Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

Great Location. It’s at the heart of Goreme just beside the bus stop. All restaurants and pawn shops are just around. We watched balloons flying in the morning from the hotel rooftop. At the rooftop they also serve breakfast which is yummy. The staffs are helpful and guide you for any trips that are helpful. The family room had washing machine, kitchenette, dinning space. Really enjoyed our stay here

Appena arrivato, ci siamo salutati con così calda ospitalità. L'hotel stesso era bellissimo e le sue strutture erano pulite. Il colazione era anche delizioso e ricco di varietà. Ma soprattutto siamo stati molto soddisfatti del servizio sorprendente e utile. Raccomando molto a questo hotel!

Excellent for the price! Great breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, caring staff. Hussain the main person, was so helpful
In setting up activities and recommendations. He even packed as water and snacks when he knew that our flight was early morning. Shows how caring he is. Will definitely return and recommend. Room is in a quiet environment even though the place is only 3 mins walk from main street in Goreme.

L'Hotel Cappadocia è un po' più lontano dalle esperienze del palloncino caldo rispetto a Goreme e almeno un'ora dall'aeroporto di Kayseri, ma è ancora un'area tranquilla e ha un senso locale. Siamo rimasti in gruppo di tre nella stanza 202, ma tre dei porti di carico della stanza non funzionavano, quindi ho dovuto caricare il mio telefono alla ricezione con il loro aiuto. Il bagno in quella stanza era un po' strano anche nel fatto che il cappuccio non si fermava da solo, quindi quando mi sedei, il cappuccio cominciò a cadere chiuso.
A parte queste cose, il colazione era buono e era bello stare in una caverna in stile boutique hotel. Anche un grande servizio con il loro aiuto con il nostro bagaglio e anche dare gratis acqua fredda mentre aspettavamo il pick-up dell'aeroporto. Il personale poteva parlare inglese, quindi non c'era nulla perduto nella traduzione.

Очень приятный атмосферный отель в тихом маленьком городке Нар, через дорогу от Невшехира. Неожиданно приятно, когда спускаешься с оживленной трассы большого города в такой маленький, уютный и чистый городок. Сам отель в скалах, номера в пещерах, очень продуманы, атмосферные, есть все для комфортного проживания, современная сантехника, качественная мебель, очень красиво оформлены, магия в мелочах, продумано освещение. В соседнем отеле Ennar Cave есть бассейн (хозяева одни, можно свободно пользоваться в часы работы). Завтрак турецкий стандартный - омлет с сыром, выпечка, масло, сыр, оливки, джемы и мед. Кофе и чай в доступе круглосуточно. Рядом с номерами столики и стулья, можно посидеть, также есть верхняя терраса с видом на город. Номера расположены по уровням, мы бронировали самый нижний, там самые большие номера, окошко выходит во двор. Звукоизоляция хорошая. Так как это номера-пещеры, нужно быть готовым к тому, что иногда осыпается песок со стен, но это было даже мило) - убирают в номерах хорошо, и это совсем не напрягает. Хозяева и персонал доброжелательны и внимательны. Если приезжаете на автомобиле, то не стоит полагаться на навигатор Google, он приводит к отелю через очень крутую и узкую улицу. Парковаться лучше на основной улице внизу и дойти пешком по параллельной улице буквально пару минут, она не настолько крутая и идти намного ближе. Смело рекомендую отель тем, кто желает спокойного размещения вдали от туристического наплыва, в атмосфере пещерного города. До Гёреме и остальных городков Каппадокии на авто 20 минут езды. Здесь же совсем рядом Невшехир с самым большим ТЦ - Forum, его видно с террасы отеля, недалеко есть супермаркеты Bim, Migros.

