Hotel a 3 stelle in Washington, Stati Uniti d'America

Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

La posizione è conveniente per il Tacoma meridionale. Area e camere pubbliche pulite. Non che si trovi in una zona urbana commerciale con furto, ho visto una finestra di furto è stata rotta e gli strumenti sono stati rubati. Se rimani da qualche parte, parcheggiate lontano dalla galleria in una zona ben illuminata e non lasciate alcun valore nei vostri veicoli. ***** e furto sono problemi in molti stati, quindi deve proteggere voi stessi.

Everything was good. The service, the breakfast, and the pool were all good. Very comfortable overall. Only except that the WIFI signal was broken inside the bedroom. The network needs a serious upgrade.

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

Il personale dell’hotel è amichevole, ma non utile. La lavatrice non funzionava dopo aver pagato e messo i vestiti e il detergente, poi ho chiamato il fronte, e poi mi hanno detto che la lavatrice non funzionava. Gli ho chiesto perché non hanno fatto un annuncio, il dipartimento di fronte ha detto che mi ha appena scoperto quando ho chiamato. All'inizio mi ha chiesto di aspettare fino alla mattina prossima, poi hanno la possibilità di chiamare la compagnia di lavastoviglie per cercare di rimborsarmi. Comunque, non sono sicuri se ricevo o no il rimborso!!! Al termine, andando indietro e indietro, il desk front concorda di rimborsarmi in contanti e dare qualche detergente per andare in un altro piano per il lavanderia. Arrivo a Seattle tardi alle 11:00 della sera con la macchina. Ho pagato la tassa giornaliera per il parcheggio. Poiché lasciarò Seattle solo poche ore dopo avermi controllato, mi hanno detto che non potevo lasciare la macchina nel garage fino a tardi pomeriggio, perché hanno bisogno dello spazio. Ho detto che ho pagato un’«tassa giornaliera», quindi in linea di principio dovrei poter parcheggiare la macchina fino a tardi pomeriggio, ma non mi hanno detto che è mia scelta controllare tardi e non possono fare nulla per estendere il parcheggio fino a tardi pomeriggio. Gli ho chiesto se si trattasse del regolamento, che lo mettano chiaramente nella descrizione e lo informino in anticipo agli ospiti, in particolare agli ospiti internazionali che potrebbero avere un'altra interpretazione della «tassa giornaliera». Alla fine mi permettono di parcheggiare fino alle 2:00, che è troppo presto per me, e devo cambiare il mio piano a Seattle per il parcheggio. In conclusione, l'atteggiamento generale è che sono dispiaciuti se l'ospite ha qualche problema, ma non possono aiutare molto!!!!

La posizione era davvero ottima, ma il centro di Seattle non era un granché per divertirsi... (che peccato!) Ciononostante, le condizioni della camera erano buone (ovviamente è un hotel vecchio, quindi non tutte le dotazioni erano nuovissime) e c'era la vasca da bagno.

Scrivi un recensione direttamente all'hotel, così la guardi più brevemente. Il controllo del cameriere era sorprendente...ma... Il marito si è fermato in ascensore per 20 minuti, nessuno mi ha aiutato finché non sono sceso dal quinto piano al lobby con il mio bambino e il mio stomaco incinta. Bellissimo hotel e posizione è sorprendente La stanza era un po' su quella sporca dall'altra parte Le piccole frutta volano nel bacino, le mutande erano sporche alcune luci non funzionavano Non mi importava di queste cose finche' non fu detto all'hotel che questo incidente dell'ascensore non si era verificato. Conflitto se rimango qui. Contattato trip.com e anche se non è colpa loro hanno ancora fornito comfort e supporto, ma l'hotel negato questo è successo anche ??? Così lascia un gusto molto cattivo nella mia bocca.

Hit and miss, for room cleanliness. 3x staying 2nd time was a quick stay and room needed a good cleaning iin common area, bedroom and bathroom were satisfactory. This stay bathroom needed attention with mold along to edge of shower and mold growth on the floor at corners of the tub. All in all good value for price.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
