Blanes: i migliori appartamenti

Soggiornare in questo hotel è stata una piacevolissima esperienza. Essendo in quattro, abbiamo scelto una delle suite all'ultimo piano, che comprendeva oltre alla stanza con due letti matrimoniali e al bagno, anche un salottino e un terrazzo (dotato di sdraio e tavolino con sedie). La camera e il bagno sono stati rinnovati di recente credo, sono ben arredati e ben insonorizzati. Erano presenti cassaforte, frigobar e aria condizionata. L'hotel è inoltre dotato di una piscina al primo piano, non molto grande ma ben attrezzata. Il personale è stato cortese e abbiamo potuto lasciare le valige per qualche ora dopo il check out. Uniche piccole pecche il fatto che le pulizie nel nostro piano venissero fatte sempre intorno alle 13 (orario in cui rientravamo in stanza dal mare) e che nella stanza quasi tutto lo spazio fosse occupato dai letti.

Veniamo per due notti, la stanza era corretta, e anche la bagno. Il piccolo colazione, per quanto lui era fantastico, c’era tutto ciò che doveva, dolce, salato, macchina da bere calda e bevanda fredda vari. Il personale era molto simpatico e accogliente, si spostano per assicurare che i loro clienti siano al massimo soddisfatti e non mancano nulla. Raccomando questo hotel per un piccolo soggiorno nella città di Blanes, in famiglia o tra amici (in famiglia, l’ideale è prendere camere separate, sono comunque abbastanza piccole, eravamo tre cugini e era l’ideale ).

Theres no denying the staff at front desk are receptive, attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. The location is superb. The dining area allows you to look over at the promenade....But I wish there were some regulation / international standard with the star rating of a hotel, especially when you chose the hotel based on star rating. I would not consider Hotel Horitzo to be a 4 star hotel, compared to other hotels I've stayed at ranging from 2 star -5 star. This is due to the sheer fact that the rooms were fairly basic. A mini fridge with no snacks, drinks or appliances. There is also no water readily available for guests throughout the day. Just breakfast and maybe dinner. Upon that said, there is a small supermarket called Condis 3 minutes from the hotel, as soon as you exit the hotel, immediate right up the road till the zebra crossing left on the right. . Not far at all. The price of the hotel is based on its location. Directly across the beach. That's it's main selling point. Some rooms may come with a power shower, very impressive others do not. If you do not get a beach front view you most likely will end up looking at the local area ( residents flats). Not picturesque at all. The variety for breakfast is satisfactory. Quite limited. There are few restaurants along the beach front, dotted around the beach front which enables you to experience Blanes day and night. Blanes is a lovely place for couples, family and the elderly. I'd have had my expectations matched if it said 3 stars.

Questo hotel soddisfa tutte le vostre esigenze, letto caldo, doccia calda, colazione inclusa. E 'un grande paura per il vostro tipo di posto, specialmente se si passa attraverso. Il personale è molto bello e le camere sono molto pulite. Tuttavia, non lo consiglio per un soggiorno più lungo per diverse ragioni. Per una, non ci sono frigoriferi nella stanza. Questo ti obbliga a mangiare per tutti i pasti. I mobili sono un po' sul lato più vecchio. Le camere sono di dimensioni OK, vorrei che fossero un po' più grandi. Non c'è vista sull'oceano da nessuna parte (senza il tetto, ma era chiuso mentre ero lì), nessuna colpa di loro, solo un'osservazione. Inoltre, le camere non sono sonoro. Si può sentire i vostri vicini fare tutto il tipo di cose e i loro figli piangenti. In generale, a questo prezzo conveniente e con il gentil e accogliente personale, vale la pena.

Location is fabulous however once you look past the stunning views and look closely at the furnishings then you start to notice how tired and shabby the rooms actually are! The sofa bed in room 707 was covered in stains, the curtains had holes in them and we’re actually dirty (don’t think they had been cleaned since they were hung) the maiden outside was covered in dirt and dust which we cleaned as we couldn’t put out our towels. I took photos of the room as we were told when we booked in that the hotel charged €200 deposit as we were liable to leave the room in a clean condition. We were dropped off by our transfer company around the corner and told the hotel was just around the corner, when we arrived at the hotel there was a note on the door telling us we must go to the Hotel Horitzo. No map no instructions, not ideal when you have been travelling through the night, in a foreign country, don’t speak Spanish and you have to stop and ask someone if they can help? We did find out where the hotel was some 600 meters away with 4 pieces of luggage in 75 degrees heat! Then we had to trape back and were confronted with a disgusting room. But as Brits we tried to make good and mend, we bought a load of cleaning stuff and stayed the night, however one night was enough on the sofa bed which was the worst nights sleep in my life, another trip down to the Hotel Horitzo and we showed our evidence and asked to be moved and they obliged by asking €20 per night more for room 101. Once again the room wasn’t up to standard but we persevered and cleaned it ourselves, we shouldn’t have been put in that situation as the resort had only just opened and all the rooms should have been pristine imo, the outside of the accommodation was being used as a dog’s toilet per stains on the outside of the building, this should have been hosed down on a daily basis, we won’t be staying here again, I waited for my deposit to be placed back into my account before writing this review

We stayed in a family room, which surpassed expectation. It was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. The staff are professional, friendly, and very helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre and offers a great seafront position. The swimming pool on the top floor, although small, is well maintained and such a bonus to cool down and sunbathe on the loungers. Breakfast is superb. Fabulous choice of pastries, both hot and cold meats, eggs, and churros with delicious chocolate sauce. This hotel is deserving of 4 stars, in my opinion.
