cons- There is no view in the terrace we got. The key to the door takes time to open. No rags and slippers for feet so you have to bring your own slippers. For the rag you can request to the front desk. Just prepare 2k per room per day for the deposit in which you can get after check out.

Room - We booked the room with pool access. It was very convenient. It had a massive bathroom with a huge bathtub but we weren’t able to use it. The bed is comfy. They provide slippers and bathrobes. Staff - everyone’s super friendly. They greet you with a smile and they show enthusiasm whenever we request for anything. Food - breakfast is amazing. We were at the Hennan Lounge as it came with the room booking and there were less people. The food is filling. We also like the room service. Location - this is in station 2 along the road. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. They can give you towels which you can use on the lounge chairs reserved exclusively for Hennan guests. We had a lot of fun and we wanted to extend but we can’t due to time constraint. The place was relaxing. The pool looks pretty and will entice you to swim. All in all I have nothing negative to say.

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

I always wanted to stay in one of Henann’s direct pool access rooms, and honestly best choice ever! We stayed here for our second night in Boracay since it was sold out for our first night. Please keep in mind though that the pool closes by 8pm :( the only downside actually lol Hopefully next time they extend hours up til midnight.

Non si può mai sbagliare con questo posto... tutto il personale... VOGLIO TUTTI sono molto calorosi... cordiale e premuroso... la posizione era a circa 15 passi dalla spiaggia... le PISCINE sì hanno 2 enormi piscine molto pulite e rinfrescanti.. il cibo era ottimo. Webstayed 3 giorni 4 notti e tutta la colazione è eccellente .. menu diversi ogni mattina .. Se vuoi trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e migliore a Boracay. . considera questo hotel. . . Ho già detto che mio marito si è iscritto al club per il tipo di servizio che il personale ci ha offerto. Complimenti a tutti!

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente perché è facile trovare e ha la spiaggia davanti. La nostra camera per 4 adulti era abbastanza grande e spaziosa. Le persone dell'hotel erano amichevole e molto accogliente. Abbiamo anche goduto del loro buffet di colazione. Babalik-balikan! 🤍 Kudos! 👏

Ci sono due tipi di hotel nel mondo: quelli con gestione e quelli senza. Il Paradiso Garden cade nel secondo, mi dispiace dire. Per esempio, ci sono voluti più di un'ora per il personale amichevole del front office per controllarmi, e il buffet di colazione è così sovraccarico che non ci sono posti quando si ottiene la piastra. Inoltre, il wifi si estendeva alla porta della mia stanza solo per poter passare la parte più alta alla porta per usare il wifi. Questo hotel di ossa di 1970 è in una posizione buona alla stazione Boat 3, a poco a poco a sud dell'azione, e ha grandi terreni con diverse piscine. Ma l'intero luogo ha un aspetto insensato e ha bisogno di un team di gestione per rimodellarlo completamente. Sono stato lì per una settimana a febbraio e il tempo era perfetto.In tutto ho finito di utilizzare oltre 100 dollari USA di tariffe internazionali di dati di roaming T-Mobile perché la stanza non aveva WiFi.

Per celebrare il nostro grande decimo anniversario e per alleviare il desiderio di viaggio represso, abbiamo deciso di volare a Boracay per un'avventura sulla spiaggia di classe mondiale. Abbiamo prenotato due hotel. Innanzitutto dove si trova l'azione (vedi la mia altra recensione) e Movenpick Resort & Spa per una fine lussuosa e rilassata della nostra vacanza. PROFESSIONISTI 1. Innanzitutto, vorrei ringraziare Movenpick Resort & Spa per l'allestimento della camera a sorpresa Anniversary con una deliziosa torta al cioccolato da abbinare. Saluto! 2. Resort fronte mare con ampi spazi aperti e vegetazione lussureggiante. Molto rilassante. 3. La camera Premier con vista sul mare era grande e ben pensata. Completo di divano che può fungere da letto aggiuntivo, scrivania con sedia e bancone per la preparazione di caffè/tè. Il grande balcone a forma di L offriva un'infinita brezza marina fresca e un'ampia vista della vista sul mare parzialmente bloccata (vedi il mio input ”Potrebbe essere migliorato”. 4. La Piscina multilivello! Il coronamento di Movenpick Boracay potrebbe essere il più grande di Boracay. Il bar sulla spiaggia Sol Marina tra la piscina e la spiaggia offriva bevande e stuzzichini mentre trascorrevamo innumerevoli ore nuotando e rilassandoci tra la piscina e la spiaggia. 5. Spiaggia di Punta Bunga. L'ampia distesa di sabbia bianca e fine condivisa esclusivamente da Movenpick con Crimson e Shangri-la era isolata e tranquilla. Si può semplicemente prendere in prestito un Banig e rilassarsi sulla sabbia per ore senza che le persone ti affollino. 6. Il personale era ben addestrato. I bagnini, la sicurezza della spiaggia, il personale FO Ruby e Rechel e soprattutto il Duty Manager Francis meritano un encomio. PUÒ ESSERE MIGLIORATO 1. Con la pandemia, la colazione era a buffet, ma la scelta è stata ridotta. Comprensibile però a causa di meno ospiti. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti/3 giorni. Quindi entro il 3° giorno, il menu limitato potrebbe diventare già ripetitivo. Forse puoi ampliare un po' il menu della colazione? 2. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il vicino rumoroso una notte, ma il team FO è stato proattivo per garantire che non si ripetessero il giorno successivo. 3. Poiché Movenpick è anche una Spa come suggerisce il nome, simile ad altri hotel a 5 stelle, le strutture per la sauna e il vapore dovrebbero essere gratuite. O per lo meno, abbassare la tariffa di utilizzo di P1,000. 4. La camera d'angolo premier vista mare ha una vista limitata poiché i 2 alberi talisay sono diventati troppo alti e bloccano la magnifica vista. Suggerisci di tagliare alcuni rami degli alberi per una vista migliore. Tuttavia, questo Resort è ora uno dei preferiti anche rispetto al resort di marca più grande dall'altra parte perché l'area della piscina di Movenpick è ben illuminata e più grande. Siamo lieti di aver spostato e scelto questo resort per un soggiorno di lusso lontano dalla folla.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si
