Good location , excellent staff, value for money

La camera era pulita, ma c'erano delle macchie di sporco sul lavandino. Ci vogliono 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Kızılay. Dato che l'aria condizionata non funzionava, avevamo molto caldo e ci avevano detto che se ne sarebbero occupati, ma non l'hanno fatto. È stato bello avere piattaforme come Netflix e YouTube in TV, e c'erano anche un frigorifero e un congelatore.

The hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money. However, there are several areas worth mentioning: - location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there - staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase - bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto buona con un supermercato e un minimercato e la metropolitana a pochi passi da piedi. There's also plenty of eatings near There's Also a cute coffee downstairs! Un altro punto PLUS è che i ricevitori parlano eccellente inglese e posso aiutarvi a chiamare un taxi ecc. Mi piace il fatto che in questa spaziosa unità ci sia una cucina e una lavatrice. I punti sono meno - il duche non si drenano bene e quando si prende un duche il giorno successivo il pavimento è slim. Ci siamo stati quattro giorni e hanno fatto il letto e pulito la stanza ogni due giorni, hanno dato asciugamani freschi e hanno pulito la spazzatura.La cucina ha i tappeti e i pannolini e il cuscino, ma non è completa. Per intanza c'è un coltello di pane, ma non ci sono coltelle, né bocche né collandere per lavare i vostri ingredienti grezzi, ecc Il soggiorno complessivo era OK. Io darei 7 su 10

Prendi un auto a dieci minuti dall'aeroporto, se non si arriva al volo di prematura mattina, si consiglia di rimanere nel centro della città più conveniente.Inoltre, la colazione è più semplice e regolare, ma l'offerta di ristorazione inizia prima 6.30.Il servizio generale è buono e confortevole e pulito.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hitit Otel in Ankara. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Ankara Castle and other historic spots. It’s in a peaceful area yet very central. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. For a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and convenience. Breakfast was included and quite decent — enough to start the day well. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveller, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, well-located stay in Ankara!

I don't know about the negative comments here but my one night stay was perfect: Staff - very good service and accomodative. They offered tea and helped to bring our luggages to our room. The staff showed that water bottles were available in the mini fridge, as if he knew i was very thirsty 😁 Parking - right in front of the hotel, very convenient Room - upgraded from 2 single beds to one queen bed since the staff notice that both of us are married couple. Comfortable bed, no issue with the pillows i like it though not too spongy like what people have been commented here. Overally, worth the price.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 giorni e abbiamo goduto il colazione. Il personale di pulizia e cucina erano molto amichevole. È situato molto vicino al centro città di Ankara. L'unico lato inferiore è stato il bagno, ha davvero bisogno di una rigenerazione. La stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era al quinto piano e la zona del colazione era al sesto piano. La nostra stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Tutte le nostre cose extra si sbarcavano sul letto singolo, così è stato bello. Le camere sono ben costruite mentre si dispone di un colazione efficiente.In generale, la qualità del prezzo è molto buona per un hotel centrale.
