Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Il ristorante Fragrant Thai si trova nelle vicinanze dell'hotel. Ho apprezzato molto il pranzo e la cena. Il prezzo non è troppo alto. Mi è piaciuto.

The place is okay. It was fully packed when we arrived, so we had to wait a little before checking in. I don't think they were fully prepared for it. The hotel's prices are a bit high I know it's a holiday, but since we stayed four nights, We should have been able to get a lower rate. You might understand when you check in. I would recommend it, but maybe during a non holiday season. The hotel has two swimming pools one with a restaurant and the other on the 6th floor with a diner.
Food: Not so great I would rate it 5/10. They are often out of stock for some orders. I say this respectfully all the staff are friendly, but at least in the pool area, they are not very attentive. Most are in the bar, not paying much attention except for one guy probably half filipino and something, with light skinned, who is always at the door serving us. He’s good and deserves a 10/10 rating.
Room: It's okay, but not worth the price. The soap and shampoo are not good they are mini bar-sized. Regarding the room service, I would give the attendant “Ronnel”, I believe a 10/10. He was approachable and greeted us with a genuine smile. All activities are available, but it's better to ask directly outside the beach before approaching the hotel staff. Overall, I would give the hotel 8/10. I would come back, it's especially good for families with kids.
I enjoyed my twice booking last October. Quite disappointed with breakfast and limited choice. However, all compensated by friendliness and accommodating staff and entrance personnel. Nearby Italian restaurant has nice food and friendly staff. Location surrounded by amenities Didn’t disappoint
We stayed overnight for a fun run event and it was conveniently located near Clark Parade Grounds. Apart from its accessibility to other establishments, we loved how accommodating their staffs were as well as the good quality of food that they served during the breakfast buffet.
Good hotel at prime location, lots of shops, restaurants, massage parlour near it, hotel staffs are very polite snd helpful. The only problem is that their rooms has insects and roaches. They should immediately do a pest control of their hotel.
This is one of the cheapest hotel i’ve ever stayed pero grabe ang ganda rin pala dito. Bago pamga gamit and the room itself. I had a comfortable stay and sleep. Gusto ko ung double door nila super safe. Napabook na rin yung kawork ko for 1 week here. Will surely be back again!
L'hotel è buono. Nelle vicinanze di tutti i luoghi. Solo passeggiata. La piscina è piccola ma non è piena di persone, quindi è buona. L'alloggio è pulito e estetico. La cena è anche buona e il personale è molto vicino. Spero che lo mantengano. In generale, sono soddisfatto.
Il personale era professionale, utile e genuino amichevole, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. L'unica cosa che volevamo è una piscina, perché sarebbe stato bello rilassarsi e rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno di visione.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel. They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members.
The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures. They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel.
I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced.
The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants.
What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home.
However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement:
1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control. Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature.
2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator. Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us. Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff. So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired.
3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms. Tried sending a message but no quick reply. So just called the number and got an apology and feedback. Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests.
4. We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout. No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes. Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light. We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted. Thank you.
Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon.

UUtente ospiteIt’s okay. Microwave and phones not working. The grease trap smells every time we use the sink and the foul smell will fill the room and we need to spray or open the door. We stayed for 5 days, i just noticed that the staff walking by the hallway is quite noisy when they’re passing. I talked to the front desk about this and they acknowledged.

Il servizio è stato eccellente, il personale è stato amichevole e attento, le strutture sono state pulite e ben mantenute. Ok:
1. La piscina al tetto era abbastanza grande con numerose opzioni di seggiolino intorno a essa. L'Asia, ispirata da gazebo, in entrambe le estremità, ha dato un'atmosfera rilassante allo spazio.
2. Il buffet del colazione aveva una più ampia gamma di piatti. Ci piaceva avere due piatti ciascuno per gli ospiti indiani e coreani. Il riso basmati tumerico era delizioso. Il piatto di uova Gochugang e torte di pesce era delizioso. Anche se il pollo Masala non aveva spezie, era così morbido.
3.Il personale di ristorante per la custodia e la colazione era impegnativo e veloce a servire.Particolarmente citato sono Iya di custodia e Ross dell'IMO.
4. TV intelligente nella stanza, quindi Netflix è pronto.

1.Abbiamo prenotato una camera familiare. Quando siamo entrati, ci sorprendeva di trovare una tavola a letto. La gestione dell'hotel prevede che i suoi ospiti mettano sul pavimento il loro telefono cellulare, occhiali/occhiali di prescrizione, TV remoto, ecc? Nelle foto online, le camere avevano tavoli laterali. Dovevamo andare alla ricezione per chiedere. Per essere equi, il personale di custodia ha cercato una tavola laterale e poteva portare una tavola (vedi foto).
2. Non ci sono impianti per la fabbricazione di caldaie elettriche e caffè/tea. Anche gli hotel/motelli standard inferiori hanno questi. Doveva prestare dal ristorante dell'IMO.
3.La TV intelligente non carica Netflix.Un'altra chiamata alla ricezione per farla riparare dal personale tecnico.
Il frigorifero non si accendeva.Quarta chiamata per l'assistenza.La custodia è tornata e abbiamo scoperto che il rifugio era stato scongelato disabilitando il dispositivo.
In sintesi, l'hotel ha molto da fare. Spero che la gestione agisca su questi punti di miglioramento che non sono difficili da correggere. Per ora solo ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ in generale.

The food was delicious and offered great value for the price. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beach was particularly impressive, with fine white sand and no rocky areas, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we were completely absorbed in the beach and the variety of water activities available. Overall, the resort offers exceptional value for money, combining excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly satisfying experience. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway

Ang sarap tumbambay dito al mag chilllang. La spiaggia è bella, hindi nga lang sabbia bianca a may parti na biglang malalim o mababaw. Ang ganda ng piscina nila, may part na malalim, quindi si dovrebbe essere attenti. Medyo malit lang yung Room pero conforte a malinis. Sulit ang resta namin. vogliamo tornare presto. Se cerchi un'avvicinata a Manila, ma lontana dal rumore e dalla tormenta, questo è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi.
UUtente ospiteAs a Kapampangan, I really enjoyed their food - it was delicious! The only issue was that the Clam Chowder became salty once it got cold, so it’s definitely something you need to consume while it’s hot. The lobby was fine, and the guards were accommodating. Some of the lobby staff were friendly, but others were not. Another issue was the foul odor coming from the toilet. I had to keep the exhaust running and leave the bathroom door open just to get rid of the smell. I specifically requested a quiet room, but they placed me at the far end near an area that was under construction, which was also where the workers stayed during their breaks. Additionally, I had to ask housekeeping to replace the duvet on my first day because it had visible dirt on it.
On my second day, a new family checked in and it seemed like they were looking for their relative’s room. They didn’t knock; they tried to open my door right away. I called the front desk to report the incident, and they said they would inform the guard, but no action was taken. The second incident involved the same group-they were noisy in the hallway. I had to politely ask one of them myself to lower their voices. Since the rooms aren’t soundproof, I think the hotel may also be lacking clear house rules regarding noise.
I gave an “okay” rating since it’s a 3-star hotel and I knew I shouldn’t expect too much, but the noise really ruined the experience.
