Hotel a 3 stelle in Dakota del Sud, Stati Uniti d'America

Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called. It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.

We were warmly greeted on our arrival by by a young lady named OMI. When she learned of my Elite Bonvoy status we were all given a complementary bottle of water. Our rooms were clean and odor free. Before settling down for the night, one of our young grandsons had an issue which ultimately meant they had to change rooms. OMI was great, first supplying clean bedding, but when there were no clean mattress pads, she started a load in the laundry. Realizing that we needed to get the kids to bed quicker OMI offered to move them to an empty room. OMI deserves a 150% for her effort.

Poteva fare meglio... porta 3 non aveva numero di stanza proprio all'ingresso per quale modo andare a trovare la nostra stanza, dovevamo andare tutti a cercare la nostra per scoprire la sua stanza in alto. La macchina del ghiaccio non funzionava nemmeno...Colazione non c'erano uova, tosta francese e tutto questo alle 8:00 quando usciamo per colazione!!! Mi guardai intorno, e tutti gli altri li avevano, e non c'era nessuno che fosse rimasto alle 8:00 e non sembrava che avessero fatto di più, così io e il mio bambino doveva tornare in camera affamata.

Everything was excellent, from the room to the breakfast the next morning! The rate suffered from a perfect score only because of the smaller pool than I was expecting. It was only 4'6” deep, and not very big at all. If a lap pool is what you're looking for I would keep looking. Otherwise, the hot tub was good sized. The rooms were spacious, and included microwave, fridge and big screen TV. The breakfast was huge! Waffles, two egg dishes, two meats, oatmeal and a variety of breads were served with fresh fruit!

Old hotel with a hallway smell, but our room seemed clean. Didn’t help matters that across the hall a lady was yelling and pounding on her door on and off starting at 5AM. Continental breakfast was pretty poor. The biggest bummer is that their “water park/pool area” was closed due to construction.” Staff were very pleasant and helpful! But for only $10 less than a neighboring hotel that had fantastic reviews, would not stay again.

Booked 2 king rooms was given 2 double rooms . They would not accommodate us even after showing them the booking was 2 king rooms . Said we had to talk to upper management who was never there . We stayed 5 nights . Other than being taken advantage of with an oh well attitude it was a nice enough place . Room service picks up you towels but dont make bed or clean anything in the 5 nights we stayed.

Ottenere quello che paghi. Le ruggine e i mobili devono essere aggiornati. Le camere erano pulite. L'odore leggermente moldato. Il personale era amichevole e grande. Il colazione continentale è come qualsiasi altro colazione continentale. La posizione era grande con accesso vicino I-90. Walmart, Target e Sam's Club vicino. Sicuramente restarebbero di nuovo qui. Adorava anche il bar Cheers.
