I visited Dalian on April 28, 2026, for a 1-night, 2-day trip with China Southern Airlines. I arrived at the hotel about an hour before check-in and asked the front desk if early check-in would be possible, as I planned to leave my luggage and go sightseeing. At that time, a staff member named Leo Liu warmly welcomed me and assisted me in fluent Korean and English. Thanks to him, the check-in process was very smooth, and he even upgraded my room. I was very happy to stay in such a wonderful room during my trip. He also kindly offered complimentary breakfast, which I truly enjoyed. In addition, he explained nearby sightseeing spots in detail using a map, which was very helpful for my trip. Leo Liu was extremely kind, attentive, and proactive in understanding what guests need. His thoughtful service made my stay in Dalian truly enjoyable and memorable. If I visit Dalian again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Molto bella e moderna. Molto pulita. La stanza era di fronte alla strada occupata, con un sacco di traffico, e le finestre non sono completamente pronte. Il personale è amichevole, alcuni parlano inglese. Tuttavia, non troppo intorno all’hotel, Luckin caffè proprio in mezzo. Non troppo lontano da entrambe le stazioni ferroviarie, la stazione Shenyang e la stazione settentrionale. Metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Bus fermato fuori con gli autobus alla stazione ferroviaria/metro e la zona centrale principale.

The location is the plus point for this hotel.It is very near the Metro station,easy to catch didi and convenient to walk to the street snacks at old dalian street.Eateries are nearby and just around the corner.Dalian market is just behind the old dalian street.Just walk to the end of the snack street and across is Mycal shopping centre and Dalian market.Don't miss the numerous food stall inside Dalian market. It's amazing the variety of food inside.Mr.Wang of Mercure is very helpful at the front office and gave us a souvenir. Unfortunately, it can't be said for two young lady staff attending to us when we checked out.They were rude and lack good manners you expect from the hospitality sector and from Mercure hotel.Basically they lack training.The coffee machine during breakfast is ridiculous and doesn't work properly. Kitchen staff lacks enthusiasm ,coffee mugs were not washed promptly and not available for hot drinks during peak breakfast time and breakfast is just mediocre.The bedsheets had blood stains and we had to complain to have it changed.As mentioned, the location is fantastic.

附近辦事搜到幾個酒店，看到這家是新開的，抱着試試的態度訂了一間雙床房，從進大堂的那一刻開始就感受到酒店暖心的服務，每一個人臉上都洋溢着笑容，尤其是主管沁瑤，大堂裏有休閑吧和自助飲品，裝修簡約大方，房間面積雖不是特別大，但是佈局合理，東西都能各就其位，床品和枕頭的品質很好，有冰箱，瓶裝水也供應充足，總之是一個很好的體驗，酒店地處中心城區，交通很便利，以後來瀋陽的必選，絕不是託，確實比之前住的白某蘭好太多了

環境：非常優雅，面積大，用料紮實 衞生：非常好，細節做的都很到位 服務：非常好，遇到的所有服務人員態度都很好，不管是前台小姐姐還是客房大媽。 早餐：非常好，這個價位能有鮮榨果汁，很難得了，水果有七種，麪包五種，熱菜十來種吧，有小黃花魚和大肘子 客觀評價，全程沒遇到一個找我要好評的。唯一的小問題是剛開業有點裝修氣味，樓道有一點，房間幾乎沒有。

The room was clean, though slightly run-down, and guests will need to manage expectations in that regard. A major plus is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, offering easy access to food, shopping, and amenities. However, one important point to note is that the hotel’s air conditioning is centrally controlled by the mall. Once the mall closes (around 11:00 PM), the air conditioning is automatically shut off, leaving the rooms without cooling for the rest of the night. This can make the room quite stuffy, especially during warmer periods. Overall, the hotel scores high on location and convenience, but the lack of air conditioning at night may be a drawback for some guests. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide an alternative cooling solution during non-operating hours.

Grande posizione vicino a Shenyang Beizhan con ferrovia ad alta velocità, oltre a 2 linee di metro locali. Buona cena intorno all'hotel. Buona servizio del personale dell'hotel. Fantastico colazione diffusa di cibo locale. Altri pasti di tempo del tè complimentari da 2 a 5 pm al giorno, e cena con zuppa di noodle e porridge da 9 a 11 pm.
