Hotel a 5 stelle in Souss-Massa, Marocco

Un hôtel fait pour le repos total et pour se ressourcer parfait pour les couples qui préfèrent se reposer au lieu de faire la fête, service de qualité , le personnel est très accueillant toujours souriant et au petit soin , les piscines sont très propres les chambres aussi. Highly recommend this excellent hotel and facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

Grande posizione con facile accesso alla spiaggia. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. Un piccolo svantaggio è che alcuni cibi e bevande non sono stati ripieni immediatamente durante il colazione.

L'hotel è molto buono. Il personale è molto gentile e attento e sempre pronto a servirvi e rispondere alle vostre richieste con un sorriso sul loro viso. Il personale del front desk è sorprendente. Era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e ci hanno dato una stanza migliorata con piscina e vista sul mare e la hanno decorata! Molto apprezzato. Il cibo era grande in tutti i ristoranti. L'unica cosa ”meno positiva” (non critica) che direi era che il ristorante BLU, che si presume sia per la carne di mare, ma che la sera che ci siamo trovati, non aveva la carne di mare (almeno ciò che consideramo come la carne di mare in Portogallo) e riguardava principalmente i pesci, che erano stati i pesci. tutto bene cucinato in ogni caso e ci siamo divertiti con il cibo. Le strutture intorno alla piscina sono molto buone. Bar al lato della piscina serve pizza e snack caldi tutto il giorno! Bambini area e un bar serve bevande tutto il giorno. 24/7 Caffetteria nel lobby dell'hotel. Pasticceria e f bevono molte di alta qualità. Non potrei chiederle più sinceramente. Se ci ritroveremo mai a Agadir, questo sarà senza dubbio il luogo dove rimarremo! Accesso diretto alla spiaggia

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing

Great stay at Radisson Blu Resort. Staff and service was excellent. We were really grateful to the reception team for upgrading us to a bigger 2 floor hut free of charge! We also really liked the activities at the hotel (especially Pilates) and breakfast - which was plentiful and delicious! Location is right on the beach with sun loungers available and everything is right on your doorstop for guests. Taghazout is a 15 mins walk away (along pedestrian path) and there are many eating spots and another beach there too. Only downsides for us was the accommodation itself which was bordering on average for us - we had a few issues with our hut e.g. not very clean, water leaking from shower in the bathroom and roof felt being loose. We feel rooms could be lot cosier and better furnished. But overall we would return again if they had a special offer on.hh

Il personale dell'hotel era molto cordiale e assistito ad ogni richiesta. L'hotel è enorme e mi ha ricordato un resort; molto da fare e ottimo per il tuo viaggio di lavoro se hai bisogno di Internet ad alta velocità e del servizio in camera. La camera era al di sopra delle aspettative, con un ampio balcone, con vista sul giardino e sull'oceano - semplicemente incredibile! La maggior parte del personale dell'hotel conosceva l'inglese, il che ha reso le cose molto più facili! Tornerò.

It was my first time in this hotel room was amazing food was amazing waiting time was long because I came from other hotel at 12.30pm room was not ready so I was tired waiting till 3.00pm I order chicken tajeen was nice and burger meal was very nice food room was amazing but I don't recommend the view as the sea is not clearly visible like atlas amadil hotel has only thing was nice everything was brand new in the room that was standing out

Questa volta mi ha davvero fatto un grande interrogativo. Non posso dire che non posso vivere, ma non posso parlare dell'ultima esperienza di vacanza comoda. L'ambiente stesso è buono, il paesaggio è buono, e vede molti alberi africani strani ma caratterizzati.Il personale sulla spiaggia è anche molto amichevole, è facile con loro, e hanno sempre sottolineato che non appartengono all'hotel. Il servizio dell'hotel stesso può essere detto in generale, non è un cattivo atteggiamento, ma non fa sentire la gente come bene trattata o curata. Il più deludente è il cibo. E'davvero difficile mangiare. Non importa quale ristorante, il cibo sembra buono, ma il sapore del cibo non è completamente in rapporto all'aspetto, alcuni hanno anche dubbi sul fatto che sia un problema di condimento. Più insensato, ci sono diversi ristoranti che sono molto difficili da prenotare. Ci sono pochi ospiti al giorno. Non abbiamo fatto un appuntamento nel ristorante che voleva andare per cinque giorni, e alla fine abbiamo rinunciato. La prima volta che è stato più facile uscire da un biff, e poi è stato detto che non potevamo entrare nel ristorante perché abbiamo cambiato la stanza. Questa ragione è davvero scioccante e difficile da capire. L'unica cosa che mi fa sentire bene a mangiare è la buona salsa in ristorante, che è davvero deliziosa. In generale, il prezzo non è costoso, ma l'esperienza rimane a questo prezzo.Ci sono vantaggi e molti luoghi confusi e persino senza parole.Se si aspettano ristoranti e servizi, possono essere delusi; se il cibo è economico e guarda il paesaggio, può essere accettato.

Un véritable palais des mille et une nuits, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel de tous l’hôtel était au top, un seul regret que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée en septembre. Elle est un peu fraîche. Sinon top top top
