"First room – Deluxe Room: Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. It was dusty and dirty, with hair, a fake eyelash, lots of dust, and quite a lot of gecko droppings. 😅 Not sure if it’s because the hotel is quite far into the countryside or the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in.
After a few hours, we requested to change rooms to the Presidential Suite and honestly, what a big difference!
The Presidential Suite was superb, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for Malaysians who need a comfy place to rest after an 8-hour journey from Banda Aceh. 🥹❤️
The view is absolutely amazing! Pagi-pagi, suasana sangat tenang dan sunyi, with the beautiful sound of the azan and zikir in the background. Truly peaceful and calming. 🌿
A few things could still be improved, especially basic facilities like providing an iron in the room.
But overall, the Presidential Suite was superb and highly recommended for this area! The view and peaceful atmosphere are definitely worth it.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient. The staff at the hotel breakfast restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. There are some shortcomings that need improvement: the guest room floors weren't cleaned properly, there was dust on the bedside table, the towels smelled bad, and the hot water for showering in the morning wasn't hot enough.

Utente ospiteOne night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

Utente anonimoThe hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Avevo un bel soggiorno all'Hotel Hilani! Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha fatto sentire super benvenuto grandi sorrisi, check-in veloce, e erano sempre pronti ad aiutare. Uno dei membri del personale mi ha anche salutato con il mio nome, che sinceramente mi ha dato una bella vibe ✨
La stanza era pulita, confortevole e aveva tutto quello che dovevo per rilassarmi.Mi piaceva davvero quanto l'atmosfera fosse tranquilla e tranquilla dopo un lungo giorno.
Il servizio è rimasto grande tutto il tempo, e si può dire al team che si preoccupa davvero degli ospiti. In generale è stato così un soggiorno liscio, senza stress. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

La prenotazione dell'hotel è stata effettuata l'ultima volta che il 22 Nov 2023 è arrivato a Banda Aceh. Il prezzo è ragionevole. Abbiamo ricevuto il numero di camera 333 e purtroppo la connessione WiFi era troppo pessima. Non c'è connessione all'interno della stanza e dobbiamo andare in lobby solo per essere collegati. Informi la ricezione e la risposta non può essere fatto. Dopo cena ho fatto nuovamente lamentazione ad un altro personale di ricezione e ha risposto molto bene aiutandoci a cambiare un altro alloggio a 355, che è connessione Wifi è stato estremamente buono. Inoltre ci aiuta a portare il nostro bagaglio. Era così utile e molto buon personale. Le strutture erano tutto a posto. Molto raccomandato per ospiti musulmani.

The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

L hotel è del 2020 sebbene nelle strutture e arredamento rappresenta qualcosa di classico appartenente ad una mentalità genuina islamica.Camera grande arredamento con mobili classici bagno compreso.Staff molto servizievole e disponibile poche informazioni per i turisti ma provvedono con efficienza a chiamarti taxi.Il servizio bagagli non rilascia ricevute e l hotel non sembra disporre di un locale apposito per conservarli. La colazione è minimale ed il maggior punto debole

Il colazione non è raccomandato con il prezzo della camera costosa, solo serve riso e pollo .... pane, non c'è una volta nessuna giovenca da molti ospiti e mi sono anche lamentato di chiedere un'altra volta nelle già hbs e sostituito con uova di occhio di carne bovina .... posizione di ms stgh 9 am ma cibo HBS ...
Ho prenotato il sabato 1 camera e il domenica 2 camere con superir e deluxe tipo
Automatico nella mia mente ma restare nella stessa stanza
Ma il colazione davvero finito con delizia nella stanza, la stanza deve essere presa per la ragione che c'è una prenotazione
