We had an amazing time at FourPOintsbySheraton.. everything is just how we want it. Good walk on the beach, nice view by the pool and lounge and food selection is spectacular. Definitely will come bsck with the family 🥰 Awesome location too.

1. I buoni ambienti e le strutture non sono nuovi ma accettabili. 2. Le cose più triste sono il monopolio del proprietario anche la scusa è lontano da ragionevole (locali privati) - nessun accesso al servizio pubblico di taxi dice cattura. - a causa del monopolio, vi sono ristoranti limitati per le opzioni: il per colazione (livello 1). - il risultato eccellente del monopolio è il prezzo piuttosto più alto per i prodotti alimentari ...I si aspetta di pranzo al ristorante Kelong e alla fine di ritorno dopo aver controllato il prezzo nel menu. In realtà durante il pranzo, non ci sono persone che abbiano cena tranne 1 o 2 ospiti per controllare la vista positiva che si trova davanti al mare ...pitty !!! Il positivo va a qualche intrattenimento o attivitoo in hotel dice nuoto in piscina all'aperto. Sands e Bowling ecc ..... La mia proposta per la loro gestione è di aprire il servizio agli ospiti nel loro hotel, quindi ci sono altre opzioni anche io non tornerò mai all'hotel a Bintan ...I è stato a Batam prima e l'esperienza è migliore .... Spero che ciò aiuterà gli ospiti a venire in futuro e ricordino tranquillamente la loro gestione per trovare la strada per una migliore esperienza BR Daniel Spero che aiute ....

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Indigo Hotel, and it more than met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special touch was the thoughtful wedding anniversary decorations and the delicious chocolate cake left in our room – a delightful surprise that made our celebration even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place that offers excellent service, comfort, and special touches, Indigo Hotel is definitely the place to stay!

Il resort è pulito e ben tenuto. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La comunicazione con loro non è un problema. Ci sono molte attività a cui puoi partecipare nel resort, alcune delle quali sono piuttosto interessanti come il tour del mercato del pesce locale e il giro da un'isola all'altra ecc. La colazione è? un'ampia varietà disponibile. Eravamo lì per dare il benvenuto al nuovo anno e siamo rimasti sorpresi dal fatto che il resort avesse programmato fuochi d'artificio alla festa di Capodanno. Siamo così fortunati che la nostra camera abbia un'ottima vista dei fuochi d'artificio che sono durati circa 10 minuti, proprio di fronte a noi. Ci siamo goduti i fuochi d'artificio dal nostro accogliente balcone 😊 Soggiorno fortemente consigliato per coppie, amici e famiglia!

Great service by Kamuela, they were very responsive when we requested for change of towel and ask for wine opener, they send to our room straight away. Great location as well, walking distance to lagoi bay with many eateries. However, no hot shower water and breakfast wasnt very nice. Overall, still recommended!

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Ho ispirato la storia di Doulos Phos, come questa nave 109 anni è stata trasformata in un vero hotel unico, e sono grato di aver sentito il viaggio di questa nave, soprattutto il suo viaggio finale utilizzato per la missione. La squadra era incredibilmente amichevole, e anche il signor Eric (il proprietario) mi salutava con genuina e caldazza, e ho avuto l’opportunità di fare un giro all’interno della nave, a partire dalla stanza del motore che ha conservato intenzionalmente l’originale. Il chiaro profumo del motore storico che ha alimentato questa nave per un secolo è ancora in sospeso. Se siete interessati a vivere una nave che è solo tre anni più giovane del Titanic, allora siete nel posto giusto. Le camere sono fantastiche, progettate con tetti che corrispondono alla struttura originale della nave, che a sua volta aggiunge alla sua unicità.

Abbiamo avuto solo un soggiorno molto piacevole e soddisfatto 2 notti a Angsana Bintan. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto amichevoli, sempre con un sorriso benvenuto e attento alle nostre esigenze. I servizi sono rapidi ed efficienti. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Il bus di shuttle ai terminali di ferry sono pronti e organizzati. Gli alloggi sono con una grande varietà di cibi e bevande, bello e delizioso. Tutti noi 5 (Io e la famiglia) molto godevano il nostro soggiorno!! Vorrei tornare in futuro.

La camera è molto pratica: spaziosa disposizione & pulita. Camera confortevole. Bagno è grande & pulita. Le opzioni alimentari sono anche pratiche: gusto/ ben preparati. Non una vasta gamma, ma sufficiente. Suggerisco di limitare la fornitura di acqua in bottiglia di plastica per grandi funzioni di gruppo.Senza dubbio, spetta al consumatore, ma l'hotel può fare una posizione.

Nice and unique place to stay in. Was a peaceful stay in except the bed side are filled with ants :”( however all were good! Went on a weekends and they have grill with movie service . Their customer service were Top notch. They're super well manners filled with so much courtesy. 👏 resort is nearby to neemo! They responded promptly in WhatsApp even if its a last min plan to it even helped decorated the bed to my request!!
