The hotel is fine and the room is exactly what was described, the staff are very polite and helpful. It has pools and jacuzzi. However, in the advert they offer a free breakfast which also indicated in the booking confirmation but upon arrival I was informed that breakfast is not included :( . Apparently, the issue is with the app and not wiht the hotel.

Lovely, chic hotel in a fantastically convenient part of Charlottesville - great restaurants and close to everything. Service was very attentive and responsive. Took a few points off facilities because the gym was a little grim.

L'hotel è appena stato decorato, non ha un odore distintivo; le attrezzature per letto e i bagni sono molto puliti; la colazione può essere mangiata dalle sei alle dieci. Anche se la varietà non è troppo ricca, ma il pane di latte e uova è abbastanza da mangiare e bere e così via, in generale, è buono. L'hotel è vicino ad alta velocità, c'è un parcheggio gratuito, e' molto conveniente viaggiare da soli.

Ottimo servizio di check in e check out rapido. Belle camere, letti comodi. L'unica cosa che avrebbe reso le cose migliori è che se il covid non fosse successo e potessimo usare la vasca idromassaggio. Ma non è colpa dell'hotel. Grazie. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

A me piace questo hotel, c'è un traghetto all'aeroporto, e il conducente è molto amichevole.A nove minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana Crystal City, se non guidare è molto conveniente, andare al museo a sedersi alla metropolitana molto presto.La stanza è abbastanza grande, anche tranquilla la notte, c'è un microonde accanto a McDanld e CVS.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

UUtente ospiteChecked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated.
The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite.
All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un bel hotel! E' classico ed elegante, e in generale renderà le vostre vacanze molto più speciali. La posizione è grande, come si può camminare a ristoranti o altri luoghi a Luray. Le caverne Luray sono un'auto veloce, come un Walmart e un Leone alimentare, e la Thornton Gap Entry di Skyline Drive è vicino. Ho mangiato al ristorante Circa '31 per colazione, che era ragionevolmente prezzi (il menu è piccolo con poche opzioni standard per colazione), il caffè e i muffin gratuiti nel lobby in ogni momento. Il ristorante Speakeasy è molto buono, e ha varie specialità/dializzazioni ogni notte. Le camere sono piccole, ma confortevoli. I terreni sono bellissimi, con un'area per i fuochi d'artificio e i hammock, nonché una piscina e un tubo caldo. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.
Alcune raccomandazioni per la gestione:
# Metti i mini frigoriferi nelle stanze
# Mettete le sedie sul balcone per poterlo usare come zona seduto
# Qualcosa per fornire più spazio contro nelle bagni
Raccomando il Mimslyn Inn a chiunque si trovi nella zona Luray!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel aeroportuale non ha o quasi non ha un servizio di trasporto di passeggeri.Attendere 45 minuti e fare un buon viaggio.5 chilometri dall'aeroporto, aggiungere 20 coltelli.Torna all'aeroporto alle sei del mattino dopo, e mi è stato detto che c'era un aereo, ma dopo le 8:15.Costa 30 coltelli di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteUn po’ difficile da trovare, ma una volta era facile parcheggiare e poi entrare, parcheggiare a lungo termine, e poi arrivare nella stanza. Se si porta un sacco di bagagli, si può avere qualche difficoltà perché l'accesso al garage è un po' di passeggiata, ma le camere si formano nel loro look, spazio e offerte. Si prega di sapere che ci potrebbe essere un odore di fumo nelle cabine, poiché ci sono diversi ospiti che fumerebbero fuori (di solito nel parcheggio) e poi l'odore si attira nelle cabine e talvolta elevatori. Altrimenti, un'esperienza molto piacevole e piacevole. Lavorare il prezzo sicuramente.
