On the ground floor is the living/dining room. Has two comfortable sofas around an open fire, perfect for cosy winter evenings. There is a dining area to one side. The shower room and toilet are also on the ground floor.On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with views to the front. The second bedroom which is accessed through the main bedroom has a single bed plus a pull out second bed when required both beds have sprung mattresses. Blackout blinds are fitted at the windows.At the back is a small semi-enclosed garden set out with a garden table and chairs where you can enjoy the fabulous view over open farmland.The cottages are located in a village just outside the Blyth valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We love the slower pace of life, the relaxed atmosphere, and the great local produce.The village has a family and dog-friendly pub that serves good food and a good local shop where basic supplies can be bought. This new luxuriously converted barn is part of Whitehouse Farm, and has all modern amenities. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.On the ground floor the large bedroom boasts a king size bed, with French doors out onto the garden, and views over the adjacent farmland. The en suite bathroom oozes opulence, with large walk in shower as well as free standing bath.
