La stanza e le immagini sono completamente indifferenti, puliti e puliti ai dettagli, letti morbidi, vivendo particolarmente confortevole ～ posizione super comoda. Quando uscite, troverete cibo e trasporto, i proprietari sono super belle, comunicare in tempo e intime, e condividere l'atteggiamento locale per i piccoli. Il rapporto di prezzo è fantastico, è stato raccomandato per i tuoi amici!

Servizio: il servizio del negozio è molto buono e vengono forniti anche i pasti. C'è anche un servizio di ritiro e riconsegna dopo l'arrivo alla stazione dei treni ad alta velocità. È un servizio unico per viaggiare a Pingtan.
Dotazione: praticamente tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari ci sono (purtroppo non c'è la TV), tutto il resto è perfetto

UUtente ospiteReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

UUtente ospiteThe apartment is located inside a modern high rise building (with four elevators) in the middle of what appears to be a middle class neighborhood.
The building is within walking distance (I estimate 10-15 minutes tops) of the Fuzhou-South railway station. However. When me and my friend arrived there we decided to take a cab due to heavy rain - and we got yelled at because the driver was unhappy about the destination being so close to the railway station We yelled back and the driver apologized. We later realized that it would have been smarter to order a DiDi as cab drivers have to wait in line long time to get a railway customer and it is understandable that they want a customer who wants to go to the city center. Still. He had no right to yell at us. This is what the minimum fee is for.
Anyway. It is one of those high rise buildings that is built around a huge mall. Plenty of shops, drug stores, markets, restaurants (outside the mall) are within 5 minute radius. A mall entrance is within 3 minute walking distance. Very very convenient location. Not only so. Every day after 10:00pm there is a night market down the street where you can buy all sorts of delicious snacks even grilled oysters and steak.
Me and my friend had no issue locating the apartment because upon arriving at Fuzhou-South we got in touch with the owner. The owner then befriended me on WeChat, sent us the address, pictures of the entrance, description of how to open the main apartment door and the key lockers. Piece of cake. TBH I initially did not understand how to enter the code into the electronic door lock and so the owner came to assist. She was there within minutes after we asked for help.
The apartment is basically a bedroom with huge screen, beamer, queensize bed, workplace with sink, water cooker, washing machine, dining table and a nice, big fridge. Naturally you also have your own bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Everything was very clean and me and my friend were super happy with our choice. I initially thought that the mattress was too firm but then I slept very well on it. You have to take a cab or DiDi to the city center but its not far so it is not expensive. The A/C works very well. The view from the 18th floor is amazing.
Would I stay there again? Given the good location, hygiene and price I would absolutely stay there again.

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.

UUtente ospiteI rarely say this on my reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Minsu. When I come back to Quanzhou for another family holiday, I will book this place again.
Firstly, the location: It is unbeatable. It is near enough to be in the midst of the action in Quanzhou (near the walking street, eateries, restaurants, shopping etc etc), yet very quiet for us to enjoy a good night’s rest, or a good conversation at night over tea.
Second, the nice balance between an authentic cultural home and modernism. We had the entire Minsu to ourselves, 6 rooms in total. Renovated about 3-4 years ago, the Minsu gave us the experience of living in an authentic Chinese inn, yet the amenities were modern….comfortable beds, modern toilets, refrigerators available etc….The courtyards were also beautiful. The entire Minsu was tastefully done…..plus it was spotlessly clean.
Thirdly, the owners. They were so friendly and helpful. They met us at the drop off point, and brought us to the Minsu when we checked in, helping to move some of our luggages (and they did the same thing when we checked out). They went out of their way to help purchase traditional puppet show (木偶) tickets (at a small discount somemore). After we checked out, my son left his hoodie in the room. The owners assisted to courier the jacket to the next city we were heading to (we were already in the train at that time). And lastly, every morning and every night, either Mr Du, his son or his daughter in law would invite us to join them for tea. They would then proceed to serve tea the traditional way, while having a conversation with us. They also taught us certain traditions, protocols and rules when serving tea. They have a cat called TangYuan (汤圆), in which the kids in the family enjoyed playing with.
The only thing to note is that public transport (via taxis and buses) only can drop you off at a spot about 5min walk away. Also, they provide disposable towels, not the regular towels given at hotels. If it is an issue, just bring your own towels.
Otherwise, this place deserves 5 out of 5 stars.

UUtente ospiteHo adorato il mio soggiorno allo Yunhai Yuxi Hotel Apartment! La camera era impeccabile, pulitissima e curatissima. Era incredibilmente accogliente, con un'atmosfera tranquilla e familiare che rendeva difficile andarsene.
La vista dall'appartamento era mozzafiato sia di giorno che di notte, un'esperienza che ricorderete per sempre. Ciò che ha reso l'esperienza davvero speciale è stata la gentilezza, la gentilezza e la genuina ospitalità del proprietario e del personale alla reception. Dal caloroso benvenuto ai piccoli gesti premurosi durante il nostro soggiorno, ci siamo sentiti più come se fossimo stati accolti da amici che come se fossimo stati accolti in un hotel.
E onestamente, considerando la qualità, il comfort e l'esperienza, il prezzo è di gran lunga inferiore al valore che si ottiene qui. È un gioiello nascosto che merita più attenzione. Lo consiglio vivamente, ci tornerò sicuramente! 🌸

BBaiMaWangziI traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast.
This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair.
Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs.
The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day.
Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos
I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired.
Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind
That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.

XXiaorunbeituIl rapporto prezzo della stanza è particolarmente alto, forse per l'autunno, il piccolo fratello mi ha aiutato direttamente a aggiornare il tipo di stanza.Il sud è anche dotato di caldaie elettriche, particolarmente comode.I pannolini sono un'unica fornitura e molto amichevole.La camera principale è molto TV calda che i membri non possono guardare gratuitamente!!! La posizione geografica è anche molto eccellente. Ci sono cibi dolci intorno a te, non lontano dalla strada della felicità.La stazione della metropolitana può anche camminare.C'è un lato acido vicino che è particolarmente buono!!!! La prossima volta andare a mangiare
