Hotel a {{star}} a Azzorre, ({{countryName}})

The hotel is conveniently located with a great view over the harbour and sea. I guess the low overflying planes might be a problem, but I wear earplugs when away anyhow! Quite dramatic and not an issue for me. Reception staff were very helpful, as were the restaurant staf esp. Bim and his colleague - I really felt welcomed, though first night it was chaotic with two many people (coaces?) trying to get fed in a relatively small dining room. The buffet style I liked, less choice for me was good! I especially liked the soups and fish. Overall. I would recommend.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Уютный, тихий отель. Очень отзывчивый персонал. От аэропорта 10 минут на такси. Есть бассейн, сауна, джакузи, можно погреться после прохладной зимней прогулки. Персонал помогает с организацией экскурсий, это очень здорово. Хотелось бы больше разнообразия на завтраке, но голодным не останешься. Спасибо за гостеприимство 🤗

Para el precio mal. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, poca variedad de embutidos y de fruta. La hab de minusvalidos que es la que nos dieron sin serlo, muy mal situada, planta baja con la ventana a la calle( no se puede abrir por el ruido ect), huele fatal,está justo en la cocina-comedor y al lado de la puerta de entrada por lo que hay ruido cada vez que entra alguien, cuando utilizan la cocina, parece que los tengas dentro de la habitación. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero para nada con vistas. Suerte del personal que compensa un poco estas deficiencies.

Camere tranquille e pulite, letti confortevoli, ottimo colazione. Molto amichevole personale. Molto consigliabile!

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento rápido e eficaz, grande simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários.  Conforto bom e com boa relação preço-qualidade

Tudo bom menos o parque que estava sempre cheio devia ter reserva para os lugares

Very good location in the centre of ponta delgada, the swimming pool and spa is lovely, privat parking is positif value for guest who stay in the hotel,all reception in good, and give us many information about everything in ponta degalda..very recomended to stay while in azores

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, a rich and satisfying breakfast, an amazing tour of the pineapple plantation, and a fantastic location.
