Hotel a 4 stelle in Virginia, Stati Uniti d'America

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

Sono arrivato in un volo molto presto e mi sono completamente esaurito. Ho chiesto all'hotel se fosse possibile controllare presto, e fortunatamente, hanno una stanza disponibile e mi hanno lasciato controllare subito. Ero così grato di poter fare una doccia e riposare. Le strutture dell'hotel sono più vecchie di quanto mi aspettavo, ma tutto quello che mi serviva era lì. In generale, apprezzo davvero la loro gentilezza e flessibilità.

Le strutture della stanza non sono buone, l'igiene non è buona, c'è un supermercato vicino all'hotel, ed è molto conveniente, andare a Cashtown è anche molto vicino, camminare per circa dieci minuti, e il servizio è anche buono.

Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean. I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional. The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station. One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training. Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in. It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction. As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back. Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner. The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility. I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality.

In ogni caso, questo hotel è più vecchio, ma sembra essere curato, le rughe nelle stanze erano belle e pulite. Quando entrate nella stanza era un problema, dovete mettere la chiave della stanza nella slot molte volte prima di avere una luce verde per entrare. Questo è stato ogni volta che entravi nella stanza.Ci sono voluti 10-15 minuti per l'acqua da doccia per ottenere caldo/caldo, ogni volta. Ho comprato un letto di grandezza re, ma è stato posto in una stanza con due letti doppi, e hanno sostenuto che tutto il letto di grandezza re era stato prenotato. Gli ho mostrato la mia conferma di avere una taglia reale, ma hanno detto che non potevano fare nulla perché non erano disponibili letti di taglia reale.

La camera era completamente pulita, il letto era comodo. La camera non era conforme ai miei standard, intorno al doccia aveva costruito la polvere e l'interno della doccia. Il pavimento non era affatto sbucciato nel bagno. Il letto di divano era rotto, così mia figlia e io dovevo sbattere il letto per farlo riparare... un buon soggiorno.

Il luogo è situato nella posizione. Specialmente amichevole ^^

L'hotel è un po' difficile da raggiungere e può utilizzare meglio i segnali nelle sale, ascensori, strade, ecc. Il letto era comodo, ero nella stanza 419 e lo specchio di vanità era rotto su un lato, e la doccia mostrava segni di mold. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno, ma non mi sono dato più tazze di caffè. La mia più grande denuncia è che ho chiesto un check-out tardivo durante la prenotazione, al check-in e al mattino di partenza. Mi è stato detto che non dovrebbe essere un problema due volte, ma ho dovuto chiamare la mattina. Quando ho fatto, mi sono scusato perche'non potevano farlo. Per questo mi sento come se non potessi fidarmi del personale del desktop. Probabilmente non mi prenoterei di nuovo qui.

Da ich zuvor bereits in anderen Häusern der Kette übernachtet hatte, hing die Messlatte hoch. Dieses Haus konnte sie nicht reissen, es blieb unter den Erwartungen. Das von mir genutzte Zimmer war recht klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber, wirkte allerdings - wie auch die Präsentation des Frühstücks - lieblos. Eine für abreisende Gäste sicherlich interessante Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden; da der Rezeptionist nicht aus der Gegend war, konnte er zu Waschsalons keine Auskunft geben.

La posizione è eccellente - in un quartiere tranquillo, ma ero a passeggiata facile al Centro di Convenzione e molti altri, con una posizione centrale per molto ovunque si desidera andare, così come le opzioni di parcheggio decente. È anche una bella proprietà storica piena di carattere. Sulla parte inversa dell'antica, sembra che ogni porta stia ferma quando si cerca di aprirla o chiudere e non è amichevole per coloro che hanno bisogno di accessibilità, con le scale qui e là dove si deve spostare la borsa. Il piccolo gatto nero che si affida al posto è dolce e dolce e mi ha fatto il giorno ogni volta che sono entrato.
