the location is premium, in front of Singosaren Plaza. booked 1 night deluxe room and it was quite comfy but for the cleanliness of bed sheet and pilow cover was bad (im so sorry) their staff are very helpfull. thanks Super8

Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

Il problema con il WiFi. Il WiFi tende a riconnettersi tutto il tempo su iPhone 15 Prowhile in particolare è stato collegato prima. Anche se non può essere collegato a tutti sul mio Macbook e sul mio Samsung Galaxy S22. Questo problema non è avvenuto in altri hotel POP che ho visitato in altre città. È irritante per essere onesti. Il servizio era buono. Le strutture non erano grandi neanche ma non era bene perche' ho portato la mia. Il WiFi era il problema. Come nomad digitale. Puoi contare su di esso.

I book a single room (with inside window with curtains). The location of the place is in the mountain side reachable with about 30 mins ride by car from the Poncol station. At the time when arrived, it rained heavily and took some time to find out the reception situated next to the accommodation building (see photo). Everything is kept clean well. Equipments are closet, soft bed, AC and adapt socket for A type plug. Around the accommodation, there are several local dienrs where you can eat out cheap. Rp. 15.000-25.000. I don't know why but Trip.com shares the number of the Philippines and I couldn't make a phone call with my Indonesian number lol. I guess the person in Pasadena was not bad.

Sebbene sia un hotel a prezzi prezzi, ma le camere non sono così piccole come tipiche in quella classe, include una piccola tavola per lavorare o avere un pasto senza sedersi sul letto. Le strutture sono generose per questa classe, forniscono i bagni e gli scarpetti disponibili (!) tutti imballati in una borsa sigillata. Le camere sono pulite ma mostrano un po' di età, ma il grouche principale è il rumore che passa attraverso la finestra che arriva dall'altra parte del corridoio di basket. Il piano alto ha una bella vista sul Solo.

recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions. The room itself was clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience in the city.”

Prima impressioni, semplice, bella, pulita e abbastanza spaziosa. stile minimalista e accogliente. L'AC era freddo.Il doccia va bene. E c'è un distributore d'acqua sul corridoio dell'hotel per riempire. Anche due bottiglie d'acqua all'interno della stanza. Penso che sia buono. Il servizio era buono e il personale era bello. lo stato dell'hotel in fronte allo stadio di Manahan. Puoi correre o fare una corsa mattina. Diverse strade di cibo intorno. Sarebbe bello tornare più tardi e rimanere a Zest Parang Raja Solo
