Hotel a 5 stelle in Souss-Massa, Marocco

Un hôtel fait pour le repos total et pour se ressourcer parfait pour les couples qui préfèrent se reposer au lieu de faire la fête, service de qualité , le personnel est très accueillant toujours souriant et au petit soin , les piscines sont très propres les chambres aussi. La nostra esperienza all'Hyatt Regency Taghazout è stata superba! Ciò che ci ha lasciato la migliore impressione è stata la gentilezza del personale. Tutti sono stati così cordiali e premurosi che ci hanno offerto il miglior servizio. Su richiesta, abbiamo persino ricevuto un upgrade della camera, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora migliore, con una vista spettacolare. La colazione offriva un'enorme varietà. Il personale di Yassine, e in particolare le donne come Asma Amaray, Chaimae e tutte le altre, si sono davvero assicurate che ci sentissimo i benvenuti. Hanno anche tenuto conto delle nostre preferenze e si sono assicurati che il servizio fosse eccellente. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, proprio sulla spiaggia. Si gode di una vista spettacolare dalle piscine, dalla sala colazione e anche dalla camera. Taghazout è raggiungibile con una facile passeggiata di circa 20 minuti, sia sulla spiaggia che lungo un sentiero illuminato al buio. Le camere erano molto pulite e spaziose per due persone. Anche il letto era molto comodo. In conclusione, non possiamo che consigliare vivamente questo hotel e non sarà l'ultima volta che ci soggiorneremo. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al direttore dell'hotel Hicham Hriouad, che ci ha supportato ed è stato disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande, rendendo il nostro soggiorno semplicemente fantastico.

Grande posizione con facile accesso alla spiaggia. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. Un piccolo svantaggio è che alcuni cibi e bevande non sono stati ripieni immediatamente durante il colazione.

Latifah al di fuori del dipartimento è stato fantastico, molto utile e professionale. El Mahdi, il concierge, era sorprendente, molto amichevole e ci ha aiutato con le informazioni necessarie. L'hotel è molto meglio di quello annunciato nella maggior parte dei siti. Tutto è nuovo e semplicemente bello. Molto bella estetica, ambiente e ambiente pulito. Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben decorate. Solo in basso non potevo collegare YouTube o la mia vista intelligente telefonica alla TV per guardare i miei spettacoli preferiti. Tuttavia, questa è la mia scelta personale. Il Wi-Fi è stato buono senza problemi. Il cibo era davvero delizioso e aveva buone varietà. In generale, mi consiglio molto perché il palazzo delle rose mi ha dato una buona esperienza. Il personale è davvero incredibile e amichevole.

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

Great stay at Radisson Blu Resort. Staff and service was excellent. We were really grateful to the reception team for upgrading us to a bigger 2 floor hut free of charge! We also really liked the activities at the hotel (especially Pilates) and breakfast - which was plentiful and delicious! Location is right on the beach with sun loungers available and everything is right on your doorstop for guests. Taghazout is a 15 mins walk away (along pedestrian path) and there are many eating spots and another beach there too. Only downsides for us was the accommodation itself which was bordering on average for us - we had a few issues with our hut e.g. not very clean, water leaking from shower in the bathroom and roof felt being loose. We feel rooms could be lot cosier and better furnished. But overall we would return again if they had a special offer on.hh

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

Questa volta mi ha davvero fatto un grande interrogativo. Non posso dire che non posso vivere, ma non posso parlare dell'ultima esperienza di vacanza comoda. L'ambiente stesso è buono, il paesaggio è buono, e vede molti alberi africani strani ma caratterizzati.Il personale sulla spiaggia è anche molto amichevole, è facile con loro, e hanno sempre sottolineato che non appartengono all'hotel. Il servizio dell'hotel stesso può essere detto in generale, non è un cattivo atteggiamento, ma non fa sentire la gente come bene trattata o curata. Il più deludente è il cibo. E'davvero difficile mangiare. Non importa quale ristorante, il cibo sembra buono, ma il sapore del cibo non è completamente in rapporto all'aspetto, alcuni hanno anche dubbi sul fatto che sia un problema di condimento. Più insensato, ci sono diversi ristoranti che sono molto difficili da prenotare. Ci sono pochi ospiti al giorno. Non abbiamo fatto un appuntamento nel ristorante che voleva andare per cinque giorni, e alla fine abbiamo rinunciato. La prima volta che è stato più facile uscire da un biff, e poi è stato detto che non potevamo entrare nel ristorante perché abbiamo cambiato la stanza. Questa ragione è davvero scioccante e difficile da capire. L'unica cosa che mi fa sentire bene a mangiare è la buona salsa in ristorante, che è davvero deliziosa. In generale, il prezzo non è costoso, ma l'esperienza rimane a questo prezzo.Ci sono vantaggi e molti luoghi confusi e persino senza parole.Se si aspettano ristoranti e servizi, possono essere delusi; se il cibo è economico e guarda il paesaggio, può essere accettato.

Hotel bellissimo alla promenade sul mare, personale molto utile. La cena era eccellente all'hotel. Il concierge ci ha aiutati con le prenotazioni di ristorante fuori e abbiamo anche avuto una medicina d'emergenza che lui ha fornito fuori di ore durante il ramadán 👌 Restituisce definitivamente 😍
