Tutti all'Holiday Inn Staunton erano così cordiali. Le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli. La colazione era eccezionale e la cameriera era estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui a tutti!

Il personale era molto amichevole e professionale. La stanza era pulita. Il check-in era facile e veloce. C'era una squadra di calcio che si fermava all'hotel. Hanno un po'di rumore, così come alcuni bambini correvano in sala una notte. Il personale li ha chiesto di calmarsi entrambe le volte. Non sono mai rimasto in un hotel dove è stato fatto. Hotel più tranquillo che abbia mai soggiornato. È stato il tipico continentale di colazione. Il personale ha assicurato che la zona fosse mantenuta pulita e cibo disponibile. Menzionato al desk front, il bagno aveva una goccia. Lei si sentiva male che non l'avevo detto prima. Non era molto grande. La posizione era perfetta. Vicino all'aeroporto. Sicuramente consiglierei.

Idk se l'acqua di cottura qui a Washington è sicuro da bere. Ma sarebbe meglio se avessero una stazione di riempimento dell'acqua piuttosto che una stazione di acqua glaciale al conteggio. Inoltre, non riesco a trovare acqua potabile anche dalla stazione di colazione. Solo succo, caffè, latte.
C'è anche qualcosa di strano nella stanza, come la doccia è così potente che nemmeno le tende non possono impedire alcuna esplosione.
Credo che la stanza che ho avuto l'anno scorso sia molto meglio di questa volta.
Ma in generale, è un buon posto per riposare prima di prendere il volo mattina o pomeriggio attraverso il loro servizio di navetta.

L'hotel è nuovo e moderno. Grande posizione sul tratto 81 & 460 a Blacksburg. La nostra camera era pulita e il letto era molto comodo. Molto belle cuscinetti e abbiamo tutti avuto un buon sonno notturno. La colazione, anche se semplice, ha tutti gli ingredienti che mi piace per un inizio precoce. Sono stati offerti 24 ore di aiuto per il caffè e il tè al lobby era un altro grande perk. È stato un buon soggiorno intorno!

Quando sono arrivato lì e ho chiamato la persona che ho parlato, ho detto che la mia carta era stata rifiutata e che mi sono dovuto 30 dollari di più e volevo che mi forniscano informazioni sulla carta. Ho detto che ho una conferma stampata nella mia mano da Trip.com che ha dichiarato che era stato pagato. Dopo circa 15-20 minuti e dopo aver dato il numero di conferma della prenotazione, la signora mi ha fermato e tornato, dicendo che era tutto a posto e mi ha dato il codice della stanza. Altrimenti, era bello.

Older hotel, rooms are not updated but clean, and the location is the best part of this facility, coupled with a plethora of food options within 1 1-mile radius. Right adjacent to a metro station. Construction taking place across the street, so expect noise only during day hours through 4 pm. Parking is plenty. Supportive staff. Did not try their breakfast. Pool had a lifeguard ( during summer), though I did not use it.

DDayTripper420Just passing through on the way South. Went to service desk, they were extremely polite and courteous, so kudos for that. Then they hit me woth the price tag of $159 for the night. ”NO WAY” is all I thought, so I went online and found a booking here on Trip.com for $102. I jumped on it. I was tired, hot, and a little aggravated from the trip, so the price on Trip.com was a relief.
I started looking around and thats when I realized that the amenities all cost. They had complimetary coffee, so YaY!
Got up to the room, it was clean. Unloaded for the night, and it was finally showertime! I do my thing, get into the shower, which was a handicapped shower. It had a chair and a detachable showerhead for those hard to reach places. Well, this is where the problems started. This showerhead was supposed to be able to be locked into position on the pole provided, you k ow, for people that can stand. Well, the damn thing didnt lock. Nope, it stayed at crotch level, and so I was forced to use the detachable showerhead.
Whatever, a shower is a shower, and boy, this shower was GREAT! Then, after my shower, I discovered that they must have wanted me to take a bath afterwards. This is because the entire bathroom floor was flooded from my shower water, and the floor was definitely not graded towards the drain, so to clean it up, one would either need a wet/dry shop-vac or a squeegee, and wouldnt you know it, I left both of mine back North, hundreds of miles away!
I ended up using the towels to basically squeegee the water to the drain and get the floor cleaned up. I wasnt aware they kept their guests on the housekeeping payroll! My partner was unable to shower cause it would have caused another mess.
So, besides the fact that if they could have charged for tap water and air, they would have, and the pool waiting for me after my shower, I had a really good stay. The bed was so comfortable I had trouble getting out of it in the morning, and the complimentary coffee turned out to be fresh. The staff understood my concerns and were extremely friendly about providing their information for when I contacted trip.com for my refund.

