I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will return if we had the chance to go to Fuji again in the future. Tips: Although the place is nearby Fujisan station, we recommend u rent a car here for easy commute to the attractions. You can park the car right in front of your unit.

La struttura era confortevole, pulita e in una posizione più tranquilla che ci piaceva, come era lontana dal centro della città, ma vicino al lago che offre una vista stupenda del monte Fuji. E, c'è anche una buona vista sul Mt Fuji direttamente dal bagno della proprietà! La navetta di arrivo e partenza gratuita (per richiesta al momento della prenotazione) è stata così utile per accedere alla proprietà dalla stazione principale. Le biciclette sono fornite con la proprietà e ci sono negozi locali per acquistare cibo, più buoni ristoranti, tutti a piedi. I proprietari rispondono rapidamente alle domande. La casa è dotata di controller intelligenti montati su pareti per gestire il sistema d'acqua calda, riempire il bagno, ecc, per cui sono forniti manuali, ma per risparmiare tempo abbiamo usato Google tradurre per identificare rapidamente i diversi pulsanti di controllo. What a great place. Very friendly staff and you have a great view of Mt Fuji directly outside your door. The staff recommended places that we could go and their recommendations were spot on. There is a food truck outside every morning and most nights and the food was fantastic. My 10 year old tripped and braised his leg on the way home from a restaurant and when the staff saw his leg they were very caring and bandaged it up.

Loved my stay at this cozy forest retreat. The unit feels like a peaceful hideout, fully equipped with everything you need: kitchen, rice cooker, and even a tatami room. The outdoor tub was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing while surrounded by nature. Location is super convenient if you’re driving, and it’s close to Mt. Fuji Station, making it easy to get around. A calm, comfortable place to unwind. I’d happily stay here again.

This is a total hidden gem in Mount Fuji area! The host was very very kind - She showed us how to use all the facilities including the onsen and sauna when we checked in with great details. She also kept in touch with in via email, assisting us in every way she could. She even welcomed us with drinks and snacks! As for the villa, it was very clean, spacious and cozy. It's also very well equipped with kitchenware and all the necessary amenities! They also have a family-owned restaurant which is just steps away from the villa. We enjoyed a shabu shabu dinner during our stay and absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Thank you so much Kim for making our family vacation so enjoyable and memorable!

Received the instructions to check in days before our stay, and instructions are super clear. The house is very clean, and comes with everything we need - stove, washer and other basics. Ground floor is the living hall and bathroom, upstairs there’s one bedroom and outer area where are floor bed are placed. We went there with average temperature of 4 degrees so the floor were freezing cold and it took a while to activate the heat. Location wise pretty good, right opposite there’s a 7-11, and down the street 10-15 mins walk there’s the Hikawa Clock Shop, but we don’t see any restaurant nearby maybe because we were there during New Year closure

Il personale è molto entusiasta. Quando pioviamo, il personale si presenta e controlla il nome del soggiornante e si dirige direttamente alla porta della stanza per evitare che i bambini piovano. La stanza è calda e confortevole, le strutture sono piene di attrezzature di riserva. È possibile vedere la montagna Fuji sul divano o sul letto. Una piccola casa è bloccata nel campo di visione non lontano, che è insufficiente rispetto al paesaggio del lago, ma è meglio tranquillo. Va notato che il bus rosso della stazione di Hekou Lake è operato nove notti prima e sei notti. Il resto del tempo il trasporto pubblico è tornato all'hotel. Non è bello trovare un taxi, ricorda!

這個複式小屋非常贊，適合家庭遊和朋友一起遊玩時選擇。一樓公區有一個小小的廁所。乾淨的廚房，所有廚房設備一應俱全，咖啡機飲用水和直飲水都齊全。我們原本沒有計劃使用廚房料理美食。但是經理Hiroyuki先生在做room tour的時候介紹的特別詳細。我們購買了和牛燒肉在騎行一天之後幾個朋友享用了一頓特別美好的晚餐。 樓上有四個床。房間很大。衞生間乾濕分離使用起來互不影響。我們住E棟，雖然是第二排的房子，沒有前排可以直觀的看見富士山🗻。但是衞生間也可以看的很清楚。適合不確定早起的朋友。可以在房間觀望好天氣在出門。 酒店一樓有地暖，很温暖。二樓的空調製暖可能性能差一些。但是目前來看晚上4-5度，我們也沒有開空調。 酒店在河口湖北面黃金位置，步行五分鐘距離可到湖邊，楓葉迴廊。10分鐘距離內能到24小時營業的7-11，family mart，音樂博物館。非常方便。 酒店提供電單車和普通單車。收費合理。松下的電助力單車性能非常好，騎行起來非常輕鬆。騎車到河口湖站以及南邊的中心區域也就15分鐘左右。滿電狀態可以騎一整天沒有問題。 這是一家值得再次入住的酒店。如果還來富士山我們還會選這裏。
