The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

Il problema con il WiFi. Il WiFi tende a riconnettersi tutto il tempo su iPhone 15 Prowhile in particolare è stato collegato prima. Anche se non può essere collegato a tutti sul mio Macbook e sul mio Samsung Galaxy S22. Questo problema non è avvenuto in altri hotel POP che ho visitato in altre città. È irritante per essere onesti. Il servizio era buono. Le strutture non erano grandi neanche ma non era bene perche' ho portato la mia. Il WiFi era il problema. Come nomad digitale. Puoi contare su di esso.

Location is good as walking around 10 minutes from Burobudur ticketing office. Staff are friendly and water dispenser for cold, warm and hot are available at common area which is good. Downside is room have smell.

I book a single room (with inside window with curtains). The location of the place is in the mountain side reachable with about 30 mins ride by car from the Poncol station. At the time when arrived, it rained heavily and took some time to find out the reception situated next to the accommodation building (see photo). Everything is kept clean well. Equipments are closet, soft bed, AC and adapt socket for A type plug. Around the accommodation, there are several local dienrs where you can eat out cheap. Rp. 15.000-25.000. I don't know why but Trip.com shares the number of the Philippines and I couldn't make a phone call with my Indonesian number lol. I guess the person in Pasadena was not bad.

I had a delightful stay at this small family home stay. Tomo and his wife were incredibly sweet, always accessible, and genuinely helpful. Opting for the deluxe room was a great choice – clean, and the daily cleaning option was appreciated. The traditional breakfast was delicious and healthy. The proximity to Borobudur temple and local eateries, combined with a quiet atmosphere, made the location great. A few minor suggestions for improvement include proper netting on ventilator holes in the room, fixing the squeaky bathroom door, and loud noises from the bathroom air con. Overall, a lovely place with a welcoming family touch.

While it is a budget hotel, but the rooms are not as small as typical in that class, it includes a small table so possible to work or have a meal without sitting on the bed. Amenities are generous for this class, they provide toiletries and disposable slippers(!) all packed in one sealed pouch. The rooms a re clean but showing a bit of it age, but the main grouche is the noise coming through the window which came from the indoor basketball court opposite. High floor have a nice view overlooking Solo.

recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions. The room itself was clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience in the city.”
