Hotel a 2 stelle in Umbria, Italia

It felt like spending some time at your grandparent's place. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. The building is old but well-maintained and clean. I could keep my luggage before check in time in the receptionist area. The location is near the Basilica of Saint Claire, if you're taking the Assisi Link Bus Line C from the station, get down at V.Della M.Dell'Olivo stop and it's a 3-min walk from the stop (downloadingmoovit app will be helpful). There is a small elevator so you could take your suitcase easily to the room. The bathroom was quite slippery when it was wet so I had to be careful not to fall down. Basic amenities are provided except tooth paste, tooth brush, and hair conditioner. If you only need the basics, this hotel is sufficient.

Struttura meravigliosa. Bellissimo edificio: sembra un ex convento. Situato a due passi dalla basilica. Accesso al centro di Assisi grazie al parcheggio privato dell'hotel con un piccolo supplemento. Camera semplice ma più che dignitosa. Bella terrazza per colazioni o cene con vista sulla basilica e sulla valle. Ristorazione molto buona. Servizio e personale ottimi. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo per un soggiorno a fine luglio. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Staff very polite and helpful. He showed us and give us a map of the top city attractions and the walk itinerary to do. The hotel is quite charming, an old palace with frescoes ceiling. But you must like historic homes with their merits but also defects. Very good price for the location, in the city center, with parking (extra charge) , and only 15 minutes pleasant walk to reach the main fountain plaza.

Il personale è così amichevole.La vibe è basta chiudere e accogliere persone di tutto il mondo.Tu chiudi chiacchiere con chiunque lì o puoi anche godere del tuo tempo.Nessun AC in estate, ma solo fan, non sicuramente come si sente in inverno. Bel caffè e tetto, con riempimento di acqua fredda 🫶🏻

La ricetta è molto entusiasta. So che sono cinese e la ringrazio anche in cinese. Dopo di che l'ho insegnato a essere organizzato nel cimitero superiore. Non è un po'di forza. Ci sono diversi bagni, puliti, la cucina è bene, cioè ci sono insetti volanti all'interno

Everything is nice except the staff in the reception area. She keeps claiming that breakfast is not included for my booking, until the booking detail is shown to her. The communication within the property needs to be improved as it may severely affect the experience

Location was perfect. Close to mini metro and situated within the old town. Has the basic amenities needed for short stays. My only issue was that you can hear the banging of doors and noise in the corridor inside your room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Location is great as it is just a stone throw away from the train station and bus stop. But the surroundings only have McDonald. This hotel does not provide any drinking water. Overall, it is still not too bad if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

Il parco è così vasto che sembra un resort privato. Il punto forte di questa proprietà è la vista su Assisi dal giardino. Le camere sono di qualità ragionevole. Il proprietario è gentile e simpatico. Ho visitato in inverno Mi piacerebbe tornarci in estate per provare la piscina e il ristorante. Si trova all'ingresso del villaggio di Ashishima.
