UUtente ospitethis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel has a great location, which made getting around quite convenient. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness — the bed, pillows, and blankets could have been fresher, and the room would benefit from some renovation. While the staff could have been more attentive and helpful, I would like to commend the security guard for being friendly and courteous throughout my stay. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

YYee FhanGreat stay. You get what you paid for. They even provided toothbrush which I did not expect. There was a construction site just beside the hotel which may cause some noise. And there is no hair dryer in the room. Other than that no complains.

WWee JustinStato a Brezza Hotel a Sitiawan per un viaggio da soli. L'hotel è semplice e decente per un breve soggiorno. La stanza era pulita e aveva i fondamenti coperti. La posizione è conveniente, con facile accesso ai piatti vicini. Non è un po' di fantasia, ma è il lavoro se stai cercando un posto pulito e confortevole per riposare.

UUtente ospiteOverall it's a very good hotel. The room was large and clean, so I had a great time. The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes by taxi from the Ipoh station, but the area around the hotel is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully at night. Since you can walk to the center of Ipoh, it is also suitable for sightseeing. Having a 24 hour convenience store next to the hotel was very convenient during my stay.
My only regret was that the cleaning staff were talking loudly in the hallway for a long time, and their voices were very noisy.
If I come to Ipoh again, I would like to book this hotel again.

Oltre a ciò, pls cambiano il letto che già vecchio perché è doloroso per sentire la primavera della matrice . e poi mettere qualcosa per appendere il cloth.tq
