Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Adana, Turchia

The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. When I asked them why cant they make it work once and for all, a receptionist told me it happens when we carry the card along with other cars such as bank visa etc which did not make sense at all considering we ve been travelling a lot and using the same room access card without any trouble at all. Plus, the AC system is very old that makes a lot of noise. I would say the stay was not pleasant and was not justified for the money we paid. I hope they take this comments objectively and make improvements.

Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

Sarebbe stato bello avere una caldaia per l'acqua, e poteva essere un paio di prodotti nel mini frigo, ma l'hotel era molto buono.

La pulizia può essere migliorata un po', eccetto per il suo hotel di performance di prezzo, sicuramente, e' pieno di posti in tutto il festival, hanno aiutato a non lasciare la casa, non ci hanno lasciato in pace, ci hanno ringraziato per un buon comportamento.

L'hotel è più vecchio, non c'è ascensore, è necessario trasportare le scale di bagagli. Le forniture interne sono sporche. Solo il servizio del personale dell'hotel è cordiale, e l'hotel dice che la macchina che viene fornita gratuitamente è la macchina privata di quattro persone e non può mettere 2 bagagli

設備比較老，前台服務和態度都非常好，第二天趕飛機，臨時定的。總感覺床單被套枕頭沒換一樣。

Çalışanlar con güler yüzlüydü. Oda dahil kahvaltıları epey iyi. Otel genelinde sigara kokusu olması üzücü. Benim için odayı havalandirmalarina ve hava temizleyici calistirmalarina rağmen sigara içmeyen bir insan olarak kokudan rahatsız olmaya devam ettim maalesef. Otele 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde restorant ve cafeler mevcut.

Buono valore per i soldi. La struttura è molto attraente e si trova in una posizione molto confortevole. Il pranzo è normale turco, ma si può mangiare tutto. Mi piace soprattutto la stanza perché è spaziosa.

Salam Aleykum. Ben Adana Pınar Elite Otel'de 2 gece kaldım. Her şey çok iyi ve güzel idi. Müşteri ile çok güzel ilgileniyor, sorduğunuz her soruya güler yüzle cevab veriyordular. Adanaya yine gelirsem kesinlikle bu oteli seçerim.
