La colazione è molto normale, vicino al centro, non male per un soggiorno di notte

L'acqua calda usciva dal bidet del bagno. La pulizia era scarsa. C'erano pezzi di cracker sparsi sul frigorifero. Questo è un suggerimento per chi è ossessionato dalla pulizia.

Good hotel, very comfortable and the staff is always there for anything by you ever need. I would really recommend this hotel if you are searching for a good place with good location. Would’ve been good to have more machines in the gym

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto buona con un supermercato e un minimercato e la metropolitana a pochi passi da piedi. There's also plenty of eatings near There's Also a cute coffee downstairs! Un altro punto PLUS è che i ricevitori parlano eccellente inglese e posso aiutarvi a chiamare un taxi ecc. Mi piace il fatto che in questa spaziosa unità ci sia una cucina e una lavatrice. I punti sono meno - il duche non si drenano bene e quando si prende un duche il giorno successivo il pavimento è slim. Ci siamo stati quattro giorni e hanno fatto il letto e pulito la stanza ogni due giorni, hanno dato asciugamani freschi e hanno pulito la spazzatura.La cucina ha i tappeti e i pannolini e il cuscino, ma non è completa. Per intanza c'è un coltello di pane, ma non ci sono coltelle, né bocche né collandere per lavare i vostri ingredienti grezzi, ecc Il soggiorno complessivo era OK. Io darei 7 su 10

Отличный отель, если у вас длительная пересадка в Анкаре. Огромное спасибо менеджеру на рецепшн. Заселили в 6 утра по прилёту. Хотя время check in 14.00. Плюс читая постель и горячая вода - то что нужно после длительного перелета. В 6.00 уже работал ресторан. От всей души рекомендую отель

I really enjoyed my stay at Hitit Otel in Ankara. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Ankara Castle and other historic spots. It’s in a peaceful area yet very central. The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. For a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and convenience. Breakfast was included and quite decent — enough to start the day well. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveller, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, well-located stay in Ankara!

Mi è stato informato che la mia prenotazione non è stata pagata quando ho effettivamente pagato in anticipo attraverso trip.com. Il ricevente in quel momento non era molto fluente in inglese, quindi ho avuto problemi di comunicazione. Grazie a loro mi hanno lasciato entrare per la notte, ma hanno detto che potrei dover pagare durante il checkout domani. Sono molto grato che mia sorella sia riuscita a collegarsi al servizio clienti Trip.com a Singapore e sia riuscita a risolvere questo problema. L'altro ricevitore che ho incontrato durante il checkout era più fluido in inglese e molto utile nel aiutarci con la questione.

I don't know about the negative comments here but my one night stay was perfect: Staff - very good service and accomodative. They offered tea and helped to bring our luggages to our room. The staff showed that water bottles were available in the mini fridge, as if he knew i was very thirsty 😁 Parking - right in front of the hotel, very convenient Room - upgraded from 2 single beds to one queen bed since the staff notice that both of us are married couple. Comfortable bed, no issue with the pillows i like it though not too spongy like what people have been commented here. Overally, worth the price.

Buona opzione per persone indesiderate. Il mio parere personale: il colazione è buono, c'è scelta. Bellezza è pulita. Il personale è attento e responsabile. Posizione vicino alla piazza Kyzylai, praticamente nel centro. In generale, ci siamo organizzati, siamo venuti nella stanza solo per rimanere. Dopo l'evacuazione abbiamo lasciato le cose nella stanza di deposito dell'hotel gratis, prende la sera. La qualità del prezzo è appropriata.
