UUtente anonimoIl servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto.
Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta.
La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

UUtente ospiteRoom wc got dry faeces. Table have stain marks, bathrooms glass door cannot close properly,there is a gap, room 3038 main wooden door cannot open or was jammed for a minute when house keeping came at night to send my drinks and snacks for fridge.
I have reserve a table for dinner at 6pm on 18/7 and was not informed that coffee house open at 6.30.despite checking again the day on 19/7. End up I missed entering parkroyal club lounge as thought the dinner at 6pm so no need to go there b4 6pm for a drink.
While waiting at coffee house, was told to show vouchers for dinner but check in by Daniel did not give me the vouchers or to replenish the drinks at my room fridge. The girl at reception around 6pm told me to go up lounge for my dinner without giving me vouchers. I have to showed her that I have paid for my dinner when doing my reservations and she has to check with her colleague before writing on a piece of paper to bring to coffee house.
After dinner I went to reception to show my entitlement for snack and drinks and was given an unacceptable excuse on why it was not given. I have to called from my room again to remind them to send me.
This morning while having breakfast I saw hair in one of the fried eggs at the egg station. When I told the guy frying eggs there, he just ignored me until another I chef came and take away the whole plate of eggs there without saying a word. Another guest who was besides me heard me telling them about the hair.Both dinner and breakfast there were flies hovering some of the food displayed.
It is truly an awful experience this time staying here especially spending more than RM1k for one night stay this time.
The last time I came last year I was impressed with the food served,that is why I come back but this time I am disappointed though some of your F&b staff are friendly when I complained to him last night on the dinner bookings.

UUtente ospite5 stars service and all service personnel were warm and always greeting the guests. Overall was having a nice stay just that the hotel is little pricey than it supposed to be. Vegetarian options for breakfast is adequate, but won’t able to try the local taste food such as nyonya laksa, nasi lemak, etc. Orange juice is fresh one and swimming pool + gym are just little small when comparing to other 5 stars hotel. It will takes approx. 20 - 30 mins slow walk to jonker street, complimentary parking is behind the hotel.

+ Ho prenotato a 1:00. Controllo regolare a 11:00. Richiesta di check-in precoce a causa della condizione di salute di mio padre (costo aggiuntivo applicato).
+ Ho usato il giardino - l'attrezzatura è stata ben mantenuta
+ ricevimento caldo per il personale e l'acqua di limone con i biscotti in gamba al lobby
++ Controlla il menu di cucchiaio!!!! Amo il cucchiaio di grano e ho una notte molto tranquilla.
+++ Ho lasciato il mio caricatore all'hotel. Scrivi per chiedere che sia stato inviato a Sg, e la loro risposta era sorprendentemente veloce. Wowx3!!!

UUtente ospiteHotel is ok but doesn’t feel that it is a 4star hotel. Room is ok but aircond is so so and not that cold. Toilet is ok and clean. Overall is ok and acceptable but for the price of RM450 per night is a bit on the high side considering the location is far from Jonker Street. Buffet breakfast was great actually, many choices.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una molto piacevole esperienza.
Quello che mi piaceva:
• Posizione: L'hotel è in un grande puntojust a 10-minute passeggiata verso la strada Jonker, che ha reso esplorare il patrimonio e la scena alimentare di Melaka davvero conveniente.
• Camera: La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda.Il letto di divano aggiunto lo rende perfetto per una piccola famiglia come la nostra.
• Colazione: La colazione è stata molto variabile e il prezzo per gli altri ospiti è stato ragionevole.
• Bagno: La zona della piscina è una caratteristica di standoutthere’s a large main pool with a depth of 2.7m, great for proper swimming. There’s also a smaller pool on the side designed for younger children, complete with two small slides. Perfetto per le famiglie.
• Servizio: Il personale del desk front was friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Come membro di Dusit, ho avuto diritto a un sconto del 15% su tutti i pasti dell'hotel. Purtroppo, il personale del ristorante non ha controllato se fossi membro prima di pagare il colazione extra, né hanno chiesto l'età del cliente extra, invece il prezzo completo per adulti è stato predefinito. A causa di queste sorveglianze, ho dovuto passare attraverso un processo di rimborso e ricaricamento che ha richiesto quasi un'ora per risolvere.
Con un po' di più attenzione sui benefici dei membri e sui dettagli degli ospiti, questo sarebbe stato un soggiorno quasi perfetto. Tuttavia, consiglierei l'hotel e considererei il ritorno.

Cchinhan27Generally the hotel is located at good location in Melaka. Easy access to Jonker Street and surrounding attractions.
However, the room type options is misleading. The standard room gave options of King Bed or 2 Single Beds. Upon checkin, I was told my booking is 2 Single Beds. So they combined the bed to get a King Bed. It will be better to state clearly before booking on the options.
The room facing to the Melacca Strait is very noisy at night as there is a night club (Arena Night Club) opposite. They are operating till 2am-3am. Basically we are not getting good rest at night. Brought this to the reception but seems nothing can be done.

The view from room exactly city & sea view, very nice. Breakfast is delicious with variety of choices with local & western foods. Location is very convenient at Melaka town.

UUtente ospiteI stayed for 3D2N at Rm 323. For the price paid , I expected more from Casa Del Rio Melaka Hotel. Such as :
1. The lock for the sliding door to the balcony is faulty. I didn’t feel safe sleeping.
2. The shower glass door is mouldy, the moldy rubber gasket could be easily replaced.
3. While showering, the Floor trap was apparently choked, water level rose to almost my ankle.
4. Bathroom floor is not clean. Corner of wall is stained both on the floor & wall.
5. WC flush is also very slow in clearing the waste. Obviously there’s choke that’s not being cleared.
6. Window & Door not sound proof. I was awaken by the sound of the fire crackers , pyrotechnics. I couldn’t sleep.
It’s obvious housekeeping didn’t clean / sanitise thoroughly before giving green light for guest to check in.
I liked the fact that it’s located by the Malacca river. I appreciated that the maintenance swiftly cleared the choke in the shower area after I highlighted to front desk. I also liked that hotel provide shuttle to Dataran Palawan. I appreciate that hotel allowed us late check out in order for me to perform my prayer.
If I come to stay at Casa del Rio again, it is because of its location.
