Hotel molto vicino all'aeroporto e proprio di fronte la metro per il centro. Check-in veloce,stanza piccola ed essenziale ma pulita.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Nelle immediate vicinanze negozi e supermercati per tutte le necessità.

The hostel has an excellent location just in front of the river and a few step from the centre of the city and the old town of Valencia. The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.

La mia esperienza è stata molto cattiva, perché ho fatto la prenotazione pensando che andava all'hotel come tutti cercavano di riposare e rilassarmi. E era tutto il contrario perché l'app trip non mi ha mai avvertito che erano in opere e la mia sorpresa è stata quando sono arrivati lì e vedendo che erano in opere e non riuscivo a riposare perché erano con il motopico e piccante facendo rumore per la mattina e la sera e a Alle 8:00 di mattina, si sono ancora legati a piccare. Era un soggiorno orribile. Anche se mi lamento a Trip niente cambia. Ho un'altra prenotazione che ho fatto prima di passare questo con loro e sarà l'ultima prenotazione che farò con loro.

Dato che avevamo un volo in tarda serata per l'aeroporto, abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per una sosta. Era un po' difficile trovare come arrivarci, ma è molto vicino all'aeroporto. Aveva una bella camera pulita, con un letto comodo, proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Poi ho preso la metropolitana in città il giorno seguente.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

Hotel tres propre et organisé

Siempre que vamos a san Vicente nos alojamos aquí. Es súper limpia y buena ubicación. El trato del personal es súper amable. Si quieres parking privado deberás pagar 12€ por noche.

El alojamiento es tal como sale en las fotos, lo lleva la familia y son encantadores. Instalaciones limpias y modernas. Colchón cómodo pero la almohada no tanto, deberían poner otras más cómodas para ya ser todo perfecto. Bastante ruido por las mañanas por el personal de limpieza.

Fairly ok considering the situation but I don't think I'll ever go there again.. friendly staff that unfortunately doesn't get a word of english, dirty towels.. and everything else was fairly ok
