Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza di soggiornare in questo hotel. La stanza aveva un design unico e bellissimo che lo faceva sentire sia elegante che accogliente. Uno dei migliori elementi era la vista dalla stanza, assolutamente stupenda e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Le strutture erano eccellenti e molto complete, e mi sono particolarmente grato di avere una cucina nella stanza, che mi rendeva ancora più conveniente. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile durante la mia visita, mi hanno aiutato a noleggiare una moto facilmente e addirittura a comprare un biglietto di autobus a Hanoi. La loro calda ospitità mi ha davvero resa molto benvenuta. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole con un servizio eccellente e un bel ambiente!

Dude, Green Sapa Homestay was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the moment I checked in to when I left. My room was spotless and comfy, had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options. Plus, the location was perfect easy walk to the market and restaurants, and close to all the Sapa sights. Seriously, you gotta stay there if you're going to Sapa. You won't regret it!

Il personale era incredibilmente accogliente e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. Le camere erano immacolate e molto comode. Ci piaceva anche il delizioso colazione ogni mattina e amava la comoda posizione vicino alle principali attrazioni.

Our stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The host was accomdating and friendly. The location was accesible and nearby the city center. However the room was right beside the level 1 lobby and in the early morning , guest were talking loudly and footsteps could be heard. Also there was karaoke singing at 9am in the morning...😨 The bedsheets were dirty and there were cockraoches and grasshoppers in the room🤢

Hotel staff are very polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Location is very peaceful and accessible. The price is very reasonable and the view from our room is beautiful.

Non è lontano dal centro della città, a pochi minuti, ma arrivare con la mia valigia è un po' difficile, perché ci sono molte scale e nessun motocicletta o auto raggiunge l'hotel. La ricevitrice non parla bene l'inglese, quindi non ho ricevuto molta consulenza da lei, ma il servizio era buono. La foglia non era ironizzata. Il prezzo era decente. In generale era buono.

I actually didn’t stay here. When i came to checkin, the receptionist said there is no room for me (booked and paid online) i came from Noi bai airport to Sapa, i reached around 5.30am at the hotel lobby. I told the receptionist that i will stay only until the checkout time (11am). He said that the person who’s incharge for the booking is drunk and he/she didn’t inform him (night shift). The hotel don’t have computer on the reception area, maybe that why he cannot check and he also look like he have eyesight problem. Bless him. He handle the situation very well. He should get a raise. Dear owner, give him a raise. The person who drunk should be fired, he/she give other staff trouble. This happened today morning 26/6/2024 btw. I gave poor rating for the hotel service but for the receptionist, 5 star.
