Très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour cette auberge de jeunesse nouvelle génération, tout le personnel a été agréable et compétent. Une mention particulière au chef cuistot du Birgit pour ses délicieux gâteaux faits maison, sa salade de fruits, son coulis de framboise et tout le reste au petit déjeuner. Je recommande cette auberge de jeunesse ainsi que le petit déjeuner XL

Hotel Vert is super conveniently located for visiting Mont Saint Michel. There is even a shuttle bus stop that is located around 50m away from the hotel. One thing to note is that the hotel is in the close-off tourist area and we required a unique code to enter the area when we arrived via car. The hotel did not proactively reach out to us to provide the quote and we had to walk to the hotel (around 500m-600m), get the code, and enter the area with the code. Therefore, advise future guests to message the hotel beforehand to get the quote to save that trouble. Our room was on the top level with no elevator access. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Alencon, a nord di Le Mans, ha preparato la fattura, e il strano nome Hotel Inn Design Resto Novo a Valframbert si è rivelato un'ottima scelta, a tre ore da Dieppe. La nostra camera di terra era molto confortevole, con letto King e doccia in suite: era ben isolato dal rumore esterno. Abbiamo scelto la cena del menu di set, che era la prima volta, come la colazione di buffet la mattina seguente. Ci siamo fermati presto per otto ore, la lettura di sabato estate sulle autostrade 28 e 10, rinfrescata e in buone spiriti. Ci saremmo rimasti di nuovo.

Excellent in every way. Quick helpful reception. Extremely clean well appointed room. High level of security. Enclosed storage for bikes. Good value. I was rather concerned after I had made a booking after reading a review that complained that the bedding was not changed every day. Ignore this negativity, the People gets my vote for cleanliness. One observation. The windows in the bar/ pizza area could do with a polish. They seemed a little ‘ greasy’ in the setting sun. Apart from that minor comment, perfect. I have no connections with the People. I was an unnecessarily apprehensive visitor.

I booked the hotel online which was a simple operation, I was arriving after reception closed and entry was via an automated machine at the car park entrance. Despite having paid I had to pay again to get my room entry cards which needed calls on my return to U.K. to arrange a refund. I had booked three rooms initially but added another date at the start, these were dealt with as totally separate bookings. The first room was two single beds with a third bed above the singles, the bathroom was very small, the impression was not good. Breakfast was adequate. For the second set of three nights we had to book out of the first room repack all of our kit and move into the second room after 2pm. The second room was much better with a double bed a larger bathroom the whole thing was better. There is free wifi, lots of parking. The manager could have been more helpful with the refund issue.

Nous avons été très heureux de séjourner à l'Hôtel Première Classe de Le Havre Centre. Le personnel est accueillant, à l'écoute, joviale et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et même la douche est bien mieux que dans les autres Hôtels Première Classe car avec une porte de douche en verre plutôt qu'un rideau qui se colle à vous lorsque vous êtes mouillé. Vraiment nous sommes très satisfaits. Merci encore à tous les personnel !

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto ansiosa in questo hotel. Prendemmo una stanza in questo hotel e, al nostro ritorno dal ristorante di notte, abbiamo potuto constatare che qualcuno aveva preso la doccia nella nostra stanza e era stato lasciato nel nostro letto. Una carta di un'altra stanza era posta sul tavolo della notte.Fortunatamente non avevamo ancora depositato i bagagli, ma soprattutto non abbiamo attraversato questa persona. Abbiamo contattato il vigile della notte, quest'ultimo ci ha riassegnato una stanza senza avere potuto darci una spiegazione plausibile.

Il personale ci propone di mettere in una stanza più isolata dal rumore, tenuto conto della disponibilità: molto apprezzabile. L'hotel è stato completamente ristrutturato a nove molto recente e molto piacevole. (Ora Kyriad Direct) Camera ridotta ma sufficiente per una o due notti al massimo. Infatti non c'è affatto la possibilità di mettere la sua valigia altrove che sul letto, quindi non molto pratico nel lungo periodo. Inoltre, le serviette offerte dall'hotel sono ridicolmente piccole per chiedersi se non si sono sbagliate con le mani asciutte ... Colazione buffet molto ben fornita per il prezzo, ma la sala comune è all'immagine delle camere: In generale, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono!

Sarò chiaro in un hotel che il 12 di agosto non funziona l’aria condizionata dovrebbe chiudere rimborsare i clienti e scusarsi. La camera è minuscola, l’unica finestra che si affaccia su un passaggio comune e vista autostrada non si può aprire. Siamo due famiglie ed entrambe le camere hanno lo stesso problema. Soldi rubati. Ovviamente in reception dopo le 20:30 non c’è nessuno, tutto chiuso quindi arrangiati e fatti la sauna. Vergogna! Inoltre nella camera c’è un soppalco con una scala ripida è pericolosa con i gradini tutti neri, ci abbiamo inciampato in due e non è accettabile. State alla larga da questo posto, sicuramente in zona c’è di meglio.

Hôtel dans quartier calme, literie très correcte, possibilité de se faire un petit café ou petite cuisine. Nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse pour les chambres en rez de chaussée. Un peu loin du centre ville de Caen, surtout quand on a beaucoup marché dans la journée, nous vous conseillons de vous stationner au port de plaisance où il y a de nombreuses places de parking. Excellent restaurant quartier Vaugueux : l'avenue 21. Le soir nombreux bars rue Ecuyere et place Saint Sauveur. Centre ville animé, nombreux commerces.

