Lower your expectations. It is a budget hotel and don’t expect it as luxurious it can be. But things should at least working, e.g the shower head is tied with rubber band coz it broken. Floor is somehow clean except the underneath the bed, you’ll be surprised of its decade of dust, used condoms, pair of socks, and trash. Disgusting but you got no choice, you get what you pay for.

Selected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay.

Il soggiorno a DPrima è stata una buona esperienza. La squadra Sandii, Samuel e Rita sono davvero sorprendenti. La prossima volta a Bintan spero di restare di nuovo a DPrima.

As this is mY FIRST time stay in Aston Nagoya,I chosed the correct room- the suite fr my family n I. Its very advance since first ever no phone in the room. Using Google is a NEW experience yet uncomfortable. Breakfast spread cn be improve to be much better and the capacity layout cramps. Thankyou to 2 trainees Elisya n Aisyah fr the hospitality AND the front desk tht serves us during check in n out ..superb

Had a small celebration for our anniversary here. The staff was really thoughtful and decorated the room. We liked it alot. Will definitely be back

Hotel's location was good, convenient near shopping mall and dinning. Room is OK, bed comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was too small, and over crowded,but staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, very good experience.

Came Batam for 2 nights but only managed to booked 1 night here as it was fully booked on a weekend. Its a very popular hotel so do book early. Location was superb, walking distance to the instagramable cafes such as Itsumo, to big malls such as Grand Batam and surrounded by lots of good massage and dining options. The famous A2 eating place is also 5min walk away. Hotel has a nice artistic touch was very new as it was barely 3 years old. Room and bathroom is still in very clean and good shape. Only downside was there is no bath tub in the room. Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Buffet spread was not the best variety but was okay. Overall stay here if you want to be in the heart of the action without need to travel out.

Anche se è vicino al terminale del traghetto, è meglio usare un taxi per arrivare lì, perché è affrontato una strada occupata e un po'difficile da attraversare la strada con bagagli. L'hotel stesso era bello, pulito e supportivo, solo triste è molte moschee nella stanza, quindi sono stato morso da loro mentre in notte almeno 6 posti ... consiglia di usare moschee repellente quando vai a letto. Mi rendo conto che questo è molto difficile da controllare, quindi dobbiamo prepararci. Grazie a tutti i miei collaboratori, sono stati gentili e sostenibili, e se andrò al centro di battam lì, vi visiterò di nuovo.

Hotel is refurbished with a changed name. Not really ready for guest. Beds can feel the springs and unusually low. No shower curtains so wet floors beside door as the bathroom is very small. Door locks don't work properly. Had to go to reception twice and maintenance fixing door locks. Safe is completely broken and not functioning in both rooms. No bathroom racks at shower, only a soap dispenser. After room cleaning, toiletries not replaced. Hand soap bar that was used was thrown aware and as nothing was replaced, we had nothing after that.

Hotel 01 Batam is the most unique Hotel, Interesting n very different from the norm.Egyptian theme decor with beautiful painting on the wall .Day time looks so bright n is great for Instagram photos. Nite time mysterious n so serene. 2nd stay there n is highly recommended as staff are pleasant , place very clean n is also reasonable.Location wise very good 5 mins Batam Ferry , Mega n Batam 1 mall. Worth a visit to this unique hotel.
