The accommodation was decent, but there were a few issues. There’s no on-site restaurant, and no provisions were available for the room, even from outside. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the staff. Check-out time was 11:00 AM, and at 11:02 AM, someone knocked on my door and insisted that I check out immediately. I informed them I would leave in 15 minutes, yet at 11:05 AM, I received a call via the intercom. This felt very uncomfortable and put me in an awkward situation

The stay was quite comfortable with the rooms and bathroom maintained neat and clean. The location of the hotel is right on the highway just on the outskirts of the town which is great if one wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of the town. Staff were courteous and prompt with any request. View from the third floor and the room was quite nice with a range of hills on one side and a lake on the other side

Ho avuto un soggiorno eccezionale in questo hotel e sono stato profondamente impressionato dal livello di servizio fornito. Il personale era incredibilmente professionale, attento, e andò oltre e oltre per assicurare che tutte le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte. Da check-in all'out, ogni interazione era piacevole ed efficiente. La pulizia dell'intera proprietà era eccellente. Brilliant location & fabulous view from our seaview room. Stayed two nights. Food at the seaview restaurant was tasty and authentic ( the bindi fry was beyond this world. Just walking distance to important landmarks and views. The sunset point was an unexpected bonus, though just a kilometre away. The bathroom was basic, but the view makes up for it! would welcome another stay at the room with the view!

The usp of the hotel is its location and view of the ocean from the room. The classic room with sea view is the best option. All attractions are within walking distance and staff is very helpful, however they don't take the initiative. The service is just satisfactory and so is the cleanliness. The restaurant has limited options and one should not get overawed by the menu displayed. The food is palatable and can be improved. Complimentary breakfast is also limited to south indian vegetarian food. The available items are not displayed, hence guests had no way of knowing that eggs to order was available. Good food options in kanyakumari is very limited, as the restaurants are trying to serve north indian cuisine, but failing to meet the taste. Its difficult to even get authentic south indian food now. Communicating with the staff is an issue due to limited language proficiency. There are comparable hotels in the vicinity but this seems to be better. An enjoyable stay in kanyakumari.

Trovato la posizione. Il luogo viva molto vicino a Kanyakumatri RS. Solo camminabile distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria (solo 500 mt). Le camere erano un po 'più piccole. abbiamo prenotato camere deluxe acc e le camere erano molto piccole rispetto al prezzo speso. Il personale era molto gentile e il servizio era buono. Anche se si parlava di bagni, pasta, shampoo, ecc non erano disponibili. L'acqua minerale non era fornita anche dalla squadra dell'hotel. Per il prezzo offerto era inferiore alla media. Anche se abbiamo prenotato 4 camere deluxe, le camere che abbiamo poteva essere descritte come camere normali AC e non come una sorta di camere Deluxe AC.

UUtente ospiteWe were hardly been at the hotel, the room was ok ! worth the money. But the reception staff needs to be more courteous and responsive. A bit upset as this is the first time ever we had experienced this. Wish they had little more training to handle the customers. From checkin to breakfast full confusions. The hotel is ok, well placed and the rooms are satisfactory. Over all good except for some short comings.

Stay - good. There was a power cut in the night but they ran the generator.
cleanliness - good. The room and toilet were clean. The bed linen were clean. However, we found some small cockroaches. No cupboard or hot wetter kettle in the room
