Hotel a {{star}} a Canton Vallese, ({{countryName}})

I wish I was writing a glowing review for this hotel but I simply cannot as I find it inexcusable that in this day and age there was no complimentary tea/Coffee or even a kettle in the room. Secondly the breakfast was an absolute joke. Boiled eggs and slices of meat with cold bread. Utterly diaspoointing for the cost. The room itself was good and warm but had paper thin walls. I could hear every conversation in the other room and the snoring guests at night. Won't be staying again.

Nella zona centrale del resort di Zermatt, piuttosto comoda. La stanza è un po' vecchia ma pulita, giusto dirlo. La colazione non era eccezionale, rispetto alla maggior parte degli hotel in cui ho soggiornato in CH. Mia moglie si è bruciata le dita con la vaporiera per le uova, Hm, un avviso/suggerimento dovrebbe essere sul lato della vaporiera.

Albergo semplice e conveniente per l'assistenza a se stesso

First of all, this place look MUCH better than the pictures. The whole building is new and well furnished instead of the rundown look on the booking website. And the bed is comfy and new. You just have to make your own bed: mattress, pillow and quilt. Locker is spacious too, with partition and hanger. I love how espresso/cappucino is free flow in the breakfast. And the breakfast has a good variety tho basic: different cheeses/ham, breads, jams etc, enough to keep me not bored for two nights. The staffs at reception were mostly helpful and vibrant in personality as well. There are fridge in the dining room too, which is a very important feature for guests staying in youth hostel. Because saving on food is one of the major reasons guests stay in youth hostel. Another good thing is free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. That said, there are two huge problem with the hostel: one, the charger in the room. Because the socket is facing down, if one’s using heavy adapter and, even worse, along with a big charger, it’s almost certain to fall. And there’s only one socket on the wall. I was lucky for the 2nd night to switch to that bed, else I had to spend a good 1-2 hours in common area to have my phone/laptop etc charged. To me it’s a design that serves almost no purpose and even arguably insensitive to international traveler. Not sure how they’re gonna fix it for other travelers, but charging is almost #1 travelling need for travelers. The 2nd issue was with the bathroom on the top floor. The automatic light went off way too quickly, and it’s barely sensitive to motion when you’re in the shower cubicle. You have to open the door, and reach your hands out to have it turned back on, when everything is pitch dark. Many including me had talked about it, but no effective action was taken. P/S: From this place to Gornergrat, you have two stations to choose from: Zermatt or Findelbach, the latter is closer and 3.5CHF cheaper, but at the cost of more demanding uphill climbing.

Il check-in è stato senza saldatura, anche se era solo un iPad. Avevamo bisogno di pagare una tassa turistica tramite un collegamento online prima dell'arrivo, ma siamo stati molto attenti, dato il numero di truffe online oggi - forse sarebbe meglio farlo in anticipo? La stanza era incredibile, pulita, abbastanza grande, con balcone, comoda letto. Uno dei membri del personale (un uomo) ci ha permesso di mettere il nostro bagaglio in camera prima, anche se potevamo solo codificare la nostra carta dopo le 3:00. Ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare a Du Pont, perché non avevamo un numero svizzero, grazie mille! L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale, ma ci sono autobus gratuiti che possono abbreviare il viaggio. Siamo stati in Svizzera per 2 settimane e questo hotel è certamente il miglior alloggio che abbiamo avuto - anche a un prezzo molto buono!

Ho vissuto più di 400 notti in un hotel giovanile in Giappone come una donna, ma questa volta ho vissuto in un hotel che è un membro dell'Associazione svizzera dei giovani. In linea di principio, è un servizio di autoassistenza, ma non sono particolarmente soddisfatto, e posso dire che è la migliore struttura che abbia mai vissuto, come sopra. Per convenienza, questa volta non ho usato piscina, fitness, sauna, ecc, ma ho passato due giorni felici.

Auberge de jeunesse très moderne et très agréable avec un petit déjeuner délicieux, je recommande

Hotel ideale per andare a camminare, perché il ritorno con il treno è molto semplice. La colazione è molto buona. Mi sono sentito molto bene.

La stazione è molto attraente, il personale è amichevole qui e tutte le strutture come cucina, doccia, toletta, letto, ecc. sono state buone tra gli ostelli che sono stato.
