The checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.

Bella e pulita posizione. Attenta alla tassa di parcheggio. Hanno un piccolo parcheggio, ma se è pieno vi daranno un passaggio per il ”passaggio di sovraffollamento” che è un parcheggio vicino all'hotel e cercare di pagare $25 per una notte.

L'hotel si trova a soli 3-5 minuti a piedi dal Gain Bridge Fieldhouse. Ho prenotato questo hotel perché volevo assistere a una partita. La posizione è eccellente e tutte le principali attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili a piedi, tra cui il Sailors and Soldiers Memorial, il War Museum, il State Museum, il White River Park, il City Canal e molto altro. Non mi aspettavo che il centro di Indianapolis valesse una passeggiata.
L'hotel è un Hampton Inn standard. La colazione è il solito pasto di tre portate. I letti e la biancheria sono di qualità costante. Anche le camere sono piuttosto spaziose. Nel complesso, sono rimasto soddisfatto.

I was double charged as the hotel front desk was able to find me reservations but said I hadn't paid yet however I paid in full through the trip.com app. I am currently waiting for a refund not sure what happened there. Other than that everything was great and our family loved it.

This hotel was extremely convenient to visiting my granddaughter. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The one thing that was a problem was the water pressure in the shower. My hair is not very long and it took forever to get the shampoo out. Overall, comfortable visit.

UUtente ospiteI camerieri del dipartimento erano grandi e cortesi. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. La piscina era chiusa e il 1° giugno, quindi era un bum. A mia sorpresa, hanno annunciato un colazione gourmet, non era nemmeno vicino, non c'era nemmeno crema per il caffè, una delle bevande di succo era fuori, non c'era yogurt, poi toccarlo tutto fuori...
La macchina da waffle era disgustosa!!! Smerigliato, e quando ho chiesto alla signora di fare una waffle davanti a me, che la sua waffle si appeso al produttore di waffle, l'ospite ha detto: ”Bene, è perché tutto il coperchio non adesivo sul produttore di waffle è sganciato” e l'hotel doveva essere un nuovo !!! Quando l'ho pulito con un napkin - qualcosa nero apparve su di esso ... Così inutile dire NO Waffle per me Oggi!! Il produttore di waffle non avrebbe dovuto nemmeno essere in uso! Wow. E la temperatura dei link di salsa era fredda al toccare!!

UUtente ospiteBy far the staff at this hotel was so much more helpful and welcoming than any hotel I have ever previously stayed in. Good night staff was so friendly and willing to help answer questions. Good morning staff and breakfast stuff we're constantly checking on customers and making sure everyone had what they needed and were taken care of. Our room on the third floor was huge, spacious, included two giant Riverview windows, and was cleaner than any hotel I've stayed in previously. Lastly, I have to mention that the breakfast buffet was more delicious and larger than any breakfast buffet of other hotels. We stayed for one night, myself, my boyfriend, and my 6-year-old son. Not a single complaint and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Evansville area!!

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.

UUtente ospiteWe arrived an hour early for check in but the lady at the counter pointed at sign that they are still cleaning the room. I understand but the parking lot was empty, and surely there was at least one ready. However I understand its a rule for a reason. She seemed troubled that we were there wanting to try to get unpacked early. If it was exceedingly clean I may not write a review. However there was a used coffee pod still in coffee maker, and the bathroom coulda used some additional cleaning. Toilet had stains and tubs corners were dirty from buildup.

UUtente ospiteWe were traveling for a volleyball tournament and needed a hotel for Saturday/Sunday. I had read an earlier comment that the hotel was very loud with the volleyball teams staying there. We did not have any problems with noise of any type. Check in and check out were very quick. The room had 5 USB ports for charging electronics along with the regular outlets that you could put a charger into. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and microwave. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

UUtente ospiteI ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE TELLING ME TRIP.COM NEEDS TO REACH OUT TO THEM DIRECTLY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. THE ROOM WAS NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND THE MECHANICAL ROOM. IT WAS SO NOISY WE DIDNT GET MUCH SLEEP. THE SHOWER HANDLE WAS BACKWARDS AND WHEN A PERSON CAME TO EXPLAIN THAT, WE ASKED ABOUT THE NOISE. HE SAID PEOPLE IN 108 (our room),208 & 308 ALWAYS COMPLAIN. THERE ARE 60 ROOMS AND 10 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TO BE IN THAT ROOM.
