Hotel a 3 stelle in Indiana, Stati Uniti d'America

Ogni volta che partecipano alla mostra, questa è la casa. È molto conveniente, molto vicino alla mostra, le strutture sono più convenienti, le condizioni sanitarie sono buone, ma non credo che sia necessario ridurre il carico

Check in and check was very easy and friendly staff. The room very large and clean. Not a very good view of the nuclear plant. However we only stayed one night. The only issue I had, I left a blouse behind in the room after I checked out, I called as soon as I left to tell the hotel. They transferred my to security Know one took my information. I stopped back at the hotel at night after coming back through town later that night and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. I called again the next morning a very nice lady at security took all my information. She checked on my blouse and still it was not turned it in. .I literally left it right on the bed and told security where I left it they assured me the staff is excellent at turning items into lost and found. At this point still is lost! very frustrating.

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

L'ambiente e il servizio complessivi sono buoni. Passeggiare allo stadio dell'Università di South Bende per meno di dieci minuti, molto conveniente; ci sono molti posti per mangiare vicino, gusti diversi possono essere scelti, ci sono bar tradizionali americani, bevande alcoliche, esperienze di stili di vita e cultura diversi.

I camerieri del dipartimento erano grandi e cortesi. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. La piscina era chiusa e il 1° giugno, quindi era un bum. A mia sorpresa, hanno annunciato un colazione gourmet, non era nemmeno vicino, non c'era nemmeno crema per il caffè, una delle bevande di succo era fuori, non c'era yogurt, poi toccarlo tutto fuori... La macchina da waffle era disgustosa!!! Smerigliato, e quando ho chiesto alla signora di fare una waffle davanti a me, che la sua waffle si appeso al produttore di waffle, l'ospite ha detto: ”Bene, è perché tutto il coperchio non adesivo sul produttore di waffle è sganciato” e l'hotel doveva essere un nuovo !!! Quando l'ho pulito con un napkin - qualcosa nero apparve su di esso ... Così inutile dire NO Waffle per me Oggi!! Il produttore di waffle non avrebbe dovuto nemmeno essere in uso! Wow. By far the staff at this hotel was so much more helpful and welcoming than any hotel I have ever previously stayed in. Good night staff was so friendly and willing to help answer questions. Good morning staff and breakfast stuff we're constantly checking on customers and making sure everyone had what they needed and were taken care of. Our room on the third floor was huge, spacious, included two giant Riverview windows, and was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in previously. Lastly, I have to mention that the breakfast buffet was more delicious and larger than any breakfast buffet of other hotels. We stayed for one night, myself, my boyfriend, and my 6-year-old son. Not a single complaint and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Evansville area!!

We enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.

We arrived an hour early for check in but the lady at the counter pointed at sign that they are still cleaning the room. I understand but the parking lot was empty, and surely there was at least one ready. However I understand its a rule for a reason. She seemed troubled that we were there wanting to try to get unpacked early. If it was exceedingly clean I may not write a review. However there was a used coffee pod still in coffee maker, and the bathroom coulda used some additional cleaning. Toilet had stains and tubs corners were dirty from buildup.

This hotel was extremely convenient to visiting  my granddaughter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing that was a problem was the water pressure in  the shower. My hair is not very long and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Overall, comfortable visit.

We were traveling for a volleyball tournament and needed a hotel for Saturday/Sunday. I had read an earlier comment that the hotel was very loud with the volleyball teams staying there. We did not have any problems with noise of any type. Check in and check out were very quick. The room had 5 USB ports for charging electronics along with the regular outlets that you could put a charger into. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and microwave. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.
