Hotel a 3 stelle in Azzorre, Portogallo

Il check-in è stato il punto più problematico. Non ho ricevuto alcuna istruzione dall'ospite (anche nella cartella di spam) su come sbloccare la porta di entrata alla proprietà. Era già buio e l'ospite non era nemmeno raggiungibile per telefono. Monica dal servizio clienti di Trip finalmente riusciva a trasmettere i codici di ingresso necessari a me (grazie per l'assistenza!). ++ La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, il letto era comodo, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e ci erano abbastanza asciugamani. La piscina condivisa è molto bella e offre una vista marea bella.La struttura si trova tranquillamente a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Angra. -- Non sono disponibili istruzioni scritte (per esempio, password WiFi) o informazioni generali (servizi). Anche se la prenotazione menzionava anche il colazione, non c'era pane fresco, non la fine del mondo, ma meglio non la menzionare come opzione. Non è chiaro se i prodotti del frigorifero appartengono ad altri ospiti (auto-catering) o sono per uso generale, quindi non abbiamo toccato nessuno. L'ospite non era disponibile per domande telefoniche e non ha risposto alle mie chiamate iniziali il giorno del check-in. La stanza era nel seminterrato e, a volte, un odore di piogge di scarico nella stanza.

The hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport. To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite. What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was. The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites. In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack. The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices. If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats. I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

Sono un po' deluso che non sia un hotel, ma credo di aver potuto essere l'unica persona che rimasto lì, non ho visto nessun altro, tranne per circa due secondi nella sala colazione. L’unico contatto che avevo era per posta elettronica, e tutte le istruzioni erano state inviate solo la mattina che andava, quindi non li ho ricevuti finché non sono arrivato a Pico. La stanza era abbastanza comoda e molto pulita. Ma molte cose sono date. La connessione internet non esisteva. Il condizionatore d'aria e il fan del bagno erano antiche e facevano un sacco di rumore. Il colazione era solo meh, ma la vista dalla camera da colazione era bella. La posizione è buona, vicino alla città e in una zona tranquilla. Non ho passato molto tempo all'hotel e era troppo freddo per una nuoto, ma immagino che sarebbe stato bello quando il tempo è più caldo, perché la piscina ha anche una vista meravigliosa.

We stayed the first two nights of out two week holiday in the Neat Hotel. We were early arriving but our room was ready so we were able to check in, which was great. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the hotel was the lovely smelling air freshener, which gave a good first impression. All staff on reception that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a comfy bed. There was a fridge but my one down point for amenities was that there was no kettle. A coffee maker but no kettle! No everyone drinks coffee but this seems to be a normal thing nowadays. I know you can boil the water but not use a coffee capsule, but the water still tastes of coffee. It was noisy at night but the hotel is right in the centre. Great location for the harbour. Would stay again if we ever visit The Azores again!

L'hotel gode di una posizione comoda con una splendida vista sul porto e sul mare. Immagino che il passaggio a bassa quota degli aerei possa essere un problema, ma in ogni caso indosso i tappi per le orecchie quando sono in viaggio! È un'esperienza piuttosto intensa, ma per me non è stato un problema. Il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile, così come quello del ristorante, in particolare Bim e il suo collega: mi sono sentito davvero il benvenuto, anche se la prima sera c'era un po' di confusione con troppe persone (forse anche pullman?) che cercavano di mangiare in una sala da pranzo relativamente piccola. Ho apprezzato il buffet, con meno scelta per me! Ho gradito soprattutto le zuppe e il pesce. Nel complesso, lo consiglierei.

It was an absolutely wonderful decision to stay at this hotel. Everything has been thought through down to the smallest detail. Impeccable cleanliness, great soundproofing, and everything you could possibly need. You can do your laundry and dry your clothes, and there is also a fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you might need. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Il servizio che ho ricevuto è stato sorprendente, i membri del personale sono stati super utili, carini e professionali, le strutture sono state pulite e operative, non ho avuto problemi con nessuna delle attrezzature o apparecchiature. Infine, la posizione, la vista, la camera, tutto bella come qualcosa fuori dal film! Mi piacerebbe fermarmi di nuovo qui e è una forte raccomandazione per amici e famiglia!

Rimarrete nei paesi delle Azzorre con una vista sorprendente, ma ha una camera super piccola. Come un appartamento con 3 camere da letto, e sono in affitto separatamente con posti comuni. È pura, buona idea, ma in alcune parti il muro sta solo cadendo.

Hotel bien situado , con aparcamiento gratuito para los coches. Dispones de hervidor infusiones y nevera en la habitación. Hay balcón con mesa y sillas.  Baño aceptable con jabón y crema… Sin lujos pero gran desayuno completo y personal amable. Dispone de toallas para llevarte al exterior y no usar las de la ducha.
