The receptionist and the guys from the kitchen were so good and super friendly. The rooms are nice but they didn't have wifi in any of the rooms. The only one who is entitled to the wifi is the MD, which I find ridiculous. For the sake of foreigners who may not want to get sim card(another herculean task), please provide wifi in some of the rooms or maybe the reception area.
And oh, I enjoyed the food.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was the courteous and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made a great impression. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While space was a bit limited, the overall ambiance was decent, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The service made up for any minor shortcomings, and i would consider staying here again. Overall, a good option if you value excellent hospitality over room size.

We had booked 6 bedroom Dorm Room.. AC was really good.. No powercut.. Breakfast simple available - Bread Jam Peanut butter, Banana, Tea, Coffee.. Cameras everywhere so safe.. Everyday room cleaning and mopping.. Also bathroom cleaning.. Very good service.. Accessible by bus cab.. Hair dryer service in common area

UUtente ospiteHotel è vicino a birla scuola, mint o parco. Park Street e Arselan biryani (parco circo) è passeggiabile distanza. Il teatro strada si unisce al piattaforma birla. Il tasso è abbastanza alto sulla base del servizio. Colazione non è buona. Caricare l'acqua potabile. Il ristorante era pieno di amanti di hukka la sera. Il fumo è ovunque nel ristorante.

UUtente ospiteWe had a delightful family stay at Pahari Soul Homestay. The breathtaking hill views, including a stunning glimpse of Kanchenjunga from the balcony, made our experience truly memorable. The food was fantastic, with the aloo paratha at breakfast being a highlight—not to be missed! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Thoughtful amenities like a bed warmer and an electric kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar sachets added to the convenience. On the bright side, Dali Monastery is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. That said, the property is located ***** the main road, so there can be some noise. Additionally, there is no lift, so guests need to climb steep stairs. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would happily return for another visit!

TTechQuilaOverall, everything was okay, and as per expectations. I stayed for just a single night, and checked in quite late, the staff was quite helpful in accommodating the last minute request. I even checked out quite early, 5am next morning. Services/facilities were okay I would say given the price paid, as the aircon was not working, I found a roach in the bathroom and a few insects on the bed, and the room was a bit smelly (with windows closed), so those attributes could be improved. Else all good.

UUtente ospiteThe room was smaller than expected. Not cleaned. Spot on bedsheet. No towel, handwash. Mirror is also expired it's useful life. Geyser is not working. In the wardrobe, lots of untidy pillows are dumped.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to report the issue as I had an urgent flight to catch. What really took the cake was the exorbitant charge of ₹300 for airport dropping. I was shocked to find that I could hail a cab just a minute's walk from the hotel on the main road for a maximum of ₹200. This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of guests. While the hotel's location is convenient, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns and provides better value for money. Recommendation:* Consider other options in the area that offer better amenities and more reasonable prices.