Sono delusa dal vostro servizio perché quando sono arrivata in hotel con mio marito, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare le colazioni anche se avevo preso la formula che prevedeva le colazioni, che fortunatamente era segnata sul mio foglio. Non ho rimborsato il manager non c'era ma è spiacevole. E non ho capito.

Abbiamo prenotato un hotel per un soggiorno di 1 notte sul nostro viaggio a sud di Caen, ma non riuscivamo a trovarlo. Fortunatamente a quasi 11.00 p.m. l'IBIS ha trovato una stanza per 2 viaggiatori stanchi e il nostro cane diabetico. Raccomanderò senza dubbio la catena IBIS per un servizio amichevole, efficiente e una stanza pulita con un buon colazione.

Migliorare di quanto ci aspettassimo, ma non venire troppo tardi per colazione (circa 9 è buono, notiamo circa 9:30 è il picco, quindi ci sono aspettare). Ma c'è molta scelta, il mio preferito era il succo d'arancia fresco e il toast francese!

The rooms were extremely hot with no fans, and opening the window meant letting in loud traffic noise. The receptionist didn't seem to understand the booking system - we pre-paid for 4 rooms but were given only 3, meaning 2 adults and 2 children shared one small room, with no compensation by the hotel. She charged us again upon check-in as she didn't realise we had paid online. She kept shrugging and saying it's not her fault, which we agreed with but asked her what we should do, only to be met with another shrug. The couple checking in behind us had the same problem and grew frustrated when no solution or remorse was shown by the staff. To be refunded for the overpayment, we had to e-mail 4 times and received very rude responses until we mentioned logging an official complaint, ten we received a very polite apology and an immediate refund. Taxis were not convenient - one taxi driver took half of us then came back for the rest, meaning a lot of waiting time on both ends . Parking spaces are very limited and must be booked ahead. Overall, a stressful and unpleasant stay in crowded and hot rooms with bad service. Would advise to go to another hotel as there are plenty nearby.

We stopped here for one night on our way back to the UK from the Algarve with our two dogs. Dogs are very welcome at all B&B Hotels, so you can easily plan your overnight stops without worrying about whether your dogs will be allowed in the hotel. Having stayed at quite a few B&B Hotels over the last couple of years, it was easy to compare this hotel to the others we have stayed in. For us, we found the location to be excellent; it was very quiet and easy to find. There is plenty of parking and a lovely grassy area outside for walking dogs. Our overnight stop was on a Sunday and all the nearby shops were closed. This hotel was a lot more expensive than all the other B&B Hotels we booked on this trip, so we were expecting something a bit special, and because of this, we were slightly disappointed. The breakfast option is also more expensive than other B&B Hotels at 10.50 euros instead of the usual 8.50 euros. The hotel is one of the older B&B Hotels, so the room was very small. The shower had a shower curtain rather than a glass screen as in the newer B&B Hotels, and overall the bathroom was a bit grubby. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again, because of the quiet location. As with most (not all) other B&B Hotels, there is a microwave oven in reception for guests to use, which is very helpful. The staff at this hotel are very helpful.

Pertanto, almeno 2 ore prima che la temperatura della camera sia accettabile. Il mattino successivo non c'è ancora un riscaldamento adeguato nelle aree comuni o nella sala colazione, mentre la temperatura esterna era inferiore a 6 °.Posso capire che bisogna risparmiare energia, ma questo supera il minimo di comfort previsto. Inoltre, i cibi offerti per colazione, in particolare la carcassa e il formaggio, erano completamente congelati come se uscissero dal congelatore (12 € perché non c'è ristorazione all'Ibis Budget) Quindi a questo prezzo si può aspettare un minimo qualità

Ex hotel Campanile , questo hotel si trova proprio accanto a una zona commerciale, (nessun gene) facile accesso , parcheggio davanti alle camere. Albergo piacevole , personale disponibile e disponibile Camera pulita ( la mia era stata certamente ripiccata di recente ) . Ristorante non testato.

This hotel is was an absolute catastrophe! After check-in we went to our allocated hotel room only to discover a horrible smell and in general just a disgusting room; the bedsheet was covered with stains, a horrible smell (this was not only in the hotel room) and mold in the bedroom and toilet area. We had paid for 3 nights and 6 times breakfast, and according to *********** app if was possible to cancel the booking before 18:00. We went down to the receptionist (at 17:30) after we had stayed for around 30 minutes in the room and said, that we wanted a refund due to the room being disgusting and looking nothing like the pictures. The receptionist told us to use the refund button in the app so they could refund us, but as soon as we pushed the refund button, we (apparently) disappeared from their system and a refund was no longer possible. Then we contacted the manager at the hotel. According to the manager a refund of any sort was NOT possible. Since the manager only knew French and was not willing to help with our situation at all we contacted ***********. Nearly a month after the incident we were refunded for 2 nights and 6 times breakfast, leaving us paying around 100 euros for staying 30 minutes in the hotel room AND according to *********** the hotel had charge an extra amount (around 50 euro) more than they should. However, this we can not verify ourselves due to the hotel being unable to print our receipt. For obvious reasons we did request a receipt but that was NOT possible. Anyhow, several weeks later and after spending numerous hours on the telephone we were compensated for about 70% of the charged amount.