UUtente ospiteOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

UUtente anonimoOur two-night stay here was unfortunately disappointing. We were given a room on the ground floor which had several issues during our stay. Part of the cave ceiling fell shortly after we checked in and so there was stone debris strewn around the room and on top of one of our suitcases. Thankfully our suitcase was closed. We swiftly complained to reception who told us that these issues do happen as it is a cave and assigned the cleaner to clean the mess. We left to explore town for a few hours and came back fully expecting the mess to already be cleaned but it had not been. There is only one cleaner for the entire hotel and so, cleaning services are not as prompt as it can be but it was eventually sorted.
Cleanliness is another issue that we encountered. The room was dusty and the floors were quite dirty. Walking barefoot in our room was not an option. Dust covered some surfaces, particularly the hair dryer in the bathroom, that was not functioning. We would also periodically find fine rock debris on our items that we left on the bathroom counter.
Furthermore, while breakfast was delightful and there was a nice range of things to choose from, we were shocked at how the food was not served and covered properly. It was left exposed during the entire dining time and as it is summer now, flies were hovering constantly.
Amenities were also dissatisfying. The broken hairdryer aside, there were only three lamps in our cave room which had no windows. So as can be imagined, it was incredibly dark. On our last day, two of the lights went out and so we had to pack our luggages with the door wide open just so we could see. The air-conditioner was barely functioning so the room was sweltering in the morning. It was better at night but we had to sleep without the blankets in order to be comfortable. Lastly, the glass shower had no door and looked to have been broken.
That said, the staff members were kind and welcoming and tried their best to attend to our needs, albeit not always swiftly. We did take into consideration that this is a cave hotel and that infrastructural issues are to be expected. However, the hotel itself does not seem to be maintained well. I am sure there are plenty of cave hotels that do not have the issues listed. There is ongoing construction happening at the rooftop area though so that might be the cause? Furthermore, as it is a small hotel (I hesitate to even classify it as that - it feels more like a bed and breakfast), the staff itself is small and so, service can be slow.
All in all, it is a good option if you want to have an authentic cave experience that is not as expensive as the others and that is conveniently located in the town centre close to all the good eateries. Just make sure to adjust your expectations and to be prepared for issues to arise that though are minor, are too numerous to be overlooked.
Side note: do not get a taxi to the airport from the hotel. Quoted at 60 Euros while the taxi stand 5 mins away from the hotel can take you there for a little over 2000 Liras.

SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!

UUtente anonimoPosizione perfetta nel pieno centro di Göreme. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e avendo affittato previamente una macchina non abbiamo usufruito delle escursioni che propone l'hotel.
Dalla terrazza comune si possono vedere le mongolfiere alle prime ore del mattino, e se si vuole avere una vista migliore, a soli 7 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il ”sunset point”.

È difficile immaginare quanto sarebbe piacevole bere un drink sulla porta Notte di fine estate. Sfortunatamente, era inverno quando sono andato. Ogni notte mi rannicchio in una stanza calda e non voglio uscire.
Servizio: L'addetto alla reception è stato molto premuroso e mi ha aiutato a prenotare la linea rossa (anche se ho finito per prendere la linea mista rossa e verde, ma non era un problema dell'hotel). giorno e mi ha aiutato a prenotare un bus navetta per 10 euro a persona, perché non era ancora l'ora della colazione prima della partenza, quindi il fratellino mi ha preparato anche dei panini e della frutta, il che è stato semplice ma molto premuroso.
Servizi: relativamente vecchi, ma sono tutti utilizzabili. È così comodo mettere un serbatoio di acqua calda e fare un bagno dopo una giornata di escursioni. Il termosifone era molto caldo, così ho lavato i pantaloni e i calzini e li ho asciugati cuocendoli sul termosifone per tutta la notte. L'unico inconveniente è che la biancheria da letto non è molto buona, i cuscini e i materassi non sono comodi e lo spessore della trapunta la rende fredda e calda, rendendo il sonno poco confortevole.
Altro: La porta della stanza è una porta di vetro e sembra che il fumo della legna che brucia all'esterno fluttui in casa. Forse la mia stanza è relativamente vicina al camino e c'è odore di fumo in casa quando dormo notte.

They gave us room next to the the staff kitchen so everything being cooked there gave smell to our room. Otherwise the location was ok and the owner was also friendly.
