Unfortunately, my overall experience during this stay was quite disappointing, and I feel there is still a significant gap between the hotel’s standards and the actual guest experience. First of all, the breakfast selection was quite limited. On the second day, the spring onions served at breakfast were already dry and wilted, giving the impression that they had been left overnight. They certainly did not look fresh, which was rather concerning in terms of food quality. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room also need improvement. The glass windows were covered with obvious wiping marks, making them look dull and far from clean or bright. The bed sheets, duvet covers and bath towels also looked quite old and worn, with some appearing dark and discoloured. This made the room feel less clean and comfortable than expected. The soundproofing was particularly poor. When the neighbouring room played music, the sound was so clear that it felt as though the music was playing inside our own room. This seriously affected our ability to rest. The bathroom could also be more thoughtfully designed. The shower head was positioned too low and would be much more convenient if it were installed higher. Not every guest prefers using a bathtub, so providing a more practical and comfortable shower option would give guests greater choice. I hope the hotel will focus not only on its appearance and marketing, but also on the basic details that directly affect the guest experience, especially cleanliness, bedding and towels, soundproofing, breakfast quality and room facilities. Based on this stay, there is definitely considerable room for improvement.

L'alloggio in villa vale il prezzo speso. Se cercate privacy durante la vostra vacanza, non potete sbagliarvi con questo posto. I pasti/le opzioni di cibo sono scadenti. La colazione arrivava fredda e insapore quasi tutti i giorni. Non avere un buffet per la colazione non aiuta. Se dovete servire in camera, vi preghiamo di acquistare ripiani caldi, carrelli isolati e coperture in acciaio per evitare che il cibo si raffreddi. Le pellicole trasparenti sono dannose per l'ambiente e rendono il cibo molliccio. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, anche se fosse stato caldo, avrei comunque dato 2 su 5. Ad esempio, date un'occhiata a questa pizza Margherita che abbiamo ricevuto il primo giorno del nostro arrivo.

Very clean and tidy. Enjoyed lifestyle away from city hustle and bustle. Surprised, no mosquitos surrounded by trees. Swimming pool was very clean. It will be convenient to have vending machine softdrinks at reception lobby. No bathway to reach the jetty.

La villa era enorme, le camere sono spaziose e adatte per le grandi riunioni di gruppo. Il lato inferiore è ci sono un certo numero di mosche che non osiamo andare alla piscina. Così i miei figli sono molto delusi e tristi. Si trova a pochi centri commerciali e cibo, a circa 10-20 minuti da Grab.

Il proprietario è molto2 bello e curativo.. nel corso del presente, la situazione a casa non ha acqua a causa della riparazione del principale tubo a Batam ma il proprietario assume davvero la responsabilità.. preparare un bucket (embrione) per noi e galloni d'acqua.. Il soggiorno è molto confortevole e bellissimo.. Tutte le strutture possono essere utilizzate .. raccomanda di sedersi qui di nuovo per una famiglia piena .. sperare di rivederti di nuovo ..
