Review Title: Unsafe Staircase – Serious Safety Hazard When we first entered the unit, we were shocked to find a long, narrow staircase—laminated, steep, and slippery, with no resistance strips on the steps. We managed to walk up slowly with our luggage, exercising extra care, and enjoyed a pleasant evening with the convenience of a full kitchen. However, the next morning during check‑out, the worst happened: one of our guests slipped and fell, suffering a broken leg that required surgery. As the hotel operates on a self check‑in and self check‑out system, there were no staff present to assist, and we had to call an ambulance ourselves to avoid delaying treatment. We wrote to the hotel requesting an incident report, but received no response. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. Key concerns: No signage to indicate slippery stairs. No staff presence to provide assistance in emergencies. No response to our incident report request. This was a traumatic and preventable incident. The hotel must urgently address these safety lapses to protect future guests.

To be fair, wasnt able to stay in the hotel since realised only 1 day before check in date that - there isn't luggage holding or storage available - yamato does not pick up luggage from here - go apps does not help since no taxi driver accepts pick up from this location As we were travelling as a relatively big family with more than 6 big luggages and owner did not response to my reachout timely, the location and inconveniences to arrange for transport resulted in us changing our itinerary and missing out on staying in the hotel. We feedback to owner and Trip.com for mitigation if we can get some refund back, but to no avail. All in all while we understand its not owner's fault, I do wish they could reply promptly on enquiries and also review their cancellation and refund policy.

This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .

Resta carino, verrà certamente. Amo tutto su questo affitto, posizione, primavera calda privata, cibo, bevande di benvenuto, vista è sorprendente, camera ad alta tecnologia dotata, bagni da bagno gratis da radiatori, set di cute di alta qualità, comb, ... Grazie al personale, grande servizio clienti, Hospitalità, tutto ciò che ha reso il nostro viaggio disgustoso.

La casa stessa è bella, molto ben progettata e decorata. La piscina all'aperto è stata un bel toccamento e ci piaceva la posizione. Gli unici punti negativi sono la comunicazione e solo una bagno. Ci sono due bagni separati, ma solo una camera da bagno con doccia/bagno.

Io rimango qui per la quinta volta.Una bella casa, in un bellissimo posto, tutto ciò che è necessario all'interno della casa. Ma, sempre disappunto quando non possono fornire biancheria extra, che spesso manca quando due ospiti dormono su un letto. Le ricette che hanno online, il colazione non è disponibile, ma andiamo sempre in hotel vicini per colazione, non porta inconvenienza. Altrimenti tutto è freddo. La qualità del prezzo è appropriata

Devo completare il pre-controllo nelle procedure il giorno prima di ottenere il codice della porta per evitare ritardi nel check-in.In generale, molto piacevole rimanere con un vero e proprio onzetto pieno di odore di zolfo !

Aperta in un hotel a metà montagna, non posso vedere il paesaggio di notte, solo se ho saputo che la password è stata inviata per posta elettronica. La stanza è stata inviata per mezzo giorno. La stanza ha mini acqua e bar caldi. Inoltre, l'hotel ha solo una macchina di auto-supporto per fornire una piccola quantità di cibo e bevande.Guida al grande Salo di mattina è molto vicino.