UUtente ospiteChecked in really late (around midnite but they held my room. I called ahead to let them know I'd be flying in late. Conveniently located on one of the major arteries, which incidentally conveniently ends at the US Coast Guard Training Center. I attended my son's training graduation but his checkout went long - probably because their NCO missed them and didn't want them to leave....so I ended up checking out of the hotel much later than the standard checkout time (11am - I checked out just after 1pm) - but because it was USCG related - they waived the late fee - which was greatly appreciated.
The entrance was easy to park (it was raining) and checkin was really simple once we confirmed my reservation. The breakfast nook was directly opposite the checkin counter which made things easier for later that morning (included breakfast). The elevator hallway had a machine which dispensed junk food and sodas - but you need physical cash to use them. Elevator made for deja vu as it's a standard Radisson layout. The room was clean - no weird smells and quite large and spacious with a receiving room (sofa and tv) hot water pot for coffee tea etc. The bathroom was well stocked with towels but the body wash was weirdly located next to the bathroom sink instead of the shower - that was strange. Hand soap was nice and sizable (useful as a body wash, given the fixed location of the body wash next to the sink). The bed was huge (king?) with plenty of pillows and bedding (sheets blankets etc). The room was quite warm which was nice since it was cold and wintery and wet outside. Staff were all very very nice and welcoming and polite.
All in all - most excellent experience from checkin to checkout. But it's the staff which make the experience smooth and enjoyable.

UUtente ospiteIn pics and in person the modern fresh room style is appealing though the functionality is sub-par. An example: one night table was a solid piece, no drawer or shelf with the top diameter much smaller than my laptop. Typically, a phone (use as an alarm), a bottle of water and an iPad , e-reader or book/magazine would be on a nightstand. Whoops, no room for all that and the slick surface made me nervous to leave my iPad on it. The open closet is fine, especially for me as I don't hang or put clothes in a drawer, but the only space available that wasn't in the bathroom is directly below where one would hang their clothes and right above the fridge. This could make it a perfect spot for a soft sided cooler, but this relatively small space (didn't measure, maybe 14”x20” with Keurig-style coffee maker already on it) is where one might set snacks, extra sodas, the cereal one brings because they like to eat the same thing every day and need a spot to set their cereal bowl while grabbing milk out of fridge right below. Not sure about you, but I'm not terribly comfortable putting food & dishes in the bathroom. Unfortunately, that is where my coffee maker needed to go (if I'm remembering correctly) the outlets where not accessible so Mr. Nespresso did need to go in the bathroom.
Bathroom shower had some mold around the caulk area, otherwise serviceable. Not a horrible room overall, but not as nice as other similarly priced nearby chains so I'll stick to those.

AAaron&AmyNon è stato impressionato.Abbiamo avuto la camera del Re e c'era quasi nessuna camera per camminare intorno al letto. Se volete una stanza e avete bisogno di un tipo di privacy da chiunque sia nella stanza con voi, allora non è questo che volete! Nessun petto con trattori, nessuna stanza di notte per dire, e se vuoi avere un tubo per i bambini per ribatterli in questo non è il posto per te. Certamente non rimarrai qui. L'unico positivo è la stanza e il lobby era pulito.

No real restaurants, but a bar and grill. Limited menu, but the food was ok. Room a little dingy. Sheets torn on bed. Hotel gives the appearance of being tired. Needs a refresh.
