非常乾淨衞生，住的就像是田園別墅🏠 設施：非常齊全，方便收到 環境：安靜舒適，花草樹木整潔美觀，賞心悦目 服務：貼心服務便捷

Il personale è amichevole e utile. L'intera unità è molto spaziosa, grande per poco per muoversi in modo sicuro. Wifi, caldaia, asciugacapelli, riscaldatore, forno, microonde, ecc sono pronti nella stanza, molto conveniente soggiorno. La cosa migliore, si può vedere direttamente Mt. Fuji (se il tempo è buono):) Rimarrà certamente in futuro e consiglierà agli amici.

Durante il periodo di residenza: 12/3-12/5, 4 persone La stanza è calda e ha una piscina all'aperto molto comoda. Il personale di ricezione è molto entusiasta. Il taxi è anche molto utile. La posizione geografica è a circa venti minuti da camminare dalla stazione del lago di Hekou.Quando torni, chieda al personale dell'hotel di aiutare a prenotare un taxi. Quattro persone + bagagli sono venuti per riposare il viaggio. Alla stazione del lago di Hekou sono circa sei minuti, e costano 1100 yuan.

This property is very clean, fully furnished. Amenities is fully completed. The view of this property is beautiful. We can either cook or wash our clothes. Is really convenient. Highly commended.

Spacious place and very good for family stay.  Excellent view of Mt. Fuji. The bad part is the road lead to the place is extremely narrow, not good for family car like Alphard, and no parking in front of the house.

I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

Il posto è enorme, in grado di adattarsi almeno 5 pach. È suddiviso in una zona bagnata e asciutta. Il bagno è anche in una stanza separata. Ci siamo cucinati in questo posto perché ha tutti i beni necessari. Puoi anche affittare il barbecue fissato per un prezzo. Quando siamo arrivati, sono arrivati con 4 biglietti al pubblico, proprio accanto al cottage. L'unico problema che mi sembra è che lei dovrebbe andare al posto.

這個複式小屋非常贊，適合家庭遊和朋友一起遊玩時選擇。一樓公區有一個小小的廁所。乾淨的廚房，所有廚房設備一應俱全，咖啡機飲用水和直飲水都齊全。我們原本沒有計劃使用廚房料理美食。但是經理Hiroyuki先生在做room tour的時候介紹的特別詳細。我們購買了和牛燒肉在騎行一天之後幾個朋友享用了一頓特別美好的晚餐。 樓上有四個床。房間很大。衞生間乾濕分離使用起來互不影響。我們住E棟，雖然是第二排的房子，沒有前排可以直觀的看見富士山🗻。但是衞生間也可以看的很清楚。適合不確定早起的朋友。可以在房間觀望好天氣在出門。 酒店一樓有地暖，很温暖。二樓的空調製暖可能性能差一些。但是目前來看晚上4-5度，我們也沒有開空調。 酒店在河口湖北面黃金位置，步行五分鐘距離可到湖邊，楓葉迴廊。10分鐘距離內能到24小時營業的7-11，family mart，音樂博物館。非常方便。 酒店提供電單車和普通單車。收費合理。松下的電助力單車性能非常好，騎行起來非常輕鬆。騎車到河口湖站以及南邊的中心區域也就15分鐘左右。滿電狀態可以騎一整天沒有問題。 這是一家值得再次入住的酒店。如果還來富士山我們還會選這裏。
