OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

プールビューのお部屋でしたが　エントランスやレストランから見えるメインプールではなく　海岸に近い方のプールが見えるお部屋でした。海岸には近く　クリフ下のビーチに行くのには便利でした。　コーヴァラムビーチにはオートリクシャーで15〜20分位です。朝食では　Liveでドーサを焼いていて　美味しかったです。

È a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città e si può mangiare molti negozi. Se siete puri vegetariani, andate a molti dei ristoranti Pure Veg incredibili e a prezzi accessibili vicino. Inoltre, si può trovare un sacco di scimmie all'interno del resort che è bello perché non si può trovare nessuno sulla strada. In generale, è un hotel decente ma ho prenotato tardi, quindi ho dovuto pagare un premio.

We had booked a two night stay in state beach resort. The property is located on top of cliff facing the serene Arabian Sea. From location point of view it is absolutely 10 on 10. Even though the option in Food section is limited and bit on pricey side, the taste is good and one can enjoy it. In terms of service and amenities, I can score it 7 out of 10. The hotel staffs are very polite and hospitable. Wanted to specifically mention about the restaurant staff Hafeez. He had been very kind and had tried to cater the requests from guests. Thank You!

Una scelta eccellente per la vicinanza dell'aeroporto Il Flora Hotel Nedumbassery è l'epitomo della comodità aeroportuale, rendendola una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori che utilizzano l'aeroporto internazionale di Cochin (COK), la sua più grande forza è la sua posizione invincibile, a pochi minuti a piedi dal terminale. Per coloro che hanno un bagaglio pesante, l'hotel offre un servizio di trasporto aereo senza saldatura e complimentare 24/7, che è un vantaggio significativo per le arrivi tardi di notte o le partenza mattina. Le camere sono pulite, ben attrezzate e sorprendentemente tranquille nonostante la vicinanza alla pista, garantendo un riposo di notte. Il personale è costantemente professionale, cortese ed efficiente, rendendo il processo di check-in e check-out fluido e senza problemi. Il ristorante sul posto serve una varietà di piatti commemorabili, con un buffet per colazione che offre una buona combinazione di opzioni locali e continentali. La piscina al tetto è un piacevole bonus, che offre uno spazio rilassante per rilassarsi prima o dopo un lungo volo. Il hotel di transito è un hotel di alta comodità e di servizio, ma è un'opzione di alta qualità. Molto raccomandato per i viaggiatori di business e le famiglie.

Ciao, abbiamo guidato a kottayam con il treno. Quando siamo scesi. Abbiamo preso la macchina per il castello di Windsor. Era una prenotazione pura da noi pagato un extra 3k bcoz che abbiamo check-in all'hotel alle 9.30. E'una grande proprietà. Buone camere, buone strutture, personale di supporto, ma snacks all'interno delle camere sono troppo costosi. Includendo le bottiglie d'acqua. Ma la sedia che è attaccata al bagno non è stata fatta correttamente. Il mio hubby è stato ferito bcoz di questo. Il personale ci ha dato la cassetta di prima assistenza, ma si è ancora sentito male.Per quello che è successo.Le camere da letto hanno bisogno di qualche cambiamento. In generale era un buon hotel, il cibo non era delizioso (2/10, ma l'isola pirata è così buona. Dà buon senso. Anche il tawa frit è troppo buono. Questo era l'unico cibo che mi piaceva. I servizi di linea terrestre non funzionavano correttamente. Visualizzazione delle finestre, punto di giornata, tutto ha dato buon senso.

I had a brief but pleasant stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. The standout feature is undoubtedly its location—just a 5-minute drive from the airport, which made my transit smooth and stress-free. The service was excellent, with every staff member I interacted with being courteous, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying—just what I needed before heading out. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable choice for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was impressive on the outside. Upon checking in, the floor was sticky and even after asking them to clean and mop, it was still sticky.  The bathroom did not have hand held shower.  The food was good . The service was good. The staff were pleasant.

Food quality is good but service slow and erratic though courteous. A bit too expensive. The above comments are for in room dining. I did not eat at the restaurant. Room has no ironing board and iron and no hair dryer. AC vents should be directed to ensure even cooling of room. Quality of service is good and staff are very genial, accessible and go out of the way to help. Front desk managers are great. Security staff very helpful. Wi fi and net connectivity leaves much to be desired. We stayed 8 days and each day ( often many times in a day) , the user name, even room number and password changes. Toilets and bath good. Laundry very expensive. Over all it gives value for money and any day I would return for a stay. Over all happy compared to other hotels in the class except Hyatt Regency. Thanks
