«Sleep Well Youth Hostel» mi è molto piacevole. Ho soggiornato qui 1 notte. Il personale alla reception e al colazione sono molto amichevole. Ho prenotato una stanza standard monouso. La camera era spaziale, pulita e la camera da bagno era adatto per meno validi. Devi preparare il letto da solo, non c'è TV in questo tipo di camera, un asciugamani è in affitto per € 1,- e la colazione è fondamentale ma sicuramente sufficiente e per me abbastanza buono. Il letto era confortevole, era tranquillo e la stanza era ben riscaldata. Sei qui nel centro, così la Gare du Nord e la Gare Centrale sono entrambi a 15 minuti a piedi. La prossima volta cercherò di rimanere qui. Ma sospettavo che questo fosse un ostello molto desiderato, quindi consiglierei di prenotare in tempo.

Stayed here for one night with my husband while we were on our road trip and I am so glad it was just for a night. First, there is major construction on the road in front. We had to do a few circles because we weren't sure if we could drive down the small side road near the construction site to get to the hotel since we booked this hotel specifically because it had parking. As for parking, it says it's 15euros a night and with tax it comes to 19.40euros. Second, the room felt so cheap and dirty. It hadn't been dusted properly inside the cabinet and the same as in the bathroom. The room felt so dated and had a weird smell. The bed was very basic with two small pillows. The bathroom is bad, the light is connected to the loud fan. The shower is so poorly designed. It's so small and then you feel like your going to fall out of the shower the way the shower head points right in the curtain. There is also no safe in the room, this was the first time I actually wanted to use one cause I didn't feel particularly safe in the hotel. Also only one of the sockets by the bed worked. Third, as for the staff...when checking in the front desk was friendly and helped us park our car. The issue was our room had no towels when we checked in. We told the front desk after we came back from being out and they said it would be 20mins when the next person came and it was around 1.5hrs before my husband just went downstairs and asked them just to give them to him. We had tried to phone the front desk but the phone was not working in the room. Fourth, the location is something to be aware of. It just didn't feel super safe even though we didn't have a problem with anyone. It just doesn't feel like the place to want to wander around as a tourist and out about at night, Let's be honest this hotel was very cheap and you get what you paid for. I would not suggest this hotel for a long stay but if you just need somewhere for a night and you're tight on money......otherwise pay more and get something nicer you would regret it.

In short, a dump for €170 per night (regardless of the rate they advertise). Long version: I checked into a 5th floor room at just after 2pm in mid-October. The only window, which opened to the roof, was open and it was about 10C outside and maybe 15C in the room - too cold to be comfortable. I noticed the smell of sewage. I’m tall, so I looked out the open roof window and could see a sewer roof vent about one meter from the open window. I immediately closed the window and turned on the radiator to “4” (full on) to warm the room up. 15 minutes after, I could smell mold or mildew in the room, possibly from the carpet - hence the open window. I attempted to work on my laptop but the Wi-Fi dropped out every 10-15 minutes. I tried 4 different Wi-Fi’s in the hotel and had the same problems. After 30 minutes, I checked the radiator - stone cold. I went back to the front desk and described the Wi-Fi problem. Response - “nothing I can do but I called the IT guy.” Fair enough. I asked about there being no heat in the room. Response “ give it an hour or two.” I left to explore a bit and had dinner. I returned at 8pm. Different guy at the front desk. Still no Wi-Fi with a stable connection. Still no room heat, and it was getting colder outside and in the room. I went back to the front desk. Responses were “I’ll get the IT guy to fix the Wi-Fi” and “give the radiator an hour or two to warm up”. I replied that I had given the radiator over 4 hours to warm up and the supply lines to the radiator were cold. I asked to be moved to a room with heat and and he said “nothing I can do”. I asked for them to check the furnace and they had nobody who could do that. Perhaps heat was out for the entire hotel and they were still booking and charging rooms on a cold October day. Who knows? I checked out (or attempted to) at 10 pm same day and requested a full refund. They had charged me a full three nights stay immediately upon check-in for a dingy, smelly hotel room without heat in late Autumn. In the end, they refused to refund any of the stay despite not being able to provide a heated room in mid-October in Brussels. What a dump. Save your money. There is a decent hotel 3 blocks away with both Wi-Fi and working room heat.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo dl 30/12/14 al 3/01/15 e possiamo affermare che l Unica cosa positiva e la posizione strategica a pochi passi dl grand place , ma x il resto è fatiscente la pulizia davvero non ne conoscono l esistenza , puliscono le camere tanto per modo di dire cambiano sl asciugamano e lenzuola tra l altro , lenzuola macchiate , rotte , bagno pieno di calcare antigienico, maleodorante, per piu di una notte lo sconsigliamo vivamente e inoltre molto ma molto scortesi nl prenotazione,dovevano essere pagati in loco come stipulato nl prenotazione invece prima di arrivare hanno prelevato i soldi in anticipo dl carta di credito , è stato un comportamento molto irrispettoso nei nostri confronti poiche agli altri li hanno fatto pagare in loco ,nn sono comportamenti giusti davvero lo sconsigliamo...è pessimo!

OBSUGA-RECEPCJONICI BARDZO SYMPATYCZNI, YCZLIWI I POMOCNI .niadanie :Peny Wybór napojów typu Kawa , Cekolada, Herbata!! , owoce:banany, jabłka, Gruszki, :jogurty Kilka Rodzajów smaku, wi buki , croissanty, pyszna jajecznica, bekon, kiebaski, sery, wdliby(szynka, salami), pomidory, ogórki, sięmy,miody, patki niadaniowe, mleko... có wicej chcie. pokój z dwoma ózkami pojedyczymi, wszystko w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym, azienka, prysznic wszystko super dziaajce, Migliorando il centro di Miasta Noc Byo Chicho. Siamo stati sette notti. Uwzgldniajc lokalizacj, niadania, wyposaenie hotelu i obslug to nie ma lepszego wyboru dla normalnego turisti. Ho soggiornato una notte, hotel molto comodo perché sta in mezzo a gare du midi e Grand Place, ero al quinto piano, con ascensore, camera piccola ma molto carina, che guardava sulla piazzetta, mi sono trovata molto bene, lo consiglio 👍🏻👍🏻

La stanza era pulita e grande La doccia e il bagno sono anche buoni con un buon pulizia dell'odore. La materassi a letto era forte e abbastanza nuova La foglia di letto era anche super pulita 10 min da stazione di mezzogiorno e per lo più i punti di tour sono camminabili 20 min. Molto conveniente soggiorno

Il personale è amichevole per i non nativi francesi. Ci sono anche prodotti di cucina puliti in camera. Tuttavia, dovrete tirare la porta con forza per assicurarsi che le operazioni di chiusura automatica.

Grande posizione vicino al trasporto e non troppo lontano dal centro. Le camere sono decenti ma possono fare con un lick di pittura. Alcuni stanze sono vicini al cortile e può essere molto rumoroso, poiché non c'è personale presente a determinate ore della notte. La colazione è OK, non abbastanza varietà e la macchina del caffè non funzionava mentre eravamo li'.Alcuni dei receptionisti femminili non erano molto amichevoli e erano molto blasfemi.
