Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Toyama, Giappone

La posizione è bella al di sopra del monte Tateyama! È un piacere poter avere un buon accordo, tra cui cena e colazione. Il personale era molto utile e gli altri ospiti erano molto amichevoli. Il cibo non era il più unico e relativamente piccolo, ma il soggiorno era ancora molto utile per l'esperienza. La strada era anche coperta principalmente di neve, così come qualcuno che andava sulla neve per la prima volta, mi ci voleva un po' per ottenere l'alloggio, ma grazie al tempo è stato bello e le scene sono state incredibili!

Newly renovated and good value for triple room where our family can stay together. While the triple room is spacious the bathroom isn’t proportionated to the space available. If bathroom is bigger it would have been perfect.

La posizione dell'hotel è davvero buona - l'opposto magazzino di dipartimento e molto vicino alla stazione JR. Il centro della città può essere raggiunto camminando ma il personale dell'hotel ci ha dato biglietti di tram gratis. La colazione è davvero buona. Il personale è molto bello e alcuni di loro parlano molto bene l'inglese.

The room I booked had an absolutely beautiful view — I loved it very much. It was spacious, and the hotel itself is large and impressive. The onsen was also excellent and very enjoyable. However, the main drawback was the dinner and breakfast. The meals did not match the promotional photos. For example, the advertisement showed crab legs, but there were none during my stay. The sashimi selection was also quite limited. Considering that this is the Toyama area by the sea, I was surprised that there was not much seafood available. There was not even salmon sashimi, which was disappointing. If the hotel could improve and expand the food selection, it would be perfect. It truly has the potential to be the best hotel in Unazuki Onsen.

Business hotel sized rooms. As other reviews said, they do not help keep luggage after check out. Please beware. Not that hard to find the hotel with the help of maps.

The hotel is right next to the JR Toyama station & the Dentetsu Toyama station, which is super convenient if you are going to nearby cities like Kanazawa or planning to go to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. The plus point is the location. The hotel has standard facilities though a bit dated while the room is the typical small size as other JP hotels(not as spacious as mentioned in other reviews). There are free beverages and two massage chairs for guest use in lobby.

È molto vecchio hotel e difficile da scoprire con la guida. L'hotel non segna molto chiaro e la foto in applicazione non è vero. Nessun auto parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono noleggio di parcheggio vicino all'hotel. E 'facile e vicino a camminare alla stazione toyama. Possiamo camminare per trovare un po' di cibo e comodità non troppo lontano. Grazie al personale, ma lei non può parlare inglese! . Possiamo smettere di chiudere la chiave se si verifica presto. Va bene se vuoi rimanere per andare alla stazione tateyama.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel a causa della sua posizione più vicina alla stazione, che ci ha resi molto felici. La vista dalla stazione era direttamente sulla stazione. Hotel is a bit old. Location is good. A big shopping plaza (SunPlaza) just next to the hotel. Hotel provides free parking. Hotel room is a very old fashion like 90's but the cleaningless is acceptable. One thing which is unacceptable is the water in the room. The water came out from the shower or from the tap is only hot water. No matter you use cool water tap or hot water tap, only hot water came out. I asked the reception staff, they told me to turn on the water tap for 10 minutes then some room temp water might come out. We had tried and some times it worked but sometimes it didn't. This is the only thing we were not happy.,

Walkable distance from toyama station. Overall the room was clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was average with croissant, eggs & sausages. Will suggest to improve on the check in & out time & free cancelation.
